Last night, on a whim i played Star Warrior 87' vs. Star Warrior 90' and surprisingly, Star Warrior 87' won after a long back and forth battle. Star Warrior 87' took more damage but Star Warrior 90' couldn't hit his finish.
I guess it should be even matched like that but it makes me wonder if people have done the same.. i'm thinking of trying a method where if a card can't beat its previous card, then i won't use the updated card.

I have never specifically matched up an old card versus a new...would be a fun card to run at Kronos. I don't know if I would not bring a new card if it can't beat the old, though. As some new cards are "aging" or "declining" cards, that would eliminate that aspect of the game. But hey, if you want to, nothing stopping you...It is your Fed! |

I think it would be a case by case basis.. like if i felt a character i'm using didn't need an update, i just wouldn't bother.. I get what you're saying though. I also don't want to have a character stay the same if it doesn't work. That's the fun of making your own fed with the game.. You can book however you want with whatever cards.. |
