PWG posted this today:
PWG says goodbye to Reseda. The final three shows at the American Legion Hall will take place on April 20th/21st, and May 25th!
The Legion Hall has been put up for sale, perhaps the Globe Theater in downtown Los Angeles will indeed be the new permanent home for PWG?
I can't go to the shows on April 20th/21st because I have to work on the 21st (one of the very few Saturdays I have to work.) So I am definitely going to try and go to the final Legion Hall show on May 25th.

Good riddance. That heat box was why I hated going. Perhaps now I’ll go shows again.

Good riddance. That heat box was why I hated going. Perhaps now I’ll go shows again. yeah, overall I am not sad to see PWG leave the Legion Hall either. I will be able to bring in sharpies to get my cards autographed without Legion Larry and his security throwing them in the trash. There were no pat downs at the new venue last week and there was even air conditioning. The only thing is I think the Legion Hall had a better crowd than the crowd at the Globe Theater last Friday partly because the beer cost alot more at the new place and there were no pitchers. Cheap alcohol (especially in moderation) tends to make for a more livelier crowd (although there is a big beer hall located just next door.)

an article that explains more about PWG leaving the Legion Hall (The Legion Hall has been sold and is going to be torn down:)
PWG Announces it is Leaving Reseda and Final Three Dates at the American Legion
Pro Wrestling Guerrilla announced earlier today that they will be leaving the American Legion in Reseda and holding three final shows there. The dates for the final three PWG shows in Reseda are April 20, 21, and May 25. While this comes after PWG’s debut at The Globe in Los Angeles on March 23, it was never the promotion’s intention to permanently leave Reseda. This changed when they were told they would be unable to book any shows at the venue after June 1, as the building has been sold and will no longer be an American Legion. It is believed the building, which opened in 1962, will be torn down to make way for new development.
The property the American Legion is on was first listed for sale in February with a listing price of $1,999,000. It is not yet known what the final sale price was, or what the future use of the property will be. The original cost to build the venue was $200,000 in 1961.
The American Legion first held pro-wrestling events in the late 1990s with Freddy Valentine’s All Star Championship Wrestling. ACW’s run at the venue saw an assortment of crazy gimmick matches including electrified fences, exploding barb wire, plugged in light bulbs, Terry Funk, the championship being put in a box full of rattlesnakes, and an alligator death match.
Pro Wrestling Guerrilla held their first show at the American Legion in Reseda on September 1, 2006 for the second Battle of Los Angeles tournament. Starting in January 2009, the American Legion became the sole home for PWG (aside from two co-promoted Wrestle Reunion shows in 2010 and 2011) until last week. To date PWG has held 105 of their 191 events at the venue.
No venue has been announced for any shows after May 25, 2018 but the promotion was happy with The Globe Theater and it is likely that will be used again if available. There is the possibility other venues may be explored as well.

I just went through a listing of PWG's shows since 2009 (when I started going) and I have been to 60 PWG shows at the Legion Hall and a total of 64 PWG shows overall (adding the 3 WrestleReunion shows near LAX and last week's show at the Globe Theater.)

although there are many things I mentioned earlier in this thread that I did not like about the Legion Hall, there were certain things that were cool about that building, basically it was the West Coast version of the original ECW Arena
also, for purposes of our game, many notable signings occurred in the Legion Hall that is going to be torn down:
Kenny Omega Zack Sabre Jr. Roderick Strong Brian Kendrick Paul London Matt Riddle Will Ospreay Marty Scurll Matt Sydal TJ Perkins Brian Cage Scorpio Sky Willie Mack Joey Ryan Jeff Cobb Excalibur
and many others (including some not announced yet who will be major news)
{note: normally I do not bring up any signings I made unless it is right when they are being announced, I am just looking back on the news about the Legion Hall closing and its relationship to our game and hopefully that is OK within this particular context}

The Legion Hall is where I got Paul London, I believe. you are correct, it was the week after I signed Brian Kendrick there and then they both got announced for the next LOW set just months after they got released from the WWE in 2009, I remember how excited I was even 9 years later as it was the first time a guy I signed got announced for LOW
