I do think it would require a working relationship and outside the U.S. is probably not the easiest but we can always hope.

Lucha VaVoom for me. I have bootlegs of a lot of their wrestlers and I've attended several of their shows (though non recently). Also, Championship Wrestling from Hollywood.
P.S. Oh wow... there is a CWH set. How'd I miss that? *taking out debit card*
