Midwest Championship Wrestling Episode 4: 1/6/1990
taped from Cleveland, OH
Clips play of the Terry Gordy vs. Bob Armstrong match. They show Armstrong putting Gordy to sleep and celebrating with his son Brad Armstrong and the belt to close out the show.
Bob Caudle introduces the new Midwest Heavyweight Champion Bob Armstrong and his son Brad Armstrong. The Armstrongs walk out and Bob has a big smile on his face. He says that he's won a lot of matches and a lot of belts in his day but this one is at the absolute top. He's so happy that he knocked Jim Cornette and Terry Gordy down a couple of pegs. Caudle asks where he goes from here as the champion. Just then Jim Cornette and Terry Gordy come out. Cornette says that the only place Bob Armstrong is going is a rematch with his man Terry Gordy. He reminds Bob Caudle and Bob Armstrong that the contract had an automatic rematch clause in it if the champion lost. Well, he's exercising that clause and he wants that match in Detroit, MI on January, 21st. Bob Armstrong nods his head and says sure thing. It would be a pleasure to shut Jim Cornette up once and for all.
Dark Patriot d. George South w/ a cross body block
Bob Caudle is with Eddie Gilbert and Dark Patriot. Caudle asks some questions to the Dark Patriot who says nothing. He tries to pry some information out of Gilbert. Gilbert says that he's not at liberty to share details about the Dark Patriots past. All Caudle and the stupid fans need to know is that Dark Patriot is one of the toughest men in wrestling and he has been trained specifically to beat the Patriot in the ring.
Tony Atlas d. The Grappler w/ a crushing full nelson
Bob Caudle is with Tony Atlas. He hopes that the Masked Superstar spent that $15,000 on something really nice. Maybe a nice sports car or something like that. He has unfinished business with the Masked Superstar. His goal is to chase the Masked Superstar out of Midwest Championship Wrestling. There's no place for mercenaries here. Atlas also gives a shout out to Bob Armstrong for winning the belt and hopes that he can get a title match down the road.
Brad Armstrong d. Masked Superstar w/ the Russian Leg Sweep
Masked Superstar complains to the referee after the match. The referee says it was a clean pinfall. Superstar locks on the Cobra Hold on the referee and refuses to let go until Tony Atlas hits the ring. The stare each other down and it looks like a fight is going to start but the Masked Superstar gets out of the ring and heads to the back. Bob Caudle stops him as he leaves and asks why he won't engage with Tony Atlas. Masked Superstar said that he already got paid for that job. He's not going to risk injury on a stupid fight with him when there isn't money on the line. If Tony Atlas wants a piece of him it will have to be in the ring for some money. Masked Superstar also complains about the referee he just attacked. He says the referee was obviously biased and that was a fast count. He will be filing a formal protest with the athletic commission over that outcome.
Main Event: Midwest Tag Team Title Match: The Fantastics (c) d. Chaz and Tugboat Taylor w/ the Rocket Launcher
The Heavenly Bodies attack after the match. They nail Fulton and Rogers with the title belts. They put the boots to the Fantastics and mockingly pose with the belts as the show fades to black.

Midwest Championship Wrestling Episode 5: 1/13/1990
taped from Cleveland, OH
Clips of the Heavenly Bodies attacking Midwest Tag Team Champions The Fantastics start off the show.
The show opens with Bob Caudle in the ring with a table and chairs. He introduces Jim Cornette and The Heavenly Bodies and then the Midwest Tag Team Champions The Fantastics. Caudle explains that they're going to be signing a contract for the tag team title match for that big show in Detroit on the 21st of January. Cornette takes the mic and tells The Fantastics to enjoy the tag team title belts while they can because everyone is looking at the future champions right here and that's The Heavenly Bodies. Fulton takes the mic and points out that his team had a shot at these belts and they lost. They didn't even make it to the final of the tournament. Both teams sit down and sign the contract. As The Fantastics are leaving the Heavenly Bodies jump them. Both teams brawl until security gets things under control.
Chaz and Tugboat Taylor d. George South and Jake Milliman w/ the Anchor Drop
Bob Caudle is with JJ Dillon and Midwest Television Champion Mr. Saito. Dillon congratulates Sam Houston on his winning streak that earned him a shot at the belt. He tells Caudle that this is what being the TV Champion is all about. Mr. Saito is willing to put that belt on the line any time and any place. JJ Dillon and Mr. Saito walk off the set and Sam Houston comes out. He's excited for his big opportunity tonight. He tells the fans not to sleep on him because he's going to shock everyone with a victory tonight.
The Heavenly Bodies d. Johnny Rodz and Mister X w/ the Rocket Launcher
Midwest Heavyweight Champion Bob Armstrong comes out for commentary for the next match. He talks about his rematch with Terry Gordy in Detroit. He says that he beat Gordy once and he can do it again. He wants to teach Gordy and Cornette that they can't bully anyone and they don't mess with an Armstrong. It's going to be another brawl but one he can win.
Eddie Gilbert, Dark Patriot and Brian Christopher are backstage. Gilbert introduces Brian Christopher as the newest member of Hotstuff International. He calls Christopher one of the hottest free agents in wrestling today. Christopher says that it's a real honor to be in such a prestigious organization like Hotstuff International.
2 Cold Scorpio, Marcus Alexander Bagwell and The Patriot d. Brian Christopher, Dark Patriot and Eddie Gilbert by DQ
2 Cold Scorpio had Dark Patriot pinned when Gilbert nailed him with a chair which drew the DQ. A giant brawl follows as both teams continue going at it.
Bob Caudle is with Masked Superstar and The Grappler. Masked Superstar talks about Tony Atlas and how that made him a lot of money. He's fine taking on Tony Atlas in the ring but he won't engage him outside of the ring. He's only in this for some cold hard cash. He reminds Atlas that he is one of the best wrestlers in the world today and that he isn't going to be run out of the Midwest. The Grappler chimes in and calls Tommy Rich a whiner. He doesn't load his boot. He has one leg that is shorter than the other and that's a lift to even them out. The referee checks that boot before every single match and everyone sees that. Rich just can't handle the fact that he lost clean in the middle of the ring.
Main Event: Midwest Television Title Match: Mr. Saito (c) d. Sam Houston w/ the Saito Suplex
Brad Armstrong comes out after the match. He challenges Mr. Saito for the TV Title at the Detroit show on January 21st. Dillon presents Armstrong with a contract which he gladly signs.

Midwest Championship Wrestling Episode 7: 1/27/1990
taped from Cleveland, OH
Highlights of Terry Gordy beating Bob Armstrong to win the Midwest Heavyweight Championship play.
Bob Caudle is with Jim Cornette, Midwest Heavyweight Champion Terry Gordy and Midwest Tag Team Champions The Heavenly Bodies. Cornette tells Caudle and all of the fans to look at all of that gold. His guys had a historic night in Detroit and now they practically own Midwest Championship Wrestling. He has one of the best singles wrestlers and one of the best tag teams in the world. He doesn't care who you are, his men will put the belts on the line and beat you in the middle of that ring. He knows that first on the list is Bob Armstrong. The same clause he used to get Terry Gordy a rematch is being used to get Bob Armstrong a rematch. But he wants something final and something special for this match. He and Gordy were talking about it and they think a 2 out of 3 falls match is an appropriate way to end things once and for all between them. Stan Lane gets on the mic and apologizes to Julia Roberts, he's been too busy to take her calls but don't worry, he'll get to her eventually. Gordy laughs and says he can finally sleep at night. The belt is back where it belongs and he won't be losing it again.
Mike Graham d. Mister X w/ the Figure Four Leglock
Highlights of the various brawls between Hotstuff International and 2 Cold Scorpio and The Patriot are played.
Bob Caudle is with 2 Cold Scorpio and The Patriot. 2 Cold Scorpio says it feels like a never ending battle with Hotstuff International. But they can dish it out just as good as they take it. He doesn't care if it's Eddie Gilbert, the Dark Patriot or Brian Christopher. They want a fight, they'll get one. The Patriot chimes in and would like to change the subject. He hears that the Midwest Television Champion Mr. Saito has an open door policy with the belt. Well, he would like to challenge Mr. Saito for that belt. Now, back to Hotstuff International. This all started when Eddie Gilbert threw a fireball in his face. Well, that hasn't happened again and it won't happen again. They won't rest until Hotstuff International has been chased out of professional wrestling.
The Fantastics d. Texas Hangmen w/ the Fantastic Cradle
Killer and Psycho attack after the match. Psycho grabs a chair and nails Fulton and Rogers with it repeatedly. The Texas Hangmen put some boots to the Fantastics before heading to the back.
Bob Caudle is with Tommy Rich and Tony Atlas. Rich says that he's been talking with Atlas and they decided they are going to change things up just a little bit. Atlas wants to take on The Grappler and he decided he's going to challenge the Masked Superstar. Atlas wants to congratulate Terry Gordy on his recapturing of the Midwest Heavyweight Championship. He hasn't forgotten what Cornette and Gordy did to him back in November. Once this distraction is out of the way, he'll be back on Gordy's trail.
Tommy Rich d. Dark Patriot w/ the Sleeper
Bob Caudle is with Chaz Taylor and Tugboat Taylor. Tugboat says they heard Jim Cornette out here earlier talking about how the Heavenly Bodies will put those tag team title belts on the line. Well, he wants to take them up on that offer. He challenges the Bodies to put the belts on the line on next week's show.
Main Event: Tony Atlas d. Nikolai Volkoff w/ the Press Slam and Splash
Masked Superstar and The Grappler attack after the match. Atlas tosses The Grappler out of the ring but Masked Superstar manages to lock in the Cobra Hold. Atlas struggles and manages to break the hold. Atlas lays into Masked Superstar with some big right hands until The Grappler catches him with that Loaded Boot.
