Create a Character issues

As instructed, I already reported this issue via e-mail, but does anyone know if not being able to edit or create new characters online is a new issue, or has it been known for a while? I just don't want to waste my time waiting for it to get resolved if it's been known for a while.

This has been a known issue since January when the site was taken down to resolve some problems... Apparently a major overhaul is in the works, but there hasn't been much in the way of specifics yet.

Is this the error you are seeing?  I just tried to edit an empty character slot.

I've tried on IE, Firefox, and Safari and all come back with the same error, so it probably isn't my browser.  Seems like if this is a known issue, CAC cards should be removed from the store.

Just to note this is one thing they're trying to fix first before the bigger fixes come.

These appear to be fixed. I was able to edit stats and photo on a blank CAC.

Create a character is back up! Atleast for now. Could this mean new sets arnt far behind. I hope so.
