I'm thinking about relaunching my old POW-MMA promotion PRIDE AND HONOR FIGHTING (PHF), however, I'm not going to be basing it in the future like I did in the past, so you won't be seeing any of my old created fighters like The Faceless MMAN, Xercimatte, or any of the fighters I created as a tribute to the old 80's sci-fi interspecies fighting film, ARENA (Steve Armstrong, Horn, and Vang). In addition, I won't be using any of the futuristic MMA characters I found on this board, such as Enrique Dolar, Hiro Chan Lee, Vos Aurilliae, etc.
This time for my vision of PHF, I plan to create original modern-day Earth fighters (no Chuck Liddel's or Ronda Rousey's, however, I may create fighters with similar names) and I'll be using the modern weight class system. PHF will have its own commissioner and commentators, all of which will be named at a later time. I hope to create at least 10 fighters for each weight class. I haven't decided yet whether or not I'll be using the advanced ring charts or the advanced cage charts for PHF, but that decision's still a long way off. I'll post more on this story as it develops.
