Is there a ringside companion or .pdf available for legends (hardcore type) matches?

There was a Ringside Companion available a long time ago, I wanna say I got mine in 2007 or 2008. I don't think they've ever offered it as a PDF, which is a shame.

I was about to make a thread asking about the Ringside Companion if there was going to be a updated version, I never saw the original and understand there was more match types in it? Charts? I know there are charts in the Online game that I am not sure where they originally came from, or what triggers the use of them.
If the powers at be are listening I would like to suggest a new updated one we could purchase even if its a just a .pdf, or make the old one available as a .pdf. There has to be some demand for it since posts pop up here now and then about this now mythical handbook.

This has been talked about for a long, long time, but it never comes to fruition. Personally speaking, if it were done, I'd like to have ALL the charts from both Legends and COTG. It's a pdf, it's not like you have to worry about printing costs--keep the obscurities like the Wolf Wildman and Splatter/Vyper Lottery charts alive.
