If you had told me when I was younger that I'd support such legalization I would have thought you crazy but with the mass addiction to painkillers, I definitely see the use for it and hopefully they'll eventually get off their rears and legalize it for everyone.

Tournament Master I couldn't agree more. I've seen the same evidence and I can only hope that the NFL, UFC, and WWE will all understand that "more natural pain relief" is so much better in the long term than doping somebody up with prescription painkillers and act accordingly. I think WWE is already a good way there. According to my knowledge pot is not a Wellness violation that can get you a suspension. It is possible its a fine, but not treated the same way as other substances. It will take much longer for NFL and UFC to get there, as well as the federal government of course. Few obstacles with all of this. Drugs of any kind are like a loaded gun in the hands of the wrong people. Take for example the alarming rate in traffic fatalities among legal pot users in Colorado. Traffic Deaths Linked To Pot Use Up In ColoadoWe already know the insane amount of traffic deaths across the nation directly tied to prescription pill use. Some studies suggest that Adults With Mental Illness Receive Over Half Of All Opioid Prescription Drugs. Point being - folks who make poor decisions (driving while under the influence) and/or who are mentally unfit to make the right decisions (mentally ill) are not going to improve themselves by making weed legal. Opioid abuse has soared across the US because of the availability. Weed will be no different. I don't think it would solve much. It would just make another drug easily accessible to those who are looking to abuse drugs.
