I would definitely agree that the best way to start a fed is by a tournament to crown your Heavyweight Champ. Then, I use a house rule where everytime you roll doubles to finish a match you roll on the feud chart. That way if something happens during this tournament you have an immediate feud that can help you with ideas for your next couple cards.
One idea for a pure title could be that there is nothing allowed outside the ring, no weapons, stuff like that.

Actually there are rules for a Battle Royal in the LOW Ringside Companion.

I would probably just re-roll, like you said. That makes the most sense. Guys like Gotch, Severn & Hodge would be a good fit for a title like this. |

Just to throw my two cents in about the tag team battle royal:
A couple of times, I had an event where everyone entered into a battle royal and the last two men, regardless of if they were already a team, liked each other, hated each other, etc, were crowned the tag champions with each other. This can lead to some good storylines like if one of them has a normal partner, so they try to break up the team, or if the new champs hate each other it becomes about messing each other up. Or, if they could be allies, it could lead to some good new ideas there for their feuds and such.

okay i ran it where the two remaning guys are the champs.they where in a big heated fued so the commish aloud them to wrestle each other for the titles. and the winner got the belts for his team.
the battle royal chart i use ,i for got where it came from but im sure it was bootleg game issue from VCW CCW or something i'll post it when i get back from my gunner training tonight.GOD I LOVE BEING A TANKER IN THE BEST ARMY IN THE WORLD!!!!
