You have gone and done it again my friend. I love the Olde Wrestling sets and your take on it has me wanting to go back to 1929 and get a front row seat. Fortunately I don't have to time travel as you are bringing the action to us, and even Abbott & Costello are included!. Outstanding and I can't wait for more action. I am really looking forward to Prohibition vs. Murderers Row on the next card. Hey cruefan68! Very stoked you are enjoying the proceedings and that tag match was interesting. Since Abbot & Costello were well known on local but not really well known circuits I thought it would be fun for them to try to make a name here. It's wild putting myself in 1929 - for one thing when I roll out the matches I always picture that movie The Sting in my head and I hear nothing but Scott Joplins "Entertainer" as well. Also wild that this fed and Pariah's COTG feds are almost set 200 years apart. Trippy right? Anywho, much more to come soon. You're definitely in the front seat, always reserved for friends only!

The Olde Wrestling sets are my favourites away from Legends and I have been toying with running an 'Olde' fed for some time- but now I don't have to because you are! This is great and I am hopping we'll also get the see the El Paso Kid at some point! Really hope we get another Olde set because I really want the Red Scare and Little Guido! Hey joebreakdown! I agree 1 million percent with everything you said (and I mean everything) you said here. I have so taken to these cards it's outta sight man. The Red Scare and Little Guido (and anybody else) added to this line would be stellar for real. I was on the edge of creating this and then I just decided to pull the trigger. Truly hope you enjoy mate!!

Olde Wrestling Federation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Extravaganza Number 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Match Results :
Dr. Jacob Omen vs Judge Hugo Lexington Black ▪ After a hearty swig of his Elixir, The good Dr. Jacob Omen reversed what weak offense the extremely frustrated Judge Hugo Lexington Black could muster and made short work of him. After a textbook perfect ring shaking Bodyslam, Dr. Omen sealed the deal with his Bayou Backbreaker and a cover for the Pinfall in under 3 minutes.
▪ Dr. Omen - ( 0 fatigue ). ▪ Judge Black - ( 0 fatigue ).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Handlebar Habidasher" - Marion Fontaine vs Nicholas Valentino ▪ One half of a rematch from last weeks tag match between The Vaudvillians & The Barnstormers show cased bare knuckles boxer in Fontaine against a slick grappler in Valentino. With the crowd increasingly getting behind him, Fontaine turned the tide and came back against Valentino; after turning Valentinos Deathjump into Fontaines Suplex off the Top Turnbuckle, Fontaine hit a Bulldog and cover for the Pinfall at the 6 minute mark.
▪ Fontaine - ( 2 fatigue & 1 near dq ). ▪ Valentino - ( 0 fatigue ).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Jollyville Jeepers - Clean & Jerk vs The Lobbying Legislaters of an Anti Saloon Land - Cameron S. Shepard & Gavin Q. Volstead. ▪ After a still angry over his loss Judge Black told his right and left hand men that they better win, they walked into a very hard fought 24 minute war. The Jollyville Jeepers excelled at hot tags and double teaming, The Lobbying Legislaters excelled at foreign objects and tag finishers. But in the end; Volstead executed his finisher KICK BACK - An Enziguri To A Kneeling Opponent, in this case Jerk, as Clean just missed breaking up the Pinfall as Sheppard kicked him in the ribs.
▪The Jollyville Jeepers - ( Clean - 5 fatigue - 1 pin save & 1 missed pin save & blood loss ) & ( Jerk - 4 fatigue & blood loss ). ▪The Lobbying Legislators - ( Sheppard - 0 fatigue & 1 pin save ) & ( Volstead fatigue - 3 & 1 near dq ).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The Bearded Lady" Mary Elizabeth Monroe vs "Old Timer" Jeff King ▪ Another rematch of sorts with The Bearded Lady matched up against cranky Old Jeff King. A spirited but short match unfortunately that mirrored they're last confrontation; inside the ring the match belonged to Monroe but as soon as King lured her out of the ring, he was able to turn the tide and outbrawl her. Back inside the ring, King now with more respect for her, wasted no time in applying his BEAR HUG finisher and was just barely able to obtain a Submission Victory at the 3 minute mark.
▪King - ( 0 fatigue ) ▪Monroe - ( 0 fatigue )
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Prohibition - Matthew Cross & Jock Samson vs Murderers Row - Big Sue Jackson & Burly Bill Taylor ▪ In this highly anticipated match, Jock Samson and Burly Bill Taylor collided in the middle of the ring and traded shots - beating the daylights out of each other. The tide turned as Taylor caught Samson in his Airplane Spin into his SIDE SLAM finisher. But Samson powered out and drew Taylor outside the ring and turned the tide back. After breaking Taylors face open on the ring post, he finished him off in the ring by Pinfall courtesy of his PILEDRIVER finisher as Matthew Cross Shoulder Blocked an irate Jackson brutally back into his corner.
▪Prohibition ( Samson 1 fatigue, Cross 0 fatigue ) ▪Murderers Row ( Taylor 0 fatigue & blood loss, Jackson 0 fatigue )
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Felino Blanco" Louis Lyndon vs Agent Dick J. Lahart ▪ A match where the crowd were not only furious at Agent Lehart, but our masked referee Public Enemy Number One as well. The flagrant disregard for the rules here were staggering, after Lyndon kicked out of Laharts finisher LAHART PUNCH with authority, Lahart worked him over inside the ring with his Billy Club and outside the ring with a Steel Chair. A battered and bloodied Lyndon soon fell to Laharts second LAHART PUNCH and was Pinned at the 3 minute mark as the crowd stood up, shouted and threw things both at Lahart and the referee.
▪ Lahart ( 0 fatigue ) ▪ Lyndon ( 2 fatigue & blood loss )

------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Crowd Chatter / Happenings :
▪ Our young house comedians Abbott and Costello are really doing a heck of a job! After Costello explained to Abbott how 7 x 13 equals 28, he relayed the reason why he looks so tired lately; Costello said it's because "I'm a union man and I work only 16 hours a day. Abbott said sternly, "A Union Man Only Works 8 Hours A Day", to which Costello replied, "I Belong To Two Unions!"
▪ Announcements were made by our time keeper - Not So Big Ben..."Ladies and Gentlemen...for next Friday's card...our very first Championship card..."Felino Blanco" Louis Lyndon will face Agent Dick J. Lahart in a No Holds Barred Grudge Rematch...The Teams of The Lobbying Legislators ( Sheppard & Volstead ) w/Judge Black in their corner and Prohibition ( Samson & Cross ) will face off for The World Tag Team Championship Titles and for The World Championship Title Match...Burly Bill Taylor will face Dr. Jacob Omen...Plus 3 other exciting exhibitions of guts and stamina!
▪ On a fateful whim, Inky Scoops (who practically runs the place) got his cards read in Madam Destiny's tent in the corner of this ole barn that serves as the arena and office. She told him that some terrible event will soon happen, perhaps even within this very coming week, that will have many ripples...definitely effecting and impacting this fed.

Top Turnbuckle Tribune covering Next Weeks Championship Wrestling Extravaganza scheduled for Friday, February 15th, 1929!

Too bad Felino Blanco got the short end of the stick in that brutal encounter with Agent Dick... Looking forward to the No Holds Barred rematch... But, very pleased that Prohibition were able serve up a little retribution against Murderers Row...
As always, you do an unparalleled job of captivating the audience with all the 'little details' that you never fail to include... Take a bow, my friend.. Simply extraordinary!

Prohibition vs. Murderers Row did not disappoint. I loved the finish and that's a big win for Prohibition. Tough loss for Felino Blanco in the main event as Agent Dick J. Lahart pulled out all of the dirty tricks to beat him. Bring on the No Holds Barred bout. Great action overall from the roaring twenties!
Also I loved the Abbott & Costello routine, Costello's answer about the unions had me cracking up. Good stuff.

Fun as always. Looks like the Legislators got a good win and always like seeing Fontaine pull out a win. Thanks TTX! I know what you mean with Fontaine - he's really an underdog here. I was jazzed to see him get it done. Will be posting the 3rd Top Turnbuckle Tribune shortly my friend. Cant thank you enough for your support brother.
