KrX 6: #wagesofsin - Twisting Fate - Blade and Shayne discuss possible strategies for dealing with their opponents in the upcoming main event when Mesmer walks in and apologizes for the confusion. Shayne will be teaming up with Avarice against the pairing of Blade and Blazing Skull. Before either man can object, Mesmer informs them that both members of the winning team will secure their spots in OUT OF TIME and a chance to become the first KrX Advent Champion. "Anyone that does not wish to compete can leave the Crossroads immediately." Genocide defeated Matador of M83- The momentum shifts when Buck Steele transforms into his monstrous alter ego, Genocide. Despite his best efforts, Matador cannot keep up with the frantic pace and Genocide finishes him with CORPUS GENOCIDE, a diving senton from the top rope. (Fatigue: Steele 0/Genocide 1) - Genocide bellows that no one else has a chance of winning at OUT OF TIME. "That wimpy Buck better know what's good for us and let me handle this. I'm hyper, man!" - Unbreakable Entrance - The Amazing Mann walks to the ring and demands a rematch against Jack of Diamonds. He gets a surprise when the looming figure of King Lear fills the entrance at the top of the runway. Wanting no part of the big man, Mann bails out to the floor. In order to sweeten the deal, Mesmer tells Mann that whoever wins this match will be granted a place in OUT OF TIME. King Lear defeated The Amazing Mann via disqualification- Mann displays superb technical skill, but the ref calls for the bell when he refuses to release an illegal choke outside the ring. (Fatigue: Lear 1) - Once again, Mann blames unfair officiating for his loss. Mesmer arrives (with Rack and Ruin) to ensure that Mann returns to the back without incident. He then congratulates King Lear on qualifying for OUT OF TIME. - Hell or High Water - Bishop Hell storms into Mesmer's office, igniting his hand to emphasize his point. Not happy with his loss to Pulsar in their previous meeting, he wants a chance to even the score. Mesmer decides the two men will face off again on the next show in a Kronos Death Match, meaning no disqualifcations or count-outs. Since both men are already slated to take part in OUT OF TIME, Mesmer comes up with a very unique stipulation. Whoever loses will be one of the first two entrants in the special contest. Avarice and Shayne defeated Blade and Blazing Skull- Blazing Skull makes no attempt to help his partner in this one sided affair. Shayne claims victory for his team after hitting Blade with SHOWDOWN (+2), a high impact backdrop driver. (Fatigue: Blade 2) - Rack and Ruin prevent a post-match altercation between Avarice and Shayne, declaring that if the fates align, they will get to face off during OUT OF TIME. - Turning to the other two men in the ring, Mesmer instructs them not to go anywhere. "You are going to fight each other and it's going to happen now. The winner will be rewarded." Blade defeated Blazing Skull- Massif wears the stripes for this contest, marking his first actual appearance inside the ring. Blade is at an obvious disadvantage (2 carryover tokens from previous match), but still shows plenty of heart. Asserting his authority, Massif prevents either competitor from bending the rules. Following a missed charge into the buckles, Blade rolls up Blazing Skull for a (snake eyes) pinfall. (Fatigue: Blade 5 - Skull 2) - The blue haired Clown Prince of Pain, Tricks rushes the ring and attacks Blade. Before any serious damage is done, Jack of Diamonds arrives to make the save. |

Genocide ruined Matador's night. HYPER!
hail to the King as Lear ruins Mann's night! can't escape the facts man
Mesmer seems to be juggling the hot heads rather well.
man I was sooooo looking to Blade & Shayne teaming. this should have been dubbed Bitternss. as enemies Shayne & Avarice get the win.
and Blade rallies getting the win over Skull. Tricks in the mix as is Jack, man this might be a wild six pack. Pray Tricks never meets the Mad Jesters
Pariah awesome to see this great stuff and Out of Time is shaping up to rock the cosmos

If your opponent turns into a Hulk during the match it should be an automatic disqualification! Never got into Buck/Genocide, liked him a little better after split but LOVED Steel Freak!
Bow down to the KING!
Tag match fell a little flat but to be expected when dealing with these four.
Massif with a quick count on Skull??......... Could be a great way to write when the dreaded snake eyes happen.
Mesmer with his two behemoth enforcers is doing a great job of running this fed and keeping order.
Excellent stuff as always amigo, keep 'em coming.

This continues to be my new favorite fed. Judging by the responses, I'm not alone.
Really enjoying the tag action. And I keep checking to see if any of my very favorites have debuted yet. Great fun!

The twist in the tag match was cool, definitely wasn't expecting that.
Genocide finally makes an appearance and it's awesome!
Hoping Amazing Mann starts to get something going, so far The Unbreakable Tour isn't going well.
Loving the action, keep it up!

Stoked by the response this fed has received so far, TTX , barflymike4ever , @kevinb , Swarm and Vanimal ... Your positive feedback has defintely cranked up my enthusiasm level at a time when I needed it... Mesmer has his work cut out for him, keeping this crew in line... Fortunately, he has some potent backup in Rack & Ruin (not to mention his head official, Massif)... It's always tempting to dump a number of big names into the roster all at once... But, I'm doing my best to show a little restraint... That being said, the Crossroads is definitely going to have a revolving door - Arrivals and departures will be frequent and may happen with very little notice... Thank you for taking the time to share a few thoughts, my friends... Much appreciated! |
