They just released a new version of Blood Bowl not too long ago. I have some of it but the vast majority of my Blood Bowl stuff is the classic stuff from the '90s. That's the version I have. It's basically the same as the classic game. If you're familiar at all with Games Workshop's products, you know that everything they put out is of high quality. The game plays exactly the same as I remember from the earlier editions and the sourcebooks and expansions are all very well done. If you have the spare funds and a group of friends who are interested, its well worth the investment for all the hours of fun you'll have playing the game. I currently have five teams.  Not all of them are painted to the standard that I used to be known for, but I'm making progress. The problem is, once moving back to this state eleven and a half years ago, I don't have access to a regular gaming group. Closest thing I have to that is going to the nearest GW store. Which is not something that I can swing every week due to financial reasons. |

Truly love Blood Bowl. Still got a lot of the teams and the 2nd edition boardgame. Also steam is currently having a sale on the legendary and chaos editions where it's super cheap. Don't know how long it will last though. Just got chaos edition for $5.09.

Great price while they have that sale going on. Legendary edition is a great game for it's cheap price on steam. But I immediately went after chaos edition due to it having more stuff in it as compared to legendary edition. Still great games for their price.

I stand corrected. Blood bowl legendary edition went from a few dollars to $9.99. Just went to Steam to see if they still had it on sale. Hate it when they do that. At least I took advantage of Chaos edition while it was on sale.

Yeah, with Steam you always need to be checking prices. I am tempted to try Blood Bowl one of these years though.

I really love the Dynasty Edition. I've been having a blast with the New Yuck Tyrants and the Tokyo Terminators.

I hoped for a Mutant Hockey League game, but now it seems like we will get Mutant Football League 2 before there are a hockey or basketball game.
