Daizee Haze DQ Allison Danger
This one ended quickly after a countering clothesline from Danger spilled Haze to the floor where Danger used a chair to crack her opponent across the back which was enough for the official to call for the bell.
Matt Taven w/Truth Martini & Hoopla Hotties b. Robert Anthony
Anthony dominated the early action with a fast paced offense including a pair of Ace Crushers, deathjumps and suplexes but Taven was able to weather the storm and find an opening to counter attack after kicking out of near fall following a Vertibreaker. Once in control, the match belonged to Taven and who picked up the win after a spinning neckbreaker.
“No Fear” Mike Mondo b. “The Prodigy” Mike Bennett w/Brutal Bob & Maria
Mondo has been a thorn in the side of Bennett for some time and tonight was no different. Mondo dominated the action from the opening bell aside from a brief offensive flurry from Bennett midway through the match. Mondo connected with several NO FEAR DDTS but could not put Bennett way thanks in part to some timely distractions from Brutal Bob and Maria. Mondo is able to finally get the win after his firth NO FEAR DDT of the match and picked up the crowd pleasing three count. Adam Cole hits the ring and joins Bennett for an attack on Mondo who is quickly joined by Jay Lethal. Mondo and Lethal clear the ring much to the pleasure of the fans.
Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) b. C & C Wrestle Factory (Cedrick Alexander & Caprice Colemen)
Alexander and Coleman came to compete and dominated the action keeping the bucks on the defensive for the most part. Twice then managed to hit a C & C CONNECTION COMBO on Nick Jackson but his brother was able to make the save both times and keep the Bucks in the action. Each time the Bucks would start to gain some momentum Coleman and Alexander would make a key tag or find a counter to regain the momentum. The finish came when Coleman had Matt Jackson down and out and mounted the corner for a deathjump cross body as Jackson regained his feet. Jackson was able to use the tights to roll through the move and pin Coleman in a shocking finish.
Northern Indy Tag Team Champions Briscoe Brothers (Mark Briscoe & Jay Briscoe) b. The Tribe (Hawaiian Lion & Navajo Warrior) w/Olivia
The Briscoe Brothers were able to cut off Lion early on and unleashed a significant beating on their challenger before Lion was finally able to the get the hot tag to his partner. Warriors showcased his power and tossed around both Briscoe Brothers. However, Warrior began to run out of steam before he could get either of the title holders in a position to go for the win and has no choice to tag Lion back into the action. The Briscoe again took over the match and never allowed Lion to tag back out. Lion took DUAL SUPERKICKS and a SPIKE JAY DRILLER but still refused to go down. Finally after a pair of pin saves, a JAY DILLER kept the titles around the waists of the Briscoe Brothers.
Ethan Page w/Seleziya Sparx b. “Die Hard” Eddie Edwards
Despite being from just down the road, Page had some serious heat from ringside and gave it right back to the fans. Page then proceeded to wrestle a nearly flawless match hitting every move in his arsenal including The Spinning Dwayne twice and a pair of back to back HEADSHOT CUTTERS. Edwards was nearly out on his feet at one point but managed to somehow make a comeback with several tiger suplexes and chin checkers. He could only get a single pin attempt however before Page regained control of the match and continued to dominate until finishing it with a reverse brainbuster.
Northern Indy Champion “Zombie Princess” DQ “Wrestling Worst Nightmare” Kevin Steen
Steen went on the offensive immediately in this one and things did not stay in the ring for long with Jacobs running for his life. Steen battered the champions all over the Rec Room and the fans ate it up. Back inside, a somersault leg drop connects and Steen tossed Jacobs back to the floor. Jacobs grabbed his railroad spike but Steen took it from the Champion and used it on Jacobs at ringside. The crowd was roaring, the bell sounds and Steen was disqualified. A bloodied Jacobs quickly flees from ringside with a frustrated Steen in hot pursuit.
Steel Cage Match – Jay Lethal b. Adam Cole w/Mia Yim
The Panama City Playboy did not look so cocky once the cage door was closed. After a brief exchange of counters, Lethal went to work and dominated the early action despite his lingering injury. Cole managed to come back briefly connecting with a Corona Kick for a near fall but this night belonged to Lethal who bloodied Cole with the cage wall before hitting a Lethal Combination. It was not enough to get the three count but Lethal never lost focus. Lethal came off the top of the cage with a Hail to the King that rocked ringside before ending it with a Lethal Combination.
