One of my Top 5 all-time favorite video games is getting a re-release this year, yay! None other than the infamous NIGHT TRAP! It, along with Mortal Kombat, caused the formation of the parental guidance ESRB system (like the movies rating of G, PG-13, R, etc). There had been a KickStarter campaign awhile ago about it, but it failed, so I was VERY pleasantly surprised to see this on Yahoo today! Day ONE purchase for me, that's a guarantee! Oh, Dana Plato, time for you to "trap" my heart again, LOL! Here's the trailer:

I loved this game. I remember sitting there with a pen and paper writing down which room to set a trap in at what time. Hopefully they'll have a mode where you can watch the movie in full. Between this, Dracula Unleashed, Batman: The Animated Series, and the Spider-Man game, my Sega CD got a lot of love.

I'm pretty sure the whole movie was pieced together and posted on Youtube somewhere! And in HD if I remember correctly.
Anyway, yeah I loved all the FMV games, and thought that was a great innovation! I think I played all the FMV games that were on Sega CD, except Ground Zero Texas, which I always wanted. I sure did play the heck out of Night Trap, Sewer Shark, and Double Switch!

Ground Zero Texas was definitely one of my favorites as well as Night Trap.
