To everyone looking for an update on the situation with Online, I apologize for not having one myself. Outside of being able to help with adding things to people's accounts if needed, I am not involved with COTGonline. I have expressed to Tom the unhappiness here on the boards and I hope he addresses it here soon. I do know he is talking to programmers about fixes, but I do not know any time frames. As far as the talk of COTGonline going away, there is no plan for that at all. Again, I'm sorry I can't be more specific at all, but unfortunately the Online side is the one area that I am not involved in.

So if I buy a new online set or two and it does not show up we can contact you directly to get that resolved? Since I primarily use the play board, which seems to be working decently, some delays with button response but otherwise decently, this would be important to me as if the cards don't show up I can't use the board. Thank you for your update, at least we know that discussions are happening. The biggest fix in my mind would be the gallery getting repaired.

I bought and made 250 CAC online, I would like too know when this will be fixed? I spent a lot of money from FG store to make these. I would like an answer from someone at FG working on this from the online side thank you. The gallery not working for ANY set also as a online player this still being an issue is a little troubling.

Hi to everyone.
I'm very sorry I haven't sent along any updates. My bad.
I wish I had something significant to say! Here's where we are at...
The hacking of our system threw everything for a loop. It is uncharted territory for us and ironically we were planning on some significant upgrades to online this year.
Our team has been working on solutions to this problem. The Filsinger Games main site was also affected, but that has been pretty much fixed by a programming expert that I brought to these issues. He is going to look at the online system in the next day or so. That's way more complicated than the main site. Also one of our tech support staff, Mike, is going to speak with me tonight about his thoughts for fixes.
Again, sorry I haven't been communicating more openly. I didn't have much to say but should have done it anyway just so you would know we are taking it seriously.
I am taking it VERY SERIOUSLY! I want you to be happy with our product and to be PLAYING without distractions!!!
Funky and bad how the real world can be sometimes. We've been lucky and shielded from these kinds of problems so far.
I will report back more often but just so you know there will be people looking into these issues tonight and in the next few days. When I hear the reports I will come up with an action plan which I hope will be fast.
If you know any technical experts with PHP/MySQL that you can suggest please contact me. You never know who might be able to lend a hand.
Please know I am working hard on this and will report back perhaps this weekend to let you know how things are coming along.

My last post got deleted. I was only thanking the fg crew for the hard work that they're doing. I don't understand why my compliment got deleted in the first place. I'm basically trying to be positive and optimistic about the whole thing. I understand that COTGonline is hard work and I'm just trying to be supportive.
