"Poison Princess" Taeler Hendrix v "Beautiful" Barbi Hayden
Hendrix opened this one catching Hayden off guard with a leg trip, as "Beautiful" Barbi Hayden was getting back to her feet the "Poison Princess" caught her with a cartwheel forearm and going for a pinfall right away. Barbi Hayden didn't even move as Taeler Hendrix picked up the quick pinfall victory in this one.

"Rogue" Jessica James v "Crazy" Mary Dobson
James started this one off by catching "Crazy" Mary with a superkick before going for a leg sweep. Dobson stepped out of the way and caught James with a running dropkick. Dobson then stunned James with a head butt that saw James stumble into the corner. Dobson went to lay in some boots to James in the corner but the "Rogue" rolled out of the way and then stunned Dobson with a Yakuza kick. James then dragged Dobson into the corner and applied an octopus hold. After releasing the hold James caught Dobson with a leg sweep before hitting the Best or Both Worlds for a near fall. After "Crazy" Mary kicked out James caught her with La Petite Morte for another near fall before Dobson rolled out of the ring. James went to follow her out but Dobson recovered and blasted James with a wicked right hand. Dobson then slide back into the ring and caught James with a Fisherman's suplex before locking on the stomach claw. Dobson dragged James into the center of the ring with the stomach claw before going for a DDT, but James fought out and blasted Dobson with another Yakuza kick before hitting a high cross bodyblock and then a standing moonsault for another near fall. After Dobson kicked out James locked "Crazy" Mary in the Yabushita arm bar forcing Dobson to struggle towards the ropes to try and force the break. Just before Dobson could reach the ropes James released the hold allowing Dobson to roll out of the ring. As James followed her out Dobson grabbed her and drove the "Rogue" into the arena floor with a Fisherman's suplex then climbed to the top rope and landed the Kaiju Killer before rolling back into the ring looking for the count out victory. James rolled back into the ring at the eight count mark and Dobson looked to once again lock on the stomach claw, but James blocked it. James then hit another Yakuza kick and quickly landed the JJ Kick to earn the pinfall victory.

Blonde Ambition (Maria Manic & Penelope Ford) v Paradise Lost (Dust & Melanie Cruise)
Penelope Ford once again started the match off for Blonde Ambition and this time she caught Dust with a suplex to start this one. Ford then further stunned Dust with a back elbow then hit a huracanrana and as Dust was getting back to her feet Ford caught her with a DDT. Ford then pulled Dust off the mat and tossed Dust off the ropes. Dust rebounded and caught Ford with her head down stunning her with a sunset flip. Dust held Ford down to pick up the quick pinfall victory as Maria Manic could only watch on stunned.

Laura Phoenix v "Sweet" Saraya Knight
Laura Phoenix opened this one by taking the fight right to the veteran Saraya catching "Sweet" Saraya with a forearm smash then a power slam before laying into Saraya with several axe kicks then another forearm smash leading to the first near fall of the match in the favor of Phoenix. After Saraya kicked out Phoenix landed a pair of koppo kicks then the Ad Cinerem for another near fall. After Saraya kicked out a second time Phoenix hit a pair of knife edge shops before tossing Knight off the ropes. As Saraya rebounded she ducked under a clothesline and bounced off the far ropes. This time Phoenix was ready for "Sweet" Saraya catching Knight with a brutal big boot. Phoenix then tossed Saraya into the corner and "Sweet" Saraya rebounded out almost immediately and both women collided hard in the center of the ring. Saraya got back to her feet first and landed a running Samoan Drop planting Phoenix in the center of the ring. Saraya then locked Phoenix in the Knightmare forcing Phoenix to fight her way to the ropes to force the break. Saraya released the hold and Phoenix rolled out of the ring, as "Sweet" Saraya followed her out Phoenix grabbed Knight and tossed her into the steel barricade before reaching under the ring and pulling out a steel chair. Phoenix then laid into Saraya with several chair shots as the referee called for the bell awarding "Sweet" Saraya the disqualification victory in this one.

"Big League Talent" Sassy Stephie v "Chingona" Ruby Raze
This all out brawl between these two saw both women do whatever they could to gain the early advantage but both women quickly countered the other one in the early stages. Sassy Stephie slowly started to build up momentum halfway thru this one as she tossed Raze all over the ring with several snap suplexes and the even locking on the bridging chinlock. Just as it looked like Sassy Stephie was in firm control of this one Raze blocked a leg sweep and took Stephie to the mat with a wicked German suplex before going for the cover to earn the first pinfall of this one. Raze then connected with the Soul Eater and once again Stephie kicked out. Raze then connected with a second Soul Eater and once again Stephie kicked out. Raze got frustrated and brutally tossed Stephie out of the ring and the two women started brawling back and forth on the arena floor pausing only long enough to break the referees count while both women earned several warnings from the referee. Stephie took the late advantage in this one when she rolled out of the way of a turnbuckle splash attempt by Raze and then caught Raze with a Sass Squash for a near fall. Stephie then hit the Kiss My Sass after Raze kicked out once again earning a near fall. After Raze kicked out of the Kiss My Sass Stephie connected with the Lightning Spiral to finally earn the pinfall victory in this one.

"Hell's Favorite Harlot" Priscilla Kelly v Su Yung
"Hell's Favorite Harlot" opened this one strong and quickly took Su Yung to the mat with a back elbow before trying to end this one early via submission after clamping on the Trapped in Sin. Su Yung quickly fought out only for Kelly to catch her with a brutal knee strike. Kelly then hit a side Russian leg sweep only for Yung to bail out of the ring. As Priscilla Kelly followed her out Yung tried to get back into this one with a right hand, but Kelly blocked it and laid out Yung with a half-nelson suplex on the arena floor. Kelly then caught Yung with a soccer ball kick before rolling Yung back into the ring. Kelly then climbed to the top rope and and caught Yung with a diving elbow drop going for the cover earning only a one count as Yung quickly kicked out. Kelly then locked on the Crippling Depression but couldn't get it locked on deep as Yung started fighting back. Kelly released the hold and went for a knee strike but Yung blocked it and took Kelly to the mat with a hooking clothesline before hitting a Tornado DDT for a near fall. After Kelly kicked out Yung dominated the next several minutes as she kept Kelly on the mat with a Bow and Arrow and even hitting another Tornado DDT for a near fall. Yung then tried climbing to the top rope but Kelly got to her feet and tossed Yung off before once again locking on the Trapped in Sin. Once again Yung fought her way out of the hold and then blocked another knee strike. The two women then started brawling back and for the next several minutes with neither one holding much of an advantage until Yung tried to toss Kelly into the corner. "Hell's Favorite Harlot" reversed and charged in after Yung who rebounded out both women collided hard in the center of the ring with Kelly just barely getting to her feet first. Kelly then hit another side Russian leg sweep before landing both a soccer ball kick and half-nelson suplex. Kelly then once again locked on the Trapped in Sin and this time Yung tapped almost immediately giving "Hell's Favorite Harlot" the submission victory.

Bale Spin (KC Spinelli & Xandra Bale) v Sinister Sweethearts (Brittany Blake & Samantha Heights)
The "Suicide Blonde" Xandra Bale and Samantha Heights started this one off for their teams and Heights immediately took the advantage as she stunned Bale with a wicked palm strike. Heights then tossed Bale into the corner following Bale in and blasting her with a running clothesline. Heights then pulled Bale out of the corner and tossed her off the ropes. As Bale rebounded Heights caught her with a brutal kick to the face. Heights then landed a cutter before climbing to the top rope and connecting with a splash. With Bale reeling Heights connected with the Diamond Dust to give her team the pinfall victory as "2 Scoops" watched on completely stunned from her teams corner.

Thunderkitty v Angelus Layne
Thunderkitty used her power advantage over Angelus Layne to take the early advantage in this one as she tossed Layne around the ring with several snap suplexes to start this one. Thunderkitty then caught Layne with a DDT planting Layne in the center of the ring. Thunderkitty then locked on the Iron Claw and held Layne in the hold until Layne managed to break the hold with kick to the side of the head of Thunderkitty. Not wasting anytime Thunderkitty then locked on the Cornbread Clutch and Layne slowly fought her way to the ropes to force the break. Thunderkitty then pulled Layne off the ropes and landed a body slam before climbing to the top rope. Angelus Layne recovered and got to her feet as Thunderkitty launched herself in the air looking for a cross body block. Layne rolled thru and powered Thunderkitty off the mat and landed the Victory Layne to earn the pinfall victory in this one.

"Princess" Kimber Lee v Marti Belle
Kimber Lee opened this one by tossing Marti Belle off the ropes. Kimber Lee went for a clothesline but Belle ducked under and rebounded off the far ropes. Kimber Lee then turned around and caught Belle with a brutal kick. Kimber Lee then connected with a German suplex Belle rolled thru and tumbled into the corner. Kimber Lee then charged in an caught Belle with a stinger splash before landing a pair of roundhouse kicks. Kimber Lee then pulled Belle out of the corner and landed a power bomb. With Belle struggling Kimber Lee landed a Ganzo Bomb before locking on the Alligator Clutch for a near fall. After Belle kicked out "Princess" Kimber Lee locked on the CHIKARA Special forcing Belle to fight her way to the ropes to force the break. After Belle reached the ropes to force the break Kimber Lee released the hold and dragged Belle back into the center of the ring and reapplied the CHIKARA Special. Once again Belle struggled to reach the ropes and this time as Kimber Lee released the hold Marti Belle slide under the bottom rope and as Kimber Lee tried to follow her out Belle caught her with a right hand and slid back into the ring connecting with Hell's Bells for a near fall on the "Princess." Marti Belle then caught Kimber Lee with a head butt before going for a Russian leg sweep, Kimber Lee fought off the attempt and planted Belle on the mat with a brutal roundhouse kick. Kimber Lee then once again connected with a Ganzo Bomb only for Belle to once again roll out the ring. This time Kimber Lee caught Belle with a suicide dive that drove Belle hard into the steel barricade surrounding the ring. Kimber Lee then caught Belle with a pair of brutal German suplexes on the arena floor. Belle landed awkwardly on the second one and Kimber Lee slide back into the ring as the referee counted Belle out giving the "Princess" the count out victory in this one.

Rejected (Christina Von Eerie & Hudson Envy) v Team PAWG (Jordynne Grace & LuFisto)
Jordynne Grace and the "Punk Princess" Christina Von Eerie started this one for the their respective teams and Von Eerie took the early advantage stunning Grace with a back elbow smash. Von Eerie then powered Grace over with a vertical suplex before hitting a springboard crossbody. The "Punk Princess" then went for a forearm smash, but Grace blocked it and went locked on a bear hug. Von Eerie broke it with a brutal head butt that caught Grace in the nose. Von Eerie then connected with the Dead Rising before landing a step up enzuigiri followed by wicked knee strike. With Grace on the mat Von Eerie hit the Graveyard Smash then the 138 for a near fall. After Grace kicked out Von Eerie made the tag to Hudson Envy who hit the ring hard first connecting a spinebuster before powering Grace into the first of several Muscle Busters. Sadly for Team PAWG once Hudson Envy hit the ring she absolutely dominated Jordynne Grace earning several near falls and weakening Grace with the multiple Muscle Busters. LuFisto tried several times to make a save and turn things around for her team but was unable to. The end of this one came when Envy hit Grace with the fifth Muscle Buster of the match and then landing the Air Raid Crash earning the pinfall victory as Von Eerie prevented LuFisto from once again making a save.

"Unstoppable" Thunder Rosa v "Modern Day Moolah" Malia Hosaka
As the two women began to circle each other as the bell rang Thunder Rosa caught Hosaka with a knee to the gut to take the early advantage. Rosa then went for a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker but the "Modern Day Moolah" spun thru and caught Rosa with a kick to the gut before stunning Rosa with several karate kicks. Hosaka then hit a flying double chop before going for a monkey flip but sadly the "Unstoppable" Thunder Rosa landed on her feet. As Hosaka got back to her feet Thunder Rosa caught her with a Meteora before landing La Rosa for a near fall. After Hosaka kicked out Thunder Rosa connected with the hammerlock atomic bomb before climbing to the top rope. Hosaka recovered and caught Thunder Rosa with a Frankensteiner for a near fall. Thunder Rosa just barely got her shoulder up and then found herself on the receiving end of a flying dropkick. Hosaka then went for a leg drop only for Thunder Rosa to roll out of the way. Thunder Rosa then caught the "Modern Day Moolah" with a headscissors into a leg sweep then a second La Rosa for another near fall. After kicking out Hosaka rolled to the arena floor and both women started brawling back and forth on the arena floor with the "Unstoppable" Thunder Rosa ultimately coming out on top as she rolled Hosaka back into the ring and hit a third La Rosa to pick up the pinfall victory.

"Sacramento Suplex Machine" Nicole Savoy (c) v "Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler
As soon as the bell rang to start this one both women shook hands as a sign of respect. Savoy then took the early advantage with a snap mare before landing a big boot. Savoy then went for a cross armbreaker only for Baszler to power out the "Queen of Spades" then landed a gut wrench suplex before locking Savoy in a ankle lock. Shayna then quickly turned it into a Knee Bar and kept Savoy locked in the hold for several long minutes as Savoy kept trying to fight her way to the ropes to force a break. Eventually with Savoy refusing to tap out Baszler released the hold and planted Savoy with four straight power bombs. Savoy struggled to get back to her feet and as Baszler went for a waistlock Savoy countered it and caught Baszler with a power slam. Savoy then locked on a front guillotine choke holding Baszler in the hold for a couple of minutes before releasing and connecting with a Dragon Suplex for a near fall. After kicking out Baszler rolled to the arena floor and both women started brawling back and forth as tempers started to flare up between these two friends. The end of the match came when Savoy blocked a corner splash attempt by Baszler and then hit a second Dragon Suplex for the pinfall victory in this one to retain the Heart of SHIMMER Championship.

Don't know if I mentioned this before but all the matches happening in RISE right now are part of Round Robin Tournaments for both the Phoenix of Rise and Guardians of Rise Championships. The Guardians of RISE Champions will be awarded first as after Volume 3 only two more rounds remain for that Tournament.

I'll post the standing for the Round Robin's once Volume Three has been posted. I am hoping it will be completed early this week.

Rise Volume Three is still in the works. I have 5 matches left to play (I got really sick last week and slept more than I was awake at work). I am hoping tonight (Monday) that I'll be able to finish the show up and get to work on the last three shows of the year (Final House of Pain show and the two night Break Down the Door Tournament). Thunderkitty v "Chingona " Ruby Raze
Both of these women entered this one looking for their first victory in the Round Robin and neither woman held anything back as they looked for that elusive victory. Ruby Raze took the early advantage as she stunned Thunderkitty with the Million Dollar Knee Lift. Raze then hit the Keshin knee strike before going for a capture suplex. Thunderkitty blocked it and landed a DDT for a near fall before locking on the Iron Claw. Raze fought her way to the ropes to force the break, Thunderkitty released the hold and dragged Raze off the ropes and went for a body slam but Raze blocked it. Raze then caught Thunderkitty with several straight German suplexes before hitting the Dream Smasher. Thunderkitty then rolled out of the ring and the two women started brawling back and forth on the arena floor. With the throwback wrestler taking the advantage and then rolling Raze back into the ring and climbing to the top rope. Thunderkitty dove off connecting with a splash before going for another body slam. Once again Raze blocked it before going for a lariat. Thunderkitty absorbed it and laid out Raze with a brutal pair of headbutts. Thunderkitty then took Raze to the mat with back suplex before locking on the Cornbread Clutch in the center of the ring. It took Ruby Raze several long minutes to fight her way to the ropes to force a break. After reaching the ropes and forcing the break Raze rolled to the arena floor once again and these two started brawling back and forth until Raze took the advantage with a powerbomb on the arena floor. Raze then rolled Thunderkitty back into the ring and hit another Dream Smasher before hitting the Soul Eater to earn the pinfall victory in this one.

Laura Phoenix v Su Yung
Laura Phoenix opened this one by taking Yung to the mat with a shoulder tackle. Phoenix then tossed Yung off the ropes and as Yung rebounded Phoenix caught her with a clothesline. Phoenix then pulled Yung pulled Yung off the mat and connected with a power slam before connecting with the Birth of a Tragedy. With Yung reeling Phoenix connected with pair of knife edge chops before landing a koppo kick. Phoenix then once again tossed Yung off the ropes and Yung rebounded this time Phoenix caught her with a boot to the gut before landing an axe kick. Phoenix then grabbed Yung and tossed her into the corner, as Phoenix charged in after her Yung slide out of the way and dodged a running shoulder block. Phoenix then slide to the arena floor where Yung followed her out and took the fight to Phoenix landing a jawbreaker then a pair of hooking clotheslines. Yung then landed a Tornado DDT on the arena floor and slide back into the ring as the referee counted Phoenix out giving Yung the count out victory in this one.

Blonde Ambition (Maria Manic & Penelope Ford) v Bale Spin (KC Spinelli & Xandra Bale)
Maria Manic took the lead for her team to start this one against KC Spinelli and Maria immediately took the earlier advantage catching Spinelli with a scoop slam. Maria Manic then kept "2 Scoops" on the defensive with a pair of side backbreakers and then a DDT before shocking Spinelli with an F5 for a quick near fall. After Spinelli kicked out Maria kept up the pressure with an Alabama Slam and ten straight German suplexes before hitting a second F5 for another near fall. After Spinelli kicked out Maria tagged in Ford who hit Spinelli with a double handspring splash then went for a Bronco Buster but Spinelli rolled out of the way. Spinelli then laid out Ford with a roaring clothesline before tagging in Xandra Bale who came off the top rope with a Bale Out for a near fall. Bale then hit the Code Red before tossing Ford into the corner. As the "Suicide Blonde" charged in at her Ford dodged out of the corner at the last possible moment and then rolled up Bale for a near fall. Ford then connected with a Back Flip Stunner and once again Bale kicked out. Ford then tagged Maria Manic back into this one Manic hit the ring and laid out Bale with a brutal Alabama Slam before climbing to the second rope. Bale got to her feet and stunned Manic with a leaping elbow smash before landing a wheelbarrow bulldog. Bale then climbed to the top rope and landed a Bale Out on Manic for a near fall. Bale then climbed back to the top rope and landed an elbow drop before hitting a fisherman neckbreaker going for another near fall. After Maria kicked out she rolled to the arena floor and Bale went for a suicide dive. Maria caught her in midair before slamming Bale into arena floor with a fallaway slam. Manic then rolled Bale back into the ring and hit a German suplex before tagging Ford back into this one. Ford then climbed to the top rope going for a Frog Splash but Bale got her knees up and then quickly rolled up Ford to steal the pinfall victory in this one.

"Modern Day Moolah" Malia Hosaka v "Big League Talent" Sassy Stephie
The "Big League Talent" Sassy Stephie took the fight right to the "Modern Day Moolah" as soon as the bell rang powering Hosaka over with a pair of snap suplexes catching Hosaka off balance. Stephie then locked Hosaka in the bridging chinlock forcing Hosaka to struggle as she fought her way out. As Hosaka was about to break free Stephie released the hold and laid out the "Modern Day Moolah" with the Kiss My Sass for a near fall. After Hosaka kicked out Stephie tossed the "Modern Day Moolah" out of the ring and the two women started brawling back and forth with the veteran Hosaka ultimately coming out on top. Hosaka then rolled Stephie back into the ring and caught the "Big League Talent" with a pair of flying dropkicks before putting Stephie on the top rope and hitting a Frankensteiner for a near fall. Hosaka then climbed to the top rope and connected with a cross body block for another quick near fall. After Stephie kicked out Hosaka caught the "Big League Talent" with a reverse spin kick then a brutal back elbow smash before going for a monkey flip. Stephie landed on her feet as Hosaka got back to hers Stephie connected with the Sass Squash to take control of this one before locking on a bridging chinlock. As Hosaka tried to fight her way out of the hold Stephie released the hold and laid out the "Modern Day Moolah" with an underhook DDT before landing the Lightning Spiral to earn the pinfall victory.

Marti Belle opened this one by locking "Hell's Favorite Harlot" in a hammerlock. Belle then went for a bulldog but Priscilla Kelly fought her off and took Belle to the mat with a half-nelson suplex. Kelly then connected with a pair of soccer ball kicks and after the second one Belle tumbled out of the ring. Kelly followed her out and grabbed Marti Belle and tossed her hard into the steel barricade. Kelly then hit a pair of side Russian leg sweeps on the arena floor before rolling Belle back into the ring. "Hell's Favorite Harlot" then climbed to the top rope and connected with a splash before locking on the Trapped in Sin forcing Belle to fight her way to the ropes to force the break. Kelly then hit the Crippling Depression before climbing to the top rope once again. Marti Belle recovered and pulled Kelly off the top rope by her arm and then quickly rolled up Kelly for a near fall. Belle then connected with the Hell's Bells only for a one a count. Belle then went for a head butt but Kelly simply laughed it off before biting Belle in the neck. Kelly then caught Belle with a vicious knee strike before tossing Belle out of the ring. The two women then started brawling back and forth on the arena floor until Marti Belle grabbed Kelly and first drive "Hell's Favorite Harlot" into the ring post. Belle then reached under the ring and pulled out a steel chair blasting Kelly in the back earning the disqualification loss in the process.

Paradise Lost (Dust & Melanie Cruise) v Team PAWG (Jordynne Grace & LuFisto)
Dust started this one off against Jordynne Grace who immediately locked Dust in a bear hug. Grace then powered Dust into a Samoan Drop before laying Dust out with a spinebuster. With Dust reeling Grace tagged in LuFisto and Team PAWG connected with the Weapon of Ass Destruction for the first near fall of the game. After Dust kicked out the "Wounded Owl" LuFisto continued to keep up the pressure with a pair of J-Driller's and a cradle brainbuster before coming off the second rope with a senton. LuFisto then hit the Chibi Stomp before going for a cannonball. Dust rolled out of the way and then tossed LuFisto off the ropes the "Wounded Owl" ducked under a clothesline attempt before rebounding off the far ropes and then catching Dust with a sunset flip for a near fall. LuFisto then made the tag back to Grace for a second Weapon of Ass Destruction. Melanie Cruise tried to make the save only to be stopped by LuFisto, yet somehow Dust found a way to kick out once again. After Dust kicked out Grace sat there stunned for a moment or two before getting back to her feet and dragging Dust off the mat by her hair. Grace then landed a Michinoku Driver, Backpack Stunner and Diamond Dust in quick succession. With Dust barely moving Grace once again pulled her off the mat and connected with the Here it is Driver before hitting a pair of Samoan Drops. Grace then once again made the tag to LuFisto for another Weapon of Ass Destruction this time as Cruise tried to make the save Grace prevented it and somehow once again despite that Dust managed to get her shoulder off the mat. LuFisto then wasted little time connecting with a cradle brainbuster and then a Code Breaker before tagging Grace back in and once again Team PAWG connected with the Weapon of Ass Destruction. This time Cruise hit the ring with a steel chair and first laid out LuFisto and then Grace as she was making the cover on Dust leaving the official no choice but to call for the bell to end this one giving Team PAWG the disqualification victory.

Angelus Layne v "Crazy" Mary Dobson
As the bell rang these two locked up and after going back and forth for a moment or two "Crazy" Mary Dobson went for a chin breaker but Layne laughed her off before shoving Dobson to the mat and connecting with a running senton. Layne then rolled Dobson into the corner and connected with a cannonball. With Dobson on the defensive Layne connected with the Bing Bang before locking Dobson in the Boom forcing Mary to fight her way to the ropes to force the break. Layne then tossed Dobson out of the ring as Layne followed "Crazy" Mary out Dobson recover and stunned Layne with a wicked right hand. Dobson then rolled Layne back into the ring connected with a fisherman's suplex and then hit the top rope for the Kaiju Killer earning the first near fall of the match. After Layne kicked out Dobson wasted no time climbing back to the top rope this time connecting with a head stomp. Layne quickly rolled out of the ring and as "Crazy" Mary followed her out Layne grabbed Dobson and tossed her hard into the steel barricade. Layne then rolled Dobson back into the ring and once again connected with the Bing Bang before locking Dobson in the Boom once again. Dobson quickly reached the ropes and Layne released the hold before connecting with the Memory Layne. Layne then went for a full nelson bomb but Dobson fought her off and put Layne on the mat with a head butt to the back of the head. Dobson then hit a cartwheel double knee before going for the cover after Layne kicked out Dobson hit a second Fisherman's Suplex then another Kaiju Killer for a near fall. After Layne once again kicked out Dobson hit a third a Kaiju Killer only for Layne to once again kick out. Frustrated "Crazy" Mary tossed Layne out of the ring and as Layne was getting back to her feet Dobson launched herself thru the ropes with a suicide plancha. Layne crumbled hard on the arena floor and Dobson quickly pulled her up and rolled Layne back into the ring going for the cover and finally earning the pinfall victory in this one.

"Princess" Kimber Lee v "Poison Princess" Taeler Hendrix
Kimber Lee tried to open this one with a vertical suplex but Taeler Hendrix cut her off with a knee lift before landing a brutal palm strike. Hendrix then caught Kimber Lee with the Kiss Goodnight for a quick near fall, after Kimber Lee kicked out Hendrix immediately connected with a second Kiss Goodnight only for Kimber Lee to once again quickly kick out. Hendrix then connected with a Tombstone piledriver then went for an axe kick, but Kimber Lee stepped out of the way then went for a power bomb only for Hendrix to block it. Hendrix then went for a snap mare and stiff kick combination only for Kimber Lee to roll thru the snap mare. As Hendrix came in close Kimber Lee caught her with the power bomb before locking on the Chikara Special. Hendrix fought her way to the ropes slowly and finally forced the break. Kimber Lee then connected with a Ganso Bomb only Hendrix to roll out of the ring. Kimber Lee followed Hendrix out of the ring and the two women started brawling back and forth pausing only long enough to break the referee's count. Hendrix eventually came out on top of the brawl when she drove Kimber Lee head first into the ring post. Hendrix then rolled Kimber Lee back into the ring and connected with the Ginger Snap to earn the pinfall victory in this one.

Rejected (Christina Von Eerie & Hudson Envy) v Sinister Sweethearts (Brittany Blake & Samantha Heights)
Brittany Blake and the "Punk Princess" Christina Von Eerie started this one out and Blake caught Von Eerie with a running high knee before hitting the Bad Omen for a quick near fall. After Von Eerie kicked out Blake caught her with a satellite DDT and then a top rope missile dropkick. Blake then tried to toss Von Eerie into the corner but the "Punk Princess" reversed it and then charged in laying out Blake with a brutal running clothesline. Von Eerie then landed the Graveyard Smash for a near fall. After Blake kicked out Von Eerie landed a pair of step-up enzuigiri's before tossing Blake out of the ring. Von Eerie followed Blake out and hit a vertical suplex on the arena floor before rolling Blake back into the ring and tagging Hudson Envy into this one. Envy quickly connected with the Air Raid Crash earning the pinfall victory as Von Eerie prevented Samantha Heights from making the save.

"Unstoppable" Thunder Rosa v "Rogue" Jessica James
Jessica James tried to open this one with a standing suplex but Thunder Rosa powered out and stunned James with a lungblower. With James on the defensive Thunder Rosa caught her with a Meteora before landing the hammerlock atomic bomb. Thunder Rosa then went a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker but James spun thru and then laid out the "Unstoppable" Thunder Rosa with a Yakuza kick. James then connected with a high cross bodyblock then a standing moonsault before climbing to the top rope and looking for a diving elbow drop. James then locked Thunder Rosa in the Yabushita arm bar forcing Thunder Rosa to fight her way to the ropes, as the two women got close James released the hold and hit La Petite Morte before going for a leg sweep. Thunder Rosa rolled thru and then caught James with a headscissors into a leg sweep of her own. Thunder Rosa then climbed to the top rope and looked hit a top rope Meteora but James ducked under and quickly rolled up Thunder Rosa for a near fall. James then once again locked on the Yabushita arm bar holding the "Unstoppable" Thunder Rosa in the hold until she tapped out giving James the submission victory.

"Sweet" Saraya Knight v "Beautiful" Barbi Hayden
"Sweet" Saraya Knight dominated Barbi Hayden throughout this one as she tossed Hayden around the ring with several side suplexes and DDT's and even kept Hayden on the defensive with numerous pounding forearms and midsection punches. Saraya Knight even landed a pair of running Samoan Drops before she started to stretch Hayden out with both the Knightmare and Bridled Rocking Horse one after the other until Hayden was left with no choice but to tap out giving Saraya Knight the submission victory in this one.

The Killer Queen's came out for this one and Madison Rayne grabbed the house mic.

MADISON RAYNE: Neveah and I have run thru every single team on the SHIMMER roster and are now being forced to defend our Championships against some team that SHIMMER has just signed. So why don't we get right to the point and bring out our challengers.

The team of Chelsea Green and Britt Baker appeared in the entrance way, but before they could take another step they were laid out by a pair of chair shots and the team of Vanessa Kraven and Tessa Blanchard steps into the Eagles Club and stormed the ring as the referee called for the bell to start this one.

Killer Queen's (Madison Rayne & Nevaeh) (c) v Mount Tessa (Tessa Blanchard & Vanessa Kraven)
Madison Rayne and the "Mountain" Vanessa Kraven started this one off and Rayne tried to stun Kraven with a forearm smash but Kraven laughed her off and nearly knocked Rayne out of her boots with a standing clothesline. Kraven then caught Rayne with a Death Valley driver for a quick near fall. After Rayne kicked out Kraven tossed her hard into the corner and caught Rayne with several corner cannonballs before pulling Rayne out and going for a choke bomb. Rayne blocked it with a thumb to the eye before catching Kraven with a boot to the head. Rayne then tagged Nevaeh into this one who went for a snap suplex on Kraven but Kraven powered out and caught Neveah with a push-up facebuster before tagging Tessa Blanchard into this one. Blanchard then caught Nevaeh with a hammerlock DDT before hitting the Double Knee Facebuster for a near fall. Nevaeh just barely got her shoulder up only for Blanchard to hit a second Double Knee Facebuster. Rayne hit the ring to make the save breaking up the pinfall Tessa then grabbed Rayne and tossed her out of the ring and went for a back suplex. Nevaeh blocked it and laid out Blanchard with a snap suplex before landing a Backpack Stunner for a near fall. Nevaeh then tagged Rayne back into this one and Rayne hit the ring and caught Blanchard with a diving spear. Rayne then went for a top rope cross body only for Blanchard to roll under and tag the "Mountain" back into this one. Kraven then went for a suplex but Rayne blocked it and stunned Kraven with a boot to the head Rayne then connected with a pair of Rayne Drop's before climbing to the top rope. Rayne came off the top rope with a cross body block only for Kraven to catch her in midair. Kraven then planted Rayne in the center of the ring with a Sitout Powerbomb to earn the pinfall victory in this one.

I really enjoyed how the RISE Debut Weekend played out. I think it closed with a great title change that could play into a couple of feuds heading into SHIMMER's 2019. The next show should only take a day or two play (at least that is my hope). I am hoping to have 2018 closed out by the end of November that way I can get the 2019 Mixed Tag Team Tournament started before the end of the year.

"Man of the Hour" Lio Rush v Ricky Starks
Starks looked to open this one with a running dropkick but Rush sidestepped him then caught Starks with a leg lariat. The "Man of the Hour" then landed a roundhouse kick before catching Starks with a Tornado DDT. Rush then hit a running senton and quickly went for a second one, but this time Starks rolled out of the way. Starks then planted Rush into the mat with an implant DDT before locking the "Man of the Hour" in a sleeperhold. Rush broke out with a jawbreaker, but he didn't get much of it as Starks quickly caught Rush with a clothesline Starks then went for a suicide dive, but Rush rolled out of the way. The "Man of the Hour" then caught Starks with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors that sent Starks out of the ring. Rush then went for a leaping enzuigiri but Starks ducked under and stunned Rush with a kick to the gut before hitting a second implant DDT. Starks then stunned Rush with The Old School before tossing Rush off the ropes. Both men collided hard in the center of the ring and the referee started a standing ten count. Starks just barely got to his first first and caught Rush with the Famous Amos and went for the cover to earn the pinfall victory in this one.

"Southern Stomper" Luke Hawx v Steve O'Reno
This one quickly degenerated into an all out brawl between these two as the struggling Steve O'Reno looked to pick up the victory in his final match of 2018. Steve O'Reno used his speed to try and keep Hawx off balance in the early stages, but the "Southern Stomper" was able to cut Steve O'Reno off with his power advantage. Midway thru this one Hawx picked up a near fall with a delayed vertical suplex. Hawx then kept up the pressure for most of the duration of this one finally putting an end to this one with a second delayed vertical suplex. Following the match Steve O'Reno sat stunned in the ring as the House of Pain fans cheered the fan favorite on.

"Deathmatch Drunkard" Danny Havoc w/ "Wrench" Conor Claxton v Cheeseburger
Danny Havoc opening this one by powering Cheeseburger over with a north lights suplex before locking on the There is No Vulcan Deathgrip. Havoc then powered Cheeseburger into a Dragon Suplex before landing the Total Havoc to pick the quick pinfall victory. Following the match Lucky tHURTeen and Devon Moore came out to the ring and joined Conor Claxton and Danny Havoc in the ring. Havoc grabbed the house mic and thanked the House of Pain Fans for supporting the Nation of Intoxication for the last couple of years, but the time has come for Danny Havoc to step away from the ring. Havoc then removed his boots and left them in the ring as the rest of the Nation of Intoxication hugged him in the ring before leaving the ring together.

Shynron v "Professional Wrestling's Savior" JT Dunn
Shynron opened this one by stunning JT Dunn with some wicked kicks before landing the Spirit Crusher. With "Professional Wrestling's Savior" struggling the masked Shynron connected with the Dragon Twist. Shynron then went to connect with the King Kai Klutch but Dunn fought him off. Dunn then stunned Shynron with a knife-edge chop before landing the Mushroom Stamp of Approval. Dunn then connected with El Dirtay for a near fall on Shynron. After the masked man kicked out Dunn landed the Death by Elbow for another quick near fall. After Shynron kicked out a second time Dunn went for a pump kick, but Shynron blocked it and shoved Dunn off the ropes. As "Professional Wrestling's Savior" rebounded he ran thru Shynron with a brutal running shoulder block. Dunn then landed a superkick before hitting an Ace Crusher. Dunn then hit the Dave Cole Bomb before landing a second superkick leading to another near fall. After Shynron kicked out once again Dunn landed the Suck It Bomb before locking on the ankle lock in the center of the ring. Shynron fought his way to the ropes to force the break only for Dunn to release the hold and connect with a pop-up knee lift before landing a second Death by Elbow to earn the pinfall victory in this one.

"Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams v Cedric the Hitman
Cedric the Hitman dominated most of the action in this one but he couldn't find many ways to keep "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams down for very long. Despite hitting Williams with multiple Tri-Pods, Russian Roulette's and Silencer's but Williams kept trying to get back into this one. Cedric earned numerous warnings as well throughout the duration in this one as he kept blasting Williams his briefcase, yet even that couldn't keep Williams down for very long. Williams did manage to earn a couple of near falls when he was in control with both the Pilderiver and a wicked single underhook brainbuster. Sadly for Williams he couldn't keep control of this one for very long as Cedric the Hitman would come roaring back finally earning a near fall in this one when he landed the Hair Trigger. After Williams kicked out Cedric the Hitman climbed to the top rope and came off looking to hit a diving cross body block, but Williams ducked under and Cedric collided with the referee. With the referee down and out Cedric went on the warpath blasting Williams several more times with the briefcase before landing three straight Hair Triggers with the referee still down and out. After hitting the third Hair Trigger Cedric saw the referee starting to stir and once again blasted Williams with the briefcase before hitting another Hair Trigger to finally earn the pinfall victory.

"Resurrector of Wrestling" Fred Yehi v "Crown Jewel of Pro Wrestling" Jimmy Rave
Fred Yehi tried to open this one with a headbutt but Rave laughed him off and connected with The Move That Rocks The World for a quick near fall. After Yehi kicked out Rave connected with a wicked STO before tossing Yehi out of the ring and following Yehi out and connecting with a swinging neckbreaker on the arena floor before grabbing Yehi and connecting with a STO on the apron before rolling Yehi back into the ring and connecting with the Doppler Effect for a near fall. After Yehi kicked out Rave locked Yehi in the From Dusk Till Dawn ending in the center of the ring leaving Yehi no choice but to tap out despite trying to for a couple of minutes.

"King of Bros" Matt Riddle v James "Main Event" Morgan
The "King of Bros" opened this one with a waistlock takedown before locking Morgan in a cross armbreaker forcing Morgan to fight his way to the ropes to force the break. Riddle then pulled Morgan off the ropes and landed the Bro 2 Sleep to earn the pinfall victory in this one sided match up.

"Top One Percenter" Ethan Carter III w/ "Sensational" Sherri Martel v "Cruiser Great" TJ Perkins
EC3 and TJP opened this one up with a lock up but it wasn't long before EC3 used his power advantage to take control shoving Perkins back and catching the "Cruiser Great" with a knife-edge chop. EC3 then landed a flapjack before tossing Perkins into the corner. The "Top One Percenter" then landed the EC3 Splash before pulling Perkins out of the corner and landing several German Suplexes in a row leading to a near fall. After Perkins kicked out EC3 tossed the "Cruiser Great" out of the ring and followed TJP and nearly knocked Perkins out with a wicked sit out powerbomb on the arena floor. TJP struggled to get back into the ring just barely beating the ten count. EC3 quickly pounced and landed the One Percenter to earn the pinfall victory in this one.

"Once in a Century Talent" Hiroshi Tanahashi v Big Duke w/ Sozio
This all out brawl saw momentum swing back and forth as Big Duke and Tanahashi looked to end 2018 with a tally in the win column. As this one went back and forth Big Duke and Sozio kept doing whatever they could to distract Hiroshi Tanahashi and to try and keep the momentum in Big Duke's favor. Big Duke even earned a near fall when he connected with back to back Sky High's. Shortly after Tanahashi ducked under a big boot and caught Duke with a pair of flying forearms before landing a Sling Blade for a near fall. Tanahashi then climbed to the top rope and connected with the High Fly Flow and just as it looked like Tanahashi had the match won Sozio pulled the referee out of the ring. Tanahashi then blasted Big Duke with a powerful open hand slap that sent Duke tumbling out of the ring. As Sozio was helping Big Duke back to his feet Tanahashi flung himself over the top rope blasting both men with a flying forearm. Tanahashi then pulled Duke on top of Sozio and climbed to the top rope and hit both men with a wicked High Fly Flow before sliding back into the ring and leaving Big Duke and Sozio laid out on arena floor as the referee counted Big Duke out giving Hiroshi Tanahashi the count out victory in this one.

"King of Strong Style" Shinsuke Nakamura (c) v "Super Cop" Dick Justice w/ "The Captain" Lou Albano
Nakamura opened this one looking to catch the "Super Cop" with a feint kick, but Justice shrugged it off and blasted Nakamura with a wind up left hand going for the cover for a quick near fall. Justice then connected with the Leg Freedom Ring for another quick near fall to take full control of this one. With Nakamura struggling to get back into this the "Super Cop" hit Nakamura with several sidewalk slams and rolling over Nakamura with numerous Steamrollers. Nakamura even tried to get back into this one by rolling out of the ring but the "Super Cop" kept up the pressure rolling out after Nakamura and landing several knuckle sammiches and even landing a brutal powerslam on the arena floor and nearly picking up the count out victory only for the "Captain" to roll Nakamura back into the ring. The "Super Cop" then connected with another Leg Freedom Ring for another near fall after Nakamura kicked out Justice pulled the reigning and defending House of Pain Champion off the mat and put him on the top rope. Justice then landed a top rope arm drag before landing another sidewalk slam before hitting another Leg Freedom Ring to finally put Nakamura down long enough to earn the pinfall victory to become the first two time House of Pain Champion.
