into the ropes needs to go either on level 1 or level 2 offense.
out of the ring ( c ) needs to replace into the ropes on level 3 offense.
you need another (ch X) option on the card of some sort. (ch A) if you don't want to lose any of the moves & just delete into the ropes. I would put (ch A) after hair pull - 1 on level 2 offense & just replace into the ropes on level 3 offense with out of the ring ( c )

Otherwise, she looks like a young, undercard rookie.

another "syntax" thing is that the ordering of the moves typically goes:

1. move-1
2. move-1
3. move-1
4. move-2
5. move-2
6. move-3

In other words, the "move-1's" should be clumped together, the "move-2's" and so forth. Another thing you might want to do is also upgrade some of the "move-1's" to "move-2's" because I rarely see more than three of the "move-1's" on a card, though that's entirely up to you.

I agree with Eliath that this looks like a solid rookie. I like some of the move set on this card.

I'll up the weight to 137 (I am horrible at guessing women's weight. I'm clueless and I won't ask LOL)

I'll add in a couple defensive tags in. I totally forgot about that.
