Who do you guys consider your pro wrestling guilty pleasure? The wrestler or gimmick that was either bad or maybe just not that good but you dug it anyway. Or maybe good but no else can see it.
One guy I have to go with is Billy Jo Travis. I loved his cheesy Elvis-type character from the USWA. I liked him better than Honky Tonk Man, who was too much of a cartoon character, or Jeff Jarrett, who I felt was too contrived. As a matter of fact, I think Jarrett ripped off Travis rather than Honky for his Double-J character. The two feuded in USWA for a while. I think Billy Jo's character didn't take it too seriously and I always got a laugh out of him.
