I personally don't as I treat the men and women within the Sinclairiverse as equals. Sure I run Shimmer as it's own promotion, and the rest of the NWA Tiers don't have their own Women's divisions. But when they get together for the Mixed Tag Team Invitational Tournament all competitors are treated completely equal. I made this decision based on the fact that more and more promotions are treating women as complete equals in the ring these days.

I don't plan to use the conversion chart when females face males in my upcoming Lucha Underground territory. I want to try and keep it like the actual fed. However in my other territories I have never had a man vs. woman match just mixed tags at times but always use the man vs. man and woman vs. woman tag out rule for those matches. I have to say that if I do hold one outside of LU I will use the conversion charts unless a woman is facing a real lightweight like say Jimmy Hart

We've rarely done male vs female, apart from the odd mixed tag match, when the conversion hasn't been used.
To be honest, I've rarely used the female cards at all, except for crowning a women's champ. I don't plan on doing inter-gender match ups as I play the game like the territory days where it simply didn't happen.
