CZW Set 4 Tag team "the Juicy Product" with David Star and J.T Dunn . I cant find J.T Dunn . Where is he ?

Yeah originally there were plans to include both Dunn and Starr together in CZW 3 but then they dropped the tag team championship and temporarily left CZW and thus got replaced by the Beaver Boys in the set.
