Thantos is definitely one of the toughest out there. Congrats to him. Endgame vs Monolith must have been a great contest. But I'm really looking forward to Thantos defending his title against Omega of Cetus! (Omega is my favorite in GWF). Great stuff stu! Looking forward to it.

CARD 9: The great chief Omega d. Thantos to capture the COTG Triple Crown, ending Thantos's reign very quickly (**1/2). Congrats go out to the legendary Omega, patriarch of one of wrestling's most legendary families. Defeating his son's arch nemesis is certainly satisfying, although as fans will quickly see, there's no rest for the weary!
Action from around COTG: Buddy Rose d. Wolf to maintain possession of the Empire State Heavyweight Championship in an absolutely fantastic match (*****!! A solid MOTYC!!). This match had it all, from great brawling, to death-defying moves. Rose is showing incredible resiliency (if not incredible guile) in holding on to the Empire strap. A match like this begs for a rematch!
Next Card: Omega will next face the original Nature Boy, Buddy Rogers, in a scheduled defense from Syracuse, NY.
Rose: 2 Title Defenses.

Really jazzed that Omega took the title Stu!
And it sounded like Playboy Buddy Rose pulled out all the stops to retain.
Omega vs Rogers should be a war.

CARD 10: Omega d. Buddy Rogers in relatively neat fashion to retain the COTG Triple Crown World Heavyweight Title (**1/2). Omega came out chopping, and didn’t look back, as he blistered Rogers with a furious attack, seemingly a man on a mission. Rogers, who came out proudly strutting like a peacock, just was no match for our champion this evening.
Action from around COTG: The Midnight Express d. The Young Bucks to remain the COTG Triple Crown Tag-Team Champions (*). The Bucks, cocky and confident as ever, were humbled a bit by the MX, who seemed eager to teach the young upstarts a thing or two about greatness. Even though the match was short, the heat was palpable in this one COTG fans, and there could be future matches between these two factions down the road.
Next Card: Our champion will continue on his title reign with a scheduled defense against the “Natural Man”, Bobby Roberts, coming to you live and in living color from Chicago, IL.
Omega: 1 Title Defense. Midnight Express: 1 Title Defense.

Very cool action stu! Love seeing the GWF Living Legend retain the belt. I've found that once Omega gets on a tear, he becomes a consistent wrecking machine. Looking forward to more!

CARD 11:. "Natural Man" Bobby Roberts d. Omega in a solid match to win the COTG Triple Crown World Heavyweight Championship, putting Omega away with a piledriver (***). Great back and forth on this one, COTG fans, with neither man giving any quarter. Roberts really pressed the issue for the last 1/3rd of the bout, and nailed Omega with a couple of big maneuvers before finishing him off with the piledriver for the win. Roberts strutted around with the belt, trying to add insult to injury to Omega for the loss.
Next Card:. Our new champion heads to St. Paul, MN for a scheduled defense against Aegis. Can Aegis avenge his friend Omega (Aegis and Omega have formed a tag-team on several occasions)?? Tune in next time for all the COTG action fans!

Hey stu! Great to see the COTG back in action. Although my man Omega lost the title - it sounded like a great back and forth contest. Aegis should make for an intetesting challenger to say the least. Good work!
