12-23-17 Oceanview Pavilion Port Hueneme, CA(Bad Reputation by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts blares through the sound system as Matt Striker, Joey Styles and DJ Hyde sit at the ringside announce position.) Styles: Hello again and welcome to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Joey Styles, along with Matt Striker. It’s great to be back here at the broadcast position, but fans this wasn’t how this was supposed to go down. As you are aware, I was suspended last week for being critical of the UKW talent. Well fans, kayfabe left the building a long time ago, so here’s the deal. That was a work in order for me to spend some time with my family during the holidays. UKW had worked up an entire suspension storyline that was going to start the year and build until our next iPPV, Ultimate Rumble, in January, where Matt here would battle this man, DJ Hyde, to get me reinstated. Well current events in King of the Indies have resulted in the UKW brain trust scrapping those plans. DJ Hyde is here representing the UKW ownership group to make a statement regarding this situation. (Fans intently listen as Hyde briefly waits before making his comments. Hyde is serious and stoic as he seems to be finding the right way to begin his statement.) Hyde: Kenny Omega, who the F*CK do you think you are? (The fans roar their approval in Hyde’s choice of words.) Striker: Whoa! Styles: OH MY GOD! Hyde: For you fans that are not aware of what I’m talking about, here is footage of a recent Ring of Honor NY event that took place in New York, city. (Cell phone video is shown of a promo cut by Kenny Omega as he addressed the entire ROH locker room and the fans in attendance.) Based on Kenny Omega’s words and actions I have come to two conclusions in which one or both are true. Omega is speaking on behalf of and representing the thoughts and beliefs of the ROH NY promoting hierarchy and/or that hierarchy has no backbone and is not able to control the talent that they have booked and pay to appear for their organization. Regardless of what it is, I can say that throwing the KOTI belts in the trash is essentially spitting in the face of every promoter, performer and fan of KOTI. You say ROH NY is the best promotion in KOTI because you have both the titles. That’s bullsh*t. The only reason ROH NY has both titles is because you haven’t faced anyone that calls a promotion west of the Mississippi home. A prime example is The Tribe, who have busted their asses this entire year to prove they are the best team in KOTI. The last time I checked they were still VCW Tag Team Champions and they just won the Independent Tag Team League Championship. The only reason they haven’t added the KOTI Tag Team Titles to that list of accomplishments is you’ve been ducking them. That brings me to Adam Cole. Cole, you were scheduled to defend the KOTI title here next week. That show was advertised and tickets have nearly sold out. If UKW is not able to put on a KOTI title match as advertised, that takes money out of our pockets and that’s not how I want to end 2017. We’re expecting the KOTI Champion to defend the title here next week. We don’t care if that’s Adam Cole, Kenny Omega or someone else KOTI wants to defend the title. Omega, you claim ROH NY is KOTI? I think ROH NY is a bunch of entitled, east coast biased, bitches, who are too scared to travel west and face some real competition. There are plenty of wrestlers out here that would love an opportunity to kick your ass. Get on a plane and come see us. We’ll be waiting. Styles: What a way to kick off our program. DJ Hyde certainly didn’t mince words. Striker: I must say I’m in full agreement with him. Throwing those belts in the trash was the ultimate sign of disrespect. Styles: This reminds me a lot of when Shane Douglas threw down the NWA World Heavyweight Title and ECW was furthermore known as Extreme Championship Wrestling. The NWA still hasn’t recovered. I believe this will be different. I don’t think ROH NY has thought this all the way through. I don’t think they realize they may’ve given themselves the death penalty. Enough of that for now. Let’s get to our first match. Well this isn’t a match I thought I’d see. I guess that answers our questions. Apparently the Gang of Four is finished. Tracy Smothers vs. Sinn Bodhi (Underground Division) Smothers was all over his former stablemate, brutalizing him with steel chairs before putting him away with a JAWJACKER.Styles: Well Tracy Smothers has brutally slammed the door on the Gang of Four era. Doom Patrol (Chris Dickenson & Jaka) vs. Classic Connection (Levi Shapiro & Buddy Royal)After several minutes of back and forth action Dickenson put Royal away with a wheelbarrow German suplex.Zach Sabre, Jr. vs. Colt Cabana (BotB Division) This was an excellent match as both men put on a clinic. Sabre, Jr. eventually took over, but couldn’t put Cabana away. The action spilled out of the ring as Cabana began a comeback and both men were counted out.Styles: What a disappointing finish to a fantastic match. Striker: Colt Cabana was matching Zach Sabre, Jr. hold for hold there for a while. I’d really like to see those two go at it again somewhere down the road. Styles: I think the fans would agree with you. Listen to that standing ovation for both men as they return to the locker room. Well deserved. Now we switch gears as we head back to the Underground division. Joey Janela vs. Sozio (Underground Division) This match was brutal as chairs, ladders and even a cheese grater were used. Sozio finally got the hard earned victory with CURTAINS.Da Hit Squad (Dan Maff & Monsta Mack) vs. Repongi Vice (Rocky Romero & Trent)In a battle to stay relevant in the tag team division, both teams brought it. After multiple tags and some intense back and forth action Trent put Mack away with a GOBSTOPPER.Styles: What a great match. It’s unfortunate Da Hit Squad lost. They really looked to have things going their way until Trent landed the GOBSTOPPER. It’s time for our main event and what a match this has the potential to be, as AR Fox puts the UKW Best of the Best title on the line against Chuck Taylor. BEST OF THE BEST TITLE MATCH Chuck Taylor vs. Best of the Best Champion AR FoxFox was all over Taylor and didn’t give him any room to breathe as he dominated the challenger. Fox finally put Taylor away with a springboard 450 splash.Styles: I guess it’s back to the drawing board for Chuck Taylor. Fans, on behalf of everyone here at UKW, Merry Christmas. For Matt Striker, I’m Joey Styles and we’ll see ya next time.

12-30-17 Oceanview Pavilion Port Hueneme, CA(Bad Reputation by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts blares through the sound system as Matt Striker and Joey Styles sit at the ringside announce position.) Styles: Hello again and welcome to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Joey Styles, along with Matt Striker. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. KOTI has been abuzz since ROH NY claimed to be KOTI and we may get to see exactly what that means as we will have King of the Indies Title Match as our main event. This has definitely been quite a year for us, even though UKW has only been around since Labor Day. Striker: The last four months have definitely been crazy. It almost seems like we’ve been here all year. AR Fox has pretty much dominated the Best of the Best Division. Devon Moore has taken over the Underground Division since possibly ending Sabu’s career. If that weren’t enough, the UKW Tag Team Titles have become the most sought after indy titles as no team has been able to hold on to them for very long. Styles: Speaking of that, we start off this loaded show with a UKW Tag Team Title match. It’s triple threat rules as UKW Tag Team Champions Hyperoptimism defends against To Infinity and Beyond and OI4K. UKW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH To Infinity and Beyond (Cheech & Colin Delaney) vs. OI4K (Jake & Dave Crist) vs. UKW Tag Team Champions Hyperoptimism (Eric Watts & Ty Matthews)The Crists were taken out of the match early, leaving To Inifinity and HyperO to brawl amongst themselves. Cheech and Delaney isolated Watts and wore him down with some successful double teaming. Watts eventually tagged, but the advantage didn’t change. The Crists finally got back into the match, breaking up a pin as Cheech covered Matthews. The match continued as all three teams battled intensely. After several near falls and some great tag team action, Delaney finally pinned Watts after a skin the cat elbow drop to win the titles.Styles: Now that’s how you start out a show. What a match! Striker: I’d have to say five stars for sure. Styles: I think that goes to show that Ring of Honor NY may not necessarily be the best of the indies. I’d like to see them put on a match like that. Keith Lee vs. Bateman (BotB Division) Bateman used a stick and move strategy against the bigger Lee. Bateman had the match in hand and nearly got Lee counted out after injuring Lee’s knee outside the ring. Bateman continued to batter Lee inside and outside the ring, but Lee absorbed the punishment and waited for Bateman to make a mistake. Bateman did make that mistake when he took too long going to the top and Lee capitalized. Lee thought he had the victory after a SPIRITBOMB, but Bateman got his foot on the bottom rope. Lee celebrated what he thought to be a victory, but as the ref advised him to the contrary, Bateman locked in a SLEEPER. It took a few minutes, but Bateman finally got Lee’s arm to fall three times.Styles: That has to be considered an upset. Striker: Bateman had a great strategy. Styles: That he did. Now we change gears as Manimal returns to the Underground Division. Alex Colon vs. Manimal (Underground Division) Colon finally showed his violent side and why he belongs in the Underground Division when he took Manimal out of the building to the parking area. Colon smashed Manimal’s freshly repaired face into the windshield of a Buick Regal, shattering the windshield and possible Manimal’s face. Little pieces of glass are visible sticking out of Manimal’s bleeding face as he screams in agony. Colon then pulled a ladder over from the side of the building and sets it up. Colon delivered a side suplex off the ladder onto the hood of the car. Colon found a wheel barrow and dumped Manimal, who was barely conscious, into it. Colon took Manimal back into the arena and dumped Manimal on the floor next to the ring. Colon went to the top rope and delivered a frog splash onto the prone Manimal. Manimal didn’t move. The ref stopped the match as medical staff tended to Manimal.Styles: OH MY GOD! Striker: Who though Alex Colon had that kind of violence in him? Styles: I’m not even sure what to say. Manimal’s career may be over. Alex Colon has established himself as a man to beat in the Underground Division. Striker: Devon Moore should definitely be on the lookout for Alex Colon. Luke Hawx vs. Brian Cage (BotB Division) This was one of the hardest hitting BotB matches so far. Both men brutalized each other with high impact, hard hitting moves inside and outside the ring. Cage finally got the victory after back to back WEAPON X’s.Styles: What a brutal match. The fans loved it though as they give both men a standing ovation. Up next is a UKW Underground Title match … and I’m getting word that the challenger isn’t going to wait to start this as Justin Credible is on his way to Devon Moore’s locker room. (Credible storms into Moore’s locker room and attempts to attack him, but is intercepted by Lucky tHURTeen. tHURTeen slammed Credible’s head into a locker. tHURTeen picked up a padlock and wrapped it in a towel. tHURTeen beat Credible down with the towel. tHURTeen dragged Credible to the door, but Credible recovered and slammed tHURTeen’s head into the wall next to the door. Moore attacked Credible from behind. Moore and Credible brawled to ringside.) UKW UNDERGROUND TITLE MATCH Justin Credible vs. UKW Underground Champion Devon MooreAs Credible and Moore brawled near the fans, a fan handed Credible a chair. Credible smashed Moore with the chair. Credible grabbed the ring bell and smashed Moore in the face, busting Moore open. Both men continued to brawl. The action moved to the merchandise and concession area, where Moore choked Credible with a t-shirt then handed it to a fan. Moore and Credible brawled back to ringside and Moore rolled Credible into the ring. Both men continued to brawl inside and outside the ring. Moore was a bloody mess when Credible smashed him with the SINGAPORE CANE. Moore slumped to the mat and Credible went for the pin. Lucky tHURTeen hit the ring and broke up the pin. tHURTeen and Credible brawled momentarily before Credible introduced tHURTeen to the SINGAPORE CANE. Moore stumbled to his feet and tried to attack Credible from behind, but Credible nailed him with a superkick. Credible pinned Moore to win the title.Styles: We have a new UKW Underground Champion! Striker: What a match. Justin Credible has turned back the clock. Styles: Well we’ve had two new champions crowned on today’s show and now we will have one more. It’s time for our main event and the King of the Indies Title match. KOTI brass has sent the two top contenders and the winner of the match will be the new KOTI champion. KING OF THE INDIES TITLE MATCH Homicide vs. Michael ElginBoth men tore into each other and as the match progressed, Elgin showed off his power advantage. Homicide survived and battled back. Both men had given their all when Elgin threw Homicide out of the ring. That’s when Elgin saw a familiar face at ringside. KENNY OMEGA was at the Oceanview Pavilion and standing at the guard rail. Elgin and Omega shouted at each other when the Young Bucks came out from under the ring on the other side from Elgin. The Bucks quickly entered the ring and superkicked Elgin as he turned around. Omega jumped the guard rail and gave Homicide CROYT’S WRATH on the floor then entered the ring and along with the Young Bucks laid waste to Elgin.(Omega and The Young Bucks stood triumphant in the ring as the crowd booed. Omega yelled for DJ Hyde and Hyde obliged as he confidently strode from the back. Security intervened and kept both parties from any further interaction as well as escorted The Elite from the building.)

01-06-18 Oceanview Pavilion Port Hueneme, CA(Bad Reputation by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts blares through the sound system as Matt Striker, Joey Styles and DJ Hyde sit at the ringside announce position.) Styles: Hello again and welcome to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Joey Styles, along with Matt Striker and we wish you a very happy new year. We are also joined by a man whose 2018 hasn’t started off that happy, DJ Hyde. It looks like you have something to say. Hyde: I have nothing to say. The time for words has ended. It’s time for action. I should’ve expected what happened here last week. Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, Keith Simmons, the entirety of the ROH punks that think they are bigger and better than they actually are, you are a bunch of spineless, gutless, crapbags. You want to attack from behind? You want to sneak around arenas and attack unsuspecting victims? That’s not proving you’re better, that’s proving you are cowards. I’m sure you’re proud of what you did here last week, but you know what? I’m not mad. If that’s how you want to play the game, I can play that game too. Payback is a bitch … and so are you. (Hyde stands up and calmly walks from the broadcast position.) Styles: It looks like the war has begun and from what I’m hearing from around KOTI, DJ Hyde isn’t the only one who is gearing up to go head to head with ROH. Striker: It seems all of KOTI is slowly uniting against a common foe. Styles: I’m not sure ROH expected that … or maybe they did. All I have to say is careful what you wish for. Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe & Luster The Legend) vs. AC/DC (Arik Cannon & Darin Corbin)This was a great opening contest. It started in slow motion, but picked up quickly after that. Both teams battled back and forth, executing multiple tags, excellent double teams and multiple high impact maneuvers. The end came when Luster made Cannon tap out to the LUSTER SHIFTER.Styles: We go from some great tag team action to the Best of the Best Division. Last week Bateman had a tremendous strategy to upset Keith Lee, but this week he’s facing a wrestler with a completely different style. It will be interesting to see how his strategy differs. Chuck Taylor vs. Bateman (Best of the Best) Taylor was all over Bateman early, but Bateman countered with a well-timed Straight Razor. Taylor recovered and beat Bateman with a somersault suicide dive after Bateman got his foot on the rope following the AWFUL WAFFLE.Styles: I guess it’s back to the drawing board for Bateman. Now we move to the Underground Division, where Alex Colon has come on strong and looks to be positioning himself for a title shot. He’ll have is work cut out for him against ‘Bad Boy’ Joey Janela here on today’s program. ‘Bad Boy’ Joey Janela vs. Alex Colon (Underground) Colon continued the brutality he’s brought to the ring lately, but Janela was up to the task. Both men took advantage of a rope that Colon found under the ring, taking turns choking each other with it. Colon bashed Janela repeatedly with a metal pipe outside the ring, busting Janela open. Colon looked like he had the match one after a sequence that saw Janela counter a whip to the buckle with a springboard cross body block that took out Colon, but Janela was unable to capitalize and Colon delivered the DONE DEAL. Janela somehow managed to barely kick out. The battle continued and Janela returned the favor with the steel pipe outside the ring, busting Colon open. The action returned to the ring and Janela locked in the CROSSFACEStyles: Alex Colon has been on a roll of late, but the Bad Boy put a stop to that. Striker: Janela showed Colon that two can play outside the ring. Da Hit Squad (Dan Maff & Monsta Mack) vs. Doom Patrol (Chris Dickenson & Jaka)Mack missed an early turnbuckle charge and nearly knocked himself out with the collinsion. Doom Patrol capitalized and Dickenson pinned Mack after a PAZUZU BOMB.Styles: That was quick and unexpected. Striker: A great job by Doom Patrol to capitalize on a mistake and ride it to the victory. Styles: Next up we have two men that are no strangers to one another. Striker: Devon Moore and Tracy Smothers have probably spilled more blood, both their own and their opponents, in the Underground Division than any other competitors. Devon Moore vs. Tracy Smothers (Underground) These two men tore into each other with reckless abandon and it wasn’t long before Moore had blood pouring from his forehead. Smothers was a bloody mess before the match was over as well. Moore wore Smothers out with chairs and a metal pipe outside the ring before the action returned to the ring and Moore pinned Smothers with a COUNTRY BOY PRESS. Lucky tHURTeen hit the ring after the match and along with Moore delivered a vicious double team beat down to Tracy Smothers. The Nation of Intoxication left Smothers beaten and bloody in the ring. After several minutes, Smothers regained his feet and asked for a mic.Smothers: Ya know it’s pretty easy to beat a man down when it’s two on one. How about next week we even things up and beat the crap out of each other two on two. Styles: Sounds like Tracy Smothers has laid down a challenge for next week, but who would be his partner? Striker: I guess the fans will have to tune in next week to find out. Styles: Yes they will. It’s time for our main event and what a match it should be. Zach Sabre, Jr., will face Colt Cabana and Brian Cage in a Best of the Best Triple Threat Match. Zach Sabre, Jr. vs. Colt Cabana vs. Brian Cage (Best of the Best) All three men battled back and forth the entire match. Cage got the victory when he pinned Sabre after delivering WEAPON X twice.Styles: What a win for Brian Cage! Striker: All three men gave it their all. Any one of them would’ve deserved to win that match. Styles: That’s all the time we have for today folks. For Matt Striker, I’m Joey Styles and we’ll see ya next time.

01-13-18 Oceanview Pavilion Port Hueneme, CA(Bad Reputation by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts blares through the sound system as Matt Striker and Joey Styles sit at the ringside announce position.) Styles: Hello and welcome to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Joey Styles, along with Matt Striker and we have been so preoccupied with what has been going on in KOTI with the Ring of Cowards that we have failed to be true to ourselves. Striker: Our next iPPV is the Ultimate Rumble and it will happen on Saturday, January 27 in Reseda, California. Styles: The match will feature 30 men, each man entering the match at one minute intervals, with eliminations occurring when someone is tossed over the top rope and both feet hit the floor. When the Rumble is down to two men, it becomes a standard wrestling match that can be won by pinfall or submission. The winner gets a guaranteed title shot at a UKW Champion of their choice. Striker: So the winner can challenge any champion at any time? Styles: Yes. Striker: So in the winner is signed to the Best of the Best division he can jump divisions and challenge the Underground Champion? Styles: Yes. Striker: So the winner can get a partner and challenge for the tag team titles? Styles: Yes. Striker: The winner can make their challenge any time they want? Styles: Yes. Striker: This is awesome! Styles: Yes. Let’s go to the ring for our opening contest. Son of Havoc vs. Pinky Santino (Underground) Havoc hit Santino from every angle and pinned him with DEATH FROM ABOVE.Styles: Apparently Son of Havoc doesn’t work by the hour. Striker: Apparently not. He made very short work of the big man and didn’t have to use any weapons to do so. Styles: I think you could probably consider his body its own weapon with the way he comes crashing down from every angle. Next we have what should be a fantastic match in the Best of the Best Division. Shane Strickland vs. Matt Riddle (Best of the Best) This match didn’t disappoint as Strickland looked to keep an up tempo pace as Riddle attempted to keep his opponent grounded. Strickland pinned Riddle with a 450 SPLASH.Styles: Wow. It seemed like Matt Riddle just couldn’t keep up with Shane Strickland’s pace. Striker: Can you imagine a match between Shane Strickland and Son of Havoc? I’m not sure our cameras would be able to keep up with all the action. Styles: That would be a dream match for sure. Coming up in our main event, Tracy Smothers faces off with some familiar foes as he goes up against the Nation of Intoxication. Striker: Smothers is once again looking for revenge as the Nation left him beaten and bloody in the ring last week. My only question is, who on earth did Smothers find to be his partner in this match. Styles: We’ll find out in a matter of minutes, but first we have this tag team match. Doom Patrol (Chris Dickenson & Jaka) vs. To Infinity and Beyond (Cheech & Colin Delaney)The ref was pretty lenient as both teams used foreign objects outside of the ring, but the ref decided enough was enough and in an attempt to keep the match from getting to far out of hand, disqualified Delaney when he caught Dickenson with a sick chair shot outside the ring. Both teams brawled to the back after the match was over.Ruckus vs. Matt Tremont (Underground) Tremont was the first to introduce a weapon into the match when he used a fork on Ruckus, but Ruckus retaliated and delivered multiple DDT’s on a steel chair. Tremont was busted open while brawling outside the ring before Ruckus put Tremont away with Poetic Ruckus.Styles: Another great match from the Underground Division. Striker: Underground Champion Justin Credible should take notice as he is a marked man. Styles: And with the 24/7 rule in effect he can be forced to defend the title at any time. Speaking of Justin Credible, he participated on a TRADITION card recently, defending his successfully defending the Underground Title and making it to the finals of the Battle of Tradition Title tournament, where he faced the man that will be in our next match from the Best of the Best Division, Chuck Taylor. He faces a tough test as he takes on Brian Cage. Brian Cage vs. Chuck Taylor (Best of the Best) After a brief back and forth exchange Cage took control and put Taylor away with a backbreaker/neckbreaker combo.Styles: Chuck Taylor has been crisscrossing the country and may be the most in demand wrestling on the indy circuit, but all that travel may’ve finally caught up with him in this match. It’s time for our main event and I am as eager as everyone to see who Tracy Smothers has found as a partner. Tracy Smothers & vs. Nation of Intoxication (Devon Moore & Lucky 13)Smothers stands across from Moore and 13 when suddenly the lights go out and when they come back on SABU!!!! is in the ring. Smothers and Sabu attack NoI. Sabu obviously had a score to settle with Moore, as Moore nearly ended Sabu’s career. The action was wild, as one would imagine. The ref went down and Sabu busted Lucky 13 open with an Arabian Facebuster. The match broke down at the end as the ref started to lose control, but Sabu still managed to pin 13 with a TRIPLE JUMP MOONSAULT. The fight didn’t end with the bell as all four men continued to brawl throughout the arena as the show went off the air.

01-20-18 Oceanview Pavilion Port Hueneme, CA(Bad Reputation by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts blares through the sound system as Matt Striker and Joey Styles sit at the ringside announce position.) Styles: Hello and welcome to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Joey Styles, along with Matt Striker and we are one week away from Ultimate Rumble on iPPV. The thirty competitors have been invited and travel arrangements have been made. It’s going to be a huge event. Striker: I’m really looking forward to it. I know other bigger wrestling organizations have matches like this, and the surprises that happen at those events are what make me most excited about our Ultimate Rumble. Styles: As the late, great Gorilla Monsoon used to say, it’s going to be a happening. HATE (Pinky Santino & Che Cabrera) w/Rico Dynamite vs. BLKOUT (BLK Jeez & Ruckus)BLKOUT isolated and dominated Santino early, but Ruckus got carried away outside the ring and devastated Santino with a wicked chair shot. The ref called for the disqualification.Styles: Ruckus usually competes in the Underground Division, so I’m not surprised by his use of a chair, but he has to understand the rules in tag team competition aren’t as relaxed as they are in Underground Division matches. Speaking of the Underground Division, my good friend The Sandman has paid us a visit and will take on Son of Havoc. The Sandman vs. Son of Havoc (Underground) Havoc didn’t waste any time in bringing weapons into play as he smashed Sandman with a ladder early in the match. Sandman recovered and eventually wore out Havoc with a SINGAPORE CANE before putting him away with a HARDCORE DDT.Styles: There’s The Sandman we all know and love. Striker: He never disappoints. Have cane will travel. Styles: I think the same can be said for his cigarettes and beer. Now we change gears as the most active man on the indy circuit, Chuck Taylor, takes on the always entertaining Colt Cabana. Colt Cabana vs. Chuck Taylor (Best of the Best) Taylor completely dominated the match after a near fall with a quick hurricanrana off the ropes right after the bell rang. Taylor maintained the advantage and beat Cabana with the AWFUL WAFFLE.Styles: You would think with all the frequent flyer miles Chuck Taylor piles up he would show signs of jet lag or something, but he was fresh as a daisy. Striker: Chuck Taylor is definitely in phenomenal condition. Striker: Repongi Vice battles Doom Patrol next and the winner will earn a title shot against UKW Tag Team Champions To Infinity & Beyond at Ultimate Rumble. Repongi Vice (Rocky Romero & Trent) vs. Doom Patrol (Chris Dickenson & Jaka)In a wild back and forth contest, where both teams took advantage of expert double teaming, Romero pinned Jaka after a running shiranui.Joey Janela vs. Devon Moore (Underground) Moore gained and early near fall, but that was as far as his offense got him and Janela won the match with a MOONSAULT DOUBLE STOMP.Styles: A somewhat tame Underground Division match, but sometimes you don’t need to use weapons to get the job done as evidenced by Joey Janela. It’s time for our main event and Brian Cage has been on fire in UKW lately and it’s his turn to take a shot at UKW Best of the Best Champion AR Fox. UKW BEST OF THE BEST TITLE MATCH Brian Cage vs. Best of the Best Champion AR FoxCage overpowered Cage throughout the match, but Fox sped up the pace of the match and pinned Cage after delivering Air Fox.Styles: AR Fox continues to be the Best of the Best in UKW. Fans, don’t forget Ultimate Rumble is next week on iPPV. For Matt Striker, I’m Joey Styles and we’ll see ya next time.

01-27-18 ULTIMATE RUMBLE American Legion Post #308 Reseda, CA(Go To War by Nothing More blares through the sound system as Matt Striker and Joey Styles sit at the ringside announce position.) Styles: Hello and welcome to Ultimate Rumble. I’m Joey Styles, along with Matt Striker and we are back on iPPV. Striker: This is a huge night for UKW and one UKW competitor who will earn a shot at a UKW title of his choosing. Styles: That’s not the only thing on the line here tonight as Tracy Smothers and Sabu look to defend their legacy as extreme wrestlers when they face the Nation of Intoxication in a parking lot brawl. Plus the UKW Tag Team Champions, To Infinity and Beyond defend their title against Repongi Vice. That match happens right now. UKW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH Repongi Vice (Rocky Romero & Trent) vs. UKW Tag Team Champions To Infinity and Beyond (Cheech & Colin Delaney)This was a great match as both teams executed excellent double teams and quick tags. Neither team could hold the advantage for very long, but when all was said and done Delaney superplexed Trent to the canvas to counter a high risk move followed by a reverse STO onto his knees for the victory.Styles: What a great way to start off this iPPV. Striker: I know it’s kind of cliché, but that match could be a main event anywhere in the country. Styles: I’ve heard rumors that Rocky Romero is interested in concentrating on more singles action, so if that’s the last time we see RPV for a while I believe that was a tremendous send off. We go from some classic tag team action to a tag team match that could end any of the men involved’s career. Let’s go outside the building for the parking lot brawl. (The scene shifts to a parking area outside where Tracy Smothers, Sabu, Devon Moore and Lucky 13 are standing surrounded by a circle of cars. Smothers, Moore and 13 are dressed in street clothes, while Sabu is dressed in his ring gear.) PARKING LOT BRAWL Tracy Smothers & Sabu vs. Nation of Intoxication (Devon Moore & Lucky 13)As the match began Smothers paired off with Moore and Sabu paired off with 13, but all four men brawled between themselves. Smothers and Sabu even argued about who would beat up Moore. Moore got road rash on his face when Smothers ground his face in the asphalt as Sabu brawled with 13 nearby. Moore recovered and managed to lock in a sleeper. Smothers was nearly unconscious when Moore released the hold and dragged Smothers to a nearby car. Moore opened the car door and repeated slammed Smothers’ head in the door.Styles: OH MY GOD! That was absolutely brutal. Moore continued his assault on Smothers, but Smothers somehow weathered the storm and recovered. All four men continued to brawl back and forth. Moore attempted to spear Smothers against a car, but Sabu pulled him out of the way. Moore crashed through a car window. Sabu pulled Moore’s limp carcass from the car and attempted a pin. Sabu continued his assault on a near lifeless Moore. Sabu powerbombed Moore on the hood of a car. Sabu grabbed a hub cap and delivered an Arabian Facebuster from the top of the car then pinned Moore on the hood of the car.Styles: Sabu has his revenge. He has pinned Devon Moore and has gained some payback for Moore nearly ending his career. Striker: The real question is how will this match impact Tracy Smothers’ and more directly, Devon Moore’s participation in the Ultimate Rumble. Styles: We’ll have to wait and see, but we won’t have to wait long because it’s time. Thirty men entering at one minute intervals. Eliminations happen when someone is tossed over the top rope and his feet hit the floor. When it’s down to two men left in the ring, it becomes a standard one on one match to be won by pinfall or submission. It’s time for the Ultimate Rumble. (The crowd sits in eager anticipation to learn who the first two entrants are.) ULTIMATE RUMBLE
#1: Alex Colon
#2: SozioThese two men tore into each other as soon as the bell rang. Both men have been showing what they’ve got in the Underground Division and would probably be very happy to earn a shot at that title by winning this match. It will be tough given their entry position though. Colon attempted a high risk move from the top turnbuckle, but Sozio knocked him off the top back into the ring as the next man entered the match.#3: Stevie RichardsStyles: It’s Big Stevie Cool. Striker: I prefer Dr. Stevie. Styles: Regardless of which gimmick you prefer, it looks like Stevie is another DDP Yoga success as he looks to be in tremendous shape. #4: Sinn Bohdi
#5: ‘The Kentucky Gentleman’ Chuck TaylorTaylor immediately entered the ring, grabbed Bohdi by the scruff of the neck and launched him over the top rope and to the floor.#6: Keith Lee
#7: Shawn Daivari
#8: Willie MackStyles: The ring is really starting to fill up. We’ve reached entrant number eight and have only had one elimination. Striker: It makes mobility a little tougher to have that many guys in the ring at once. It also makes it more difficult to see an opponent coming up from behind. #9: Bateman
#10: The ManimalStyles: I can’t believe it! The Manimal is back in a UKW ring. Striker: And it looks like he’s not taking any chances as he’s wearing a hockey mask. #11: Trevor Lee
#12: Zack Sabre, Jr.The second elimination finally came as Trevor Lee threw Bateman over the top rope and to the floor.#13: Jushin ‘Thunder’ Liger
#14: ACH
#15: Timothy Thatcher
#16: Masada
#17: Luke Hawx
#18: ‘Bad Boy’ Joey Janella
#19: Navajo Warrior
#20: Colt Cabana
#21: Austin AriesStyles: We are to entrant number 21 and still only two eliminations. Striker: I think it just goes to show how important this match is. None of these men want to be eliminated and their doing a really good job of keeping that from happening. Aries charged the ring and attacked Daivari. Daivari battled back and eliminated Aries.#22: Rocky RomeroRomero eliminated Daivari. #23: (The number 23 entrant was announced, but did not come out.) Styles: I’m being told number 23 is Devon Moore, but he is not in any shape to be in this match. Striker: He has sixty seconds to make it to the ring before he has to forfeit his spot. Styles: After the beating he took out in the parking lot I think it’s highly unlikely he makes it into this match. Taylor eliminated Masada.#24: Brian Cage
#25: Joey RyanNavajo eliminated Thatcher.#26: Sami Callihan
#27: Eddie Kingston
#28: Matt Sydal
#29: DJ Hyde(Hyde makes his way to the ring and is attacked from behind by Chris Sabin and The Young Bucks.) Styles: OH MY GOD! It’s the Ring of Cowards. The Ring of Cowards is here and they’ve attacked DJ Hyde. Striker: They came right out of the back, right from where DJ Hyde had just walked. How did he not see them? Styles: It doesn’t matter because I think we’ve got bigger problems. (Slowly making his way out of the entry way is the 6’7”, 251 lb. Punishment Martinez. He strides right by where Sabin and The Bucks have incapacitated Hyde and takes Hyde’s spot in the match.) #29: Punishment MartinezStyles: Ring of Cowards has entered the Ultimate Rumble. Martinez entered the ring and went after everybody. Martinez eliminated Janela. Martinez eliminated Manimal. Once everyone in the match realized what had happened, they turned their attention to Martinez.#30: Tracy Smothers(Smothers hobbled out of the back and was met by Early Onset Alzheimer’s from The Young Bucks. The Bucks then charged into the ring and took Smothers’ spot in the match.) #30: The Young BucksStyles: This is ridiculous! Where the hell is our security? We now have three Ring of Cowards guys in the ring. Striker: The numbers are still against them though. Styles: I don’t think they’re worried about that. Look. The Bucks grab Taylor and toss him over the top rope and to the floor. The Bucks eliminate Sozio with Early Onset Alzheimer’s. Now all three ROH representatives work together to clear the ring. The Bucks eliminate Hawx. The Bucks eliminate Romero. Martinez eliminates Sabre. The eliminations began to slow as the numbers caught up with Martinez and The Bucks. The did still manage to hold their own as Sabin directed traffic from ringside. Matt eliminated Kingston. The Bucks eliminated Cage.Styles: I thought once the shock and awe that occurred after the appearance of Ring of Cowards here at Ultimate Rumble wore off, our guys would be able eliminate them, but that hasn’t been the case. Striker: Ring of Cowards definitely has a game plan and it looks like it’s to constantly watch each other’s back and stay away from the ropes. The tide seemed to turn against ROH when The Bucks botched a double team and Richards STEVIE KICKED Matt over the top rope and out of the ring.Styles: Way to go Stevie! On no, watch out behind you! Martinez looms behind Richards and as soon as he turns around, Martinez choke slams him over the top rope and to the floor.Striker: Bye, bye Stevie. Martinez eliminated Sydal. Mack attacked Martinez from behind and both men landed some heavy blows before Mack delivered a low blow and along with ACH and Keith Lee eliminated Martinez.Styles: Two of the Ring of Cowards down, one to go. Everyone now ganged up on Nick, but it didn’t last long as Martinez, Matt and Sabin stormed the ring. Sabin eliminated Mack. Matt eliminated Cabana. Nick eliminated Colon. A recovered DJ Hyde got in the ring to fight ROH. Hyde started with Sabin and tossed him from the ring. Hyde grabbed Nick and finally eliminated him, making sure ROH could not win the Ultimate Rumble, but Hyde wasn’t finished as he ducked a superkick from Matt and hoisted him out of the ring. Hyde then went toe to toe with Martinez and both men brawled out of the ring and toward the entry way. It looked like Sabin and The Bucks were about to rejoin the fight when the suspiciously absent security finally appeared to break up the fight and keep everyone separated.Styles: It’s about time. Striker: Better late than never, I suppose. Ryan missed a turnbuckle charge and Keith Lee took advantage of the mistake, tossing Ryan out of the ring and to the floor.
Callihan eliminated Liger.
Warrior eliminated ACH.
The match had reached its final four as Warrior paired off with Keith Lee and Callihan paired off with Trevor Lee.
Callihan eliminated Trevor.
Callihan immediately eliminated Keith Lee, leaving himself and Navajo Warrior as the last two men in the match.
Both men brawled for several minutes with Warrior using his strength advantage to carry him, but Callihan countered and pinned Warrior after a CUERNO KILLER.Styles: Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner in what is probably the wildest match I’ve ever witnessed. Striker: Sami Callihan generally competes in the Underground Division, but now he has the opportunity to call his shot. Will he challenge for the Underground Title, Best of the Best Title or find a partner and go after the Tag Team Titles? Styles: All champions will have to be on notice because Callihan has the advantage. We’re out of time folks. For Matt Striker, I’m Joey Styles and we’ll see ya next time.

02-03-18 Oceanview Pavilion Port Hueneme, CA(Bad Reputation by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts blares through the sound system as Matt Striker and Joey Styles sit at the ringside announce position.) Styles: Hello and welcome to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Joey Styles, along with Matt Striker and last week we had a match for the ages with the Ultimate Rumble. Striker: It was quite a match, made even more intense with the Ring of Cowards showed up and inserted themselves. Styles: I understand DJ Hyde will be making an announcement later in our show regarding that situation. Also later on UKW Underground Champion Justin Credible is back from his excursion out east to face Joey Janela. Or not, I’m getting word Janela has attacked Justin Credible in the locker room. (The scene shifts to the locker room where Janela and Credible are already brawling.) UKW UNDERGROUND TITLE MATCH Joey Janela vs. UKW Underground Champion Justin CredibleThis match was brutal as Janela made a fireball from an aerosol can, singeing Credible’s face, and Credible busted Janela open with a dumbbell. The locker room area couldn’t contain the brawl as both men took the fight to the backstage area. After beating each other with a broom the action entered the ring. Janela was nearly out of it from the blood loss, but it didn’t stop Credible from hitting him with the SINGAPORE CANE and making the pin.[/i] Styles: Justin Credible with a successful title defense in a brutal match. Striker: It’s what we’ve come to expect from the Underground division. Styles: Next up it’s a difference in both size and style as Keith Lee faces Will Ospreay in the Best of the Best Division. Keith Lee vs. Will Ospreay (Best of the Best) The strength of Lee as well as the agility of Ospreay were on full display, showing how different the styles of these men truly are. Lee’s strength advantage was too much and he won the match with a SPIRITBOMB. HATE (Pinky Santino & Che Cabrera) vs. Team 187 (Homicide & Murder 1)These two teams went all out, executing multiple tags and gaining multiple near falls. The match came to a close as Homicide produced a fork and used it on Santino drawing the disqualification.Styles: What an impressive match. Unfortunately Homicide is … well Homicide. Striker: Haha, yes he is, but what a great performance by both teams. Styles: Indeed. The way that match ended is a great way to segue to our next match, an Underground Division match between ‘Straight Outta ATL’ Jimmy Rave and Arik Cannon. Arik Cannon vs. Jimmy Rave (Underground) The brawl was on as soon as the bell rang. Both men spent considerable time fighting outside the ring, using chairs, metal pipes and even a rope. Both men fighting valiantly then Cannon delivered an ANARCHIST HAMMER seemingly out of nowhere to get the victory.Bateman vs. YUMA (Best of the Best) Bateman gained and early advantage, but YUMA countered and couldn’t be stopped as he pinned Bateman with a flying body press.Styles: YUMA made quick work of Bateman. Speaking of work, Shaun Ricker has worked very hard to get to where he is in KOTI. He’s won titles and is looking for the biggest prize, the KOTI Title, but he’s making his debut in UKW in tag team action with Joey Ryan as his partner. Shaun Ricker & Joey Ryan vs. Jeff Cobb & Matt RiddleRicker dominated Riddle early, but Riddle countered with a DDT outside the ring and the match evened out. Both teams battled back and forth and after both teams scored several near falls, Ryan pinned Riddle after the WALK OFF.(After the four men clear the ring DJ Hyde appears from the back and grabs a mic as he enters the ring.) Hyde: I’m out here to make a statement regarding what happened last week at Ultimate Rumble. First off, Sami Callihan, you made a statement by winning the match. Good on you and whenever you want your title match, you just let me know. Now to get to the real issue … enough is enough. Ring of Cowards, enough of the sneak attacks … enough of the back jumping. You want to take over KOTI? You’re obviously going to have to go through UKW so let’s do this heads up, face to face. I’m here to announce a special live event called One Night Only, Valentine’s Day at the Bren Events Center in Irvine, CA. You send anyone you want, but I want to face them in a one on one match. I’ll even make it no holds barred. Whatever it takes to get one of you in the ring. (Suddenly, Tracy Smothers comes from the back. He enters the ring as Hyde puffs up, preparing for a fight. Smothers begs off and asks for the mic.) Smothers: Easy there boss, we’re on the same side here. You want a piece of the Ring of Cowards and so do I. Those Young F*ucks cost me a shot at a title when they superkicked my head off and I want some payback. I have a partner and I want to Young F*cks at One Night Only. Hyde: Is that so? I don’t have a problem with that. The only problem is I’m not able to get insurance for Sabu after your parking lot brawl last week, so you may have to wait to get your revenge. Smothers: Oh, Sabu isn’t my partner. This mamaluke is. (Devon Moore hits the ring and stands nose to nose with Smothers, staring him right in the eyes, before shaking his hand.) Styles: OH MY GOD! I never thought I would see this. Tracy Smothers and Devon Moore as a team. Striker: War definitely makes strange bed fellows and KOTI is definitely at war with ROH. Styles: I can’t wait to see if ROH answers the UKW challenge and who they answer it with. We’re out of time. For Matt Striker, I’m Joey Styles and we’ll see ya next time.

02-10-18 Oceanview Pavilion Port Hueneme, CA(Bad Reputation by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts blares through the sound system as Matt Striker and Joey Styles sit at the ringside announce position.) Styles: Hello and welcome to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Joey Styles, along with Matt Striker and as Good ‘Ol JR says, business is about to pick up here in UKW. Striker: You got that right. Last week DJ Hyde said enough is enough and he, along with the surprising duo of Tracy Smothers and Devon Moore will finally get their hands on the Ring of Cowards face to face, man to man. Styles: DJ Hyde laid out an open challenge last week to any member of the Ring of Cowards to face him at One Night Only on Valentine’s Day at the Bren Events Center on the campus of UC, Irvine in a match contested under Underground Division rules. It will be interesting to see who R-O-C sends to face him. Striker: Plus, Tracy Smothers and his unlikely partner have challenged The Young Bucks, although Smothers called them by a more colorful name last week. Styles: I have been told Ring of Cowards has agreed to send a contingent for One Night Only, so both DJ Hyde and the team of Smothers and Moore will be in action tonight to warm up for that event in a few days. Also, on today’s show UKW Best of the Best Champion AR Fox puts the title on the line against Keith Lee. So without further ado, let’s get to the ring and the action. Colt Cabana vs. Rocky Romero (Best of the Best) After an early back and forth Romero took control and made Cabana submit to the DIABLO ARM BAR.Styles: Wow, Rocky Romero just put on a clinic. Striker: That he did, Joey. Colt Cabana is a good technical wrestler, but Rocky Romero just showed he might be on a whole other level. Styles: Speaking on being on another level, last week UKW Underground Champion Justin Credible made a spectacular title defense against ‘Bad Boy’ Joey Janela. After being beaten with a Singapore cane, broom and even a dumbbell, Janela is back here this week in more Underground Division action. ‘Bad Boy’ Joey Janela vs. Danny Havoc (Underground) Janela didn’t look any worse for wear as he started out fast against Havoc. Janela didn’t waste any time as he quickly introduced both a ladder and a cheese grater to the match, using them both masterfully. Unfortunately Janela got cocky and missed a MOONSAULT DOUBLE STOMP, as Havoc rolled out of the way. Havoc quickly delivered the TOTAL HAVOC and pinned Janela.Styles: Oooh, tough break for Joey Janela. Striker: Janela looked as if he wasn’t suffering any ill-effects from his match last week, but I’m not sure about his strategy against Danny Havoc. Styles: Well, partner, you said it last week that war makes strange bedfellows, and there are no stranger than Tracy Smothers and Devon Moore. Striker: Smothers and Moore have tried to destroy each other for the better part of six months and now they’ve joined forces. I’m sure each has gained a lot of respect for the other. Styles: Respect or not, we get to see how they function as a tag team against The Tribe. The Tribe (Navajo Warrior & Hawaiian Lion) vs. Devon Moore & Tracy Smothers w/ Lucky 13 Smothers and Moore worked well as a team, but there was a point where it looked like Moore and Smothers may turn on each other. Instead the double teamed Warrior. The match continued back and forth until The Tribe delivered RESERVATION DEVASTATION to Moore. Smothers tried to break up the pin attempt, but was stopped by Lion. As the ref was preoccupied with Smothers and Lion, Lucky 13 entered the ring and broke up the pin. Moore recovered and delivered a COUNTRY BOY PRESS. The ref turned around and made the three count.Styles: What an impressive victory by Devon Moore and Tracy Smothers. Striker: The did get an assist from Lucky 13, but to hold a victory over an accomplished team such as The Tribe it’s no small accomplishment. Styles: Well Moore and Smothers showed they’ve got the goods, let’s see how DJ Hyde fares in his warm up match. DJ Hyde vs. Scotty Vortekz (Underground) Hyde was dominating the match until Vortekz countered a high risk move by Hyde to gain the advantage. Vortekz maintained the advantage until he missed a high risk move of his own. Both men had kept things pretty tame to this point, but Hyde demonstrated his brutality when he put Vortekz through a table outside the ring. Hyde rolled Vortekz back into the ring, but Vortekz kicked out of Hyde’s pin attempt. This seemed to enrage Hyde, who dragged Vortekz from the ring and all the way out to the restroom. Hyde seemed to lose his mind as slammed Vortekz’s head all over the restroom then gave him a swirly. Vortekz was a bloody mess as Hyde dragged his near limp body back to the ring and made the pin. After the match Hyde looked directly at the camera and motioned for Ring of Cowards to “bring it on”.Styles: OH MY GOD! That was brutal. Striker: The Underground Division takes no prisoners and neither does DJ Hyde apparently. Styles: Apparently not. Scarlet & Graves (Dezmond Xavier & Zachary Wentz) vs. Da Hit Squad (Dan Maff & Monsta Mack)This match was back and forth the entire way with both teams executing quick tags and successful double teams. The end came when Maff pinned Wentz after a running senton.Styles: It’s time for our main event as UKW Best of the Best Champion AR Fox tries to counter the size and strength of his challenger, Keith Lee. UKW BEST OF THE BEST TITLE MATCH Keith Lee vs. UKW Best of the Best Champion AR FoxFox kept Lee off balance with an up tempo offense and Lee had a hard time catching up to the champ. Once Lee did get a hold of Fox, he gained a near fall after a SPIRITBOMB. Fox recovered, but seemed fatigued. The action continued back and forth until Fox was able to pin Lee after the LO MEIN PAIN.Styles: That may’ve been the toughest title defense AR Fox has had since winning the UKW Best of the Best Championship. Fans, tickets are still available for One Night Only this Wednesday. Why not spend Valentine’s Night with UKW? For Matt Striker, I’m Joey Styles and we’ll see ya next time.

ONE NIGHT ONLY 02-14-18 Bren Events Center Irvine, CA Jimmy Rave & Donovan Dijack vs. Bravado Brothers (Harlem & Lancelot)The Bravados isolated Dijack and used an excellent combination of double teaming and high impact moves to wear him down. The action spilled out of the ring, where Harlem attempted a running cross body block off the apron. Dijack caught Harlem in midair, but Lancelot connected with a running dropkick to the back of Harlem, sending Dijack reeling backward into the guardrail, where he crashed hard, back first. Dijack crumpled to the floor as Harlem crawled back in the ring. Dijack also crawled, but was debilitated from colliding with the guard rail and had a hard time moving. The ref was deliberate in his count, but Dijack was unable to make it back into the ring and was counted out. After the match Dijack finally made it back to his feet and seemed to be able to walk off the injury a bit as he slowly made his way back to the dressing room.Da Hit Squad (Dan Maff & Monsta Mack) vs. The Colony (Fire Ant & Green Ant)DHS completely dominated The Colony leading to Green being pinned by Maff after the BURNING HAMMER.UKW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH HATE (Pinky Santino & Che Cabrera) vs. UKW Tag Team Champions To Infinity and Beyond (Cheech & Colin Delaney)The champs had HATE on the ropes early as they used their speed to maintain the advantage. HATE battled back and proved they were worthy challengers. After several near falls by both teams, Cheech pinned Santino with a flying body press.Shane Strickland vs. YUMA (Best of the Best) Strickland went for a quick early victory, gaining a near fall with the JML DRIVER. The action spilled out of the ring, where Strickland missed a flipping senton over the top rope and crashed hard on the floor. YUMA took over, but his advantage didn’t last long and Strickland got the victory with a second JML DRIVER.Jimmy Rave vs. Sinn Bohdi (Underground) Bohdi looked like he had the match well in control, but Rave turned the tables and pinned Bohdi after delivering a one man conchairto. The Colony (Fire Ant & Green Ant) vs. Eli Drake & Joey RyanDrake and Ryan were extremely cocky throughout the match and tried to one up each other with high impact moves. The Colony absorbed the punishment and made a comeback. The action spilled out of the ring, where all four men brawled. Drake and Fire were the legal men and the ref counted both men out.Marty Scurll vs. ACH (Best of the Best) Scurll’s strategy seemed to be to keep ACH grounded with wear down holds, but ACH eventually increased the pace of the match and was all over Scurll. Scurll tried to battle back, but ACH countered and pinned Scurll after the BIG BANG ATTACK.Tracy Smothers & Devon Moore w/Lucky 13 vs. The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson)Smothers, Moore and 13 were in the ring waiting for The Bucks when ‘Hangman’ Adam Page appeared from the backstage area. Smothers and Moore look a little perturbed as the fans boo loudly.Page: Hey there fellas. I know … I’m the last person you wanted to see, but I had an idea. I see the three of you standing there in that ring and it occurred to me, there’s three of you and there’s three of us, why not make this a six man tag team match? Smothers: We don’t give a sh*t. We’ll kick your ass too. Just bring out those Young F*cks and less get this on. Page: Oh, about that. Nick and Matty didn’t make the trip. But Ring of Honor will not disappoint these fans because a suitable replacement was sent in their place. Ladies and gentlemen I am happy to announce my partners for this six man tag team match are none other than the American Wolves – Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards. (Smothers, Moore and 13 are pissed in the ring, but their rage turns to bemusement after what transpired next. Page stands idle for a couple of seconds staring expectantly at the backstage area. After The Wolves not appearing, he announces them again and The Wolves still did not appear. After looking a little silly, Page pokes his head behind the curtain and his body language from the back shows surprise and dismay. After a couple of seconds, Page turns back to the arena.) Ok … change of plans. Apparently The American Wolves are otherwise unavailable at this time, but never fear, Ring of Honor is always prepared. Ladies and gentlemen I am happy to announce my partners for this six man tag team match are none other than The Addiction – Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian. (Daniels and Kazarian join Page on the entry ramp then all three make their way to the ring.) Tracy Smothers & Nation of Intoxication (Devon Moore & Lucky 13) vs. ‘Hangman’ Adam Page & The Addiction (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian)All three men brawled back and forth as the referee gave a lot of leeway in this match as far as the rules go. Smothers, 13, Page and Kazarian were all busted open by the time the match was over. Kazarian was out of it from his blood loss when 13 delivered a SHINING WIZARD and pinned Kazarian as the other four men brawled throughout the arena.(DJ Hyde stands in the middle of the ring with a mic in his hand.) Hyde: The Ring of Cowards is obviously up to their old tricks given their little bait and switch in the last match. Well that isn’t going to happen with me. It’s open challenge, whose ass do I get to kick? (Chris Sabin appears through the curtain as the fans get excited. Suddenly Punishment Martinez attacks Hyde from behind.) DJ Hyde vs. Punishment Martinez w/Chris Sabin (Underground) Martinez destroyed Hyde as he battered him all over the building. Hyde was a bloody mess in no time as Martinez lived up to his name and dished out his kind of punishing brutality. As the match went on Hyde seemingly started to grow stronger. It’s as if the sight of his continuously flowing blood lit a fire underneath him and he began to battle back. The fans were in a frenzy as Hyde delivered the SHADOW DRIVER in the center of the ring. Sabin jumped up on the apron and distracted Hyde. Kenny Omega entered from the other side of the ring and attacked Hyde from behind. Hyde fought off Omega, but Sabin entered the fight and delivered a superkick to Hyde. Omega used the SPRAY CAN on Hyde before Martinez delivered SOUTH OF HEAVEN and pinned Hyde. After the match Omega signaled to the back. Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian and ‘Hangman’ Adam Page ran to the ring, where they joined Sabin and Martinez in beating down a barely conscious Hyde. Omega grabbed a mic.Omega: DJ Hyde … you don’t make the rules. I make the rules … and in this war there are no rules. (Suddenly Tracy Smothers, Devon Moore, Lucky 13, Sinn Bohdi, Eli Drake and Joey Ryan run from the back. ROH scatters and exits through the crowd.)

02-17-18 Oceanview Pavilion Port Hueneme, CA(Bad Reputation by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts blares through the sound system as Matt Striker and Joey Styles sit at the ringside announce position.) Styles: Hello and welcome to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Joey Styles, along with Matt Striker and I think it might be safe to say DJ Hyde is not a very happy individual. Striker: Frankyly, Joey, the man is pissed off beyond belief. He thought he was finally going to get a chance to even the score against the Ring of Cowards and those bastards pulled on over on the boss one more time. Styles: If you weren’t in attendance in Irvine on Valentine’s Day, you definitely missed out. UKW Tag Team Champions To Infinity and Beyond successfully defended their titles against HATE, but Devon Moore and Tracy Smothers didn’t get their hands on The Young Bucks and DJ Hyde was defeated after multiple sneak attacks by the Ring of Cowards. Striker: Tracy Smothers ended up joining the Nation of Intoxication in a six man tag team match, taking on ‘Hangman’ Adam Cole and The Addicition. Our guys ended up winning that match, but a lot of blood was lost. Then DJ Hyde thought he might face Chris Sabin before he was attacked from behind by Punishment Martinez. Hyde also lost a lot of blood, but looked like he might pull out the victory before Kenny Omega attacked Hyde from behind. DJ Hyde didn’t go down without a fight, but the 3 on 1 assault was just too much for him. Styles: As it would be for any man. I don’t think the blood loss matters to our guys. What’s most frustrating is the Ring of Cowards keeps one upping us at every turn. I guess DJ Hyde will have to just go back to the drawing board. Let’s start off tonight’s action in the Underground Division. Jimmy Rave vs. Drake and Fire were the legal men and the ref counted both men out.Styles: Eli Drake may be a champion in Vegas, but he and Joey Ryan are struggling in tag team action here in UKW. Maybe his luck will change when he returns to singles action, as rumor has it he will be the first person to challenge the new KOTI Champion, Sami Callihan, very soon. Colt Cabana vs. Bateman (Best of the Best) Cabana dominated the match before Bateman was able to battle back. The match continued with some great back and forth action inside and outside the ring. Cabana pinned Bateman with a flying body press.Styles: Another great match from the Best of the Best Division. Our next match is a tag team match that was supposed to feature The Tribe taking on Team 187, Homicide and Murder 1. Apparently Murder 1 isn’t here, so Homicide was allowed to find himself another partner to face the number one tag team in KOTI. Homicide & vs. The Tribe (Navajo Warrior & Hawaiian Lion)The Tribe waited in the ring as Homicide was introduced. Homicide came to the ring and waited for the ring announce to announce his partner … Eddie Kingston. Both teams were all over each other from the opening bell. The match really didn’t last very long, but a lot of damage was done by both teams. Warrior pinned Homicide after the RESERVATION DEVASTATION.Will Ospreay vs. Marty Scurll (Best of the Best) Scrull grabbed the advantage early, but Ospreay recovered and pinned Scrull after back to back CORKSCREW SHOOTING STAR PRESSES.Styles: It’s time for our main event and it’s sure to be brutal. Danny Havoc challenges Justin Credible for the UKW Underground Title. UKW UNDERGROUND TITLE MATCH Danny Havoc vs. UKW Underground Champion Justin CredibleCredible came out fast and had Havoc reeling. The action spilled out of the ring, where Credible grabbed a glass bottle from a fan and smashed Havoc over the head with it. Credible wasn’t finished and used the broken glass to gouge Havoc’s forehead. Havoc was a bloody mess. Credible set up a table and placed Havoc on it. Credible delivered a vicious splash from the top turnbuckle. Credible powerbombed Havoc through the announcer’s table. Credible rolls Havoc back into the ring, but an amazing thing happened. Havoc somehow recovered and went on the offensive. Havoc didn’t have the advantage for long and Credible countered with a piledriver followed by THAT’S INCREDIBLE to gain the victory.Styles: Justin Credible has certainly embraced what it means to be and stay the Underground Champion. Striker: That was one of the most brutal matches I’ve ever seen. Styles: It definitely ranks up there for me as well. For Matt Striker, I’m Joey Styles and we’ll see ya next time.
