(Chaos Supreme) BOW OF DEFEAT

The special rule for Chaos Supreme's BOW OF DEFEAT on the offense lvl 3 roll (6) states: "Roll two dice. If the roll is 2-5 then BOW OF DEFEAT becomes (+2) due to a surge in power from the Alpha Stone."

I am assuming each of the three BOW OF DEFEAT finishers on his card is affected? The reason I ask is the asterisk is on the roll of "6" on his level 3 offense. So I am not sure if that rule only applies to that particular roll on level 3 offense or all 3.
