A pair of technical decisions help the champions retain their respective titles... Would really like to see The Tribe get another crack at WGTT... Fun stuff!

NIW continues to bring the great action. I loved Danielson & Quack over Adrenaline Rush and Whitmer over Mondo in the Pure Violence Match on the last show. AC/DC over the Briscoes was a huge upset and I imagine Dem Boys aren't too happy about that.

Card 22 â Northern Indy Wrestling presents . . . Louder Now, London Music Hall, London, ON
Delirious b. Shane Hollister The mysterious competitor from the Edge of Insanity made his Northern Indy debut tonight and was engaged in an epic defensive battle with Hollister who brought his âAâ game tonight. It was back and forth from the outset with neither man able to get the advantage and the intensity grew between the ropes and at ringside. At one point, Hollister bounced Deliriousâ skull off the ringside table but Delirious came back catching Hollister in a punishing Cobra Stretch. Hollister was able to escape but Delirious was able to plant him with a BIZZARO DRIVER for a near fall. Hollister had ringside on their feet when he kicked out of a second BIZZARO DRIVER but the third one in row ended it. âDirtyâ Andy Dalton b. The Hobo Last card, Hobo took a beating from Dalton but came away with a disqualification victory. Tonight the beating would continue. Dalton was all over the fans at ringside earning great heat. Once the bell sounded it was all Dalton. Twice Dalton had the match won with a PILEDRIVER but he pulled Hobo up at the count of two earning incredible heat from the fans, particularly the youngsters. Hobo was just lifeless sack but the time Dalton planted him with a third PILEDRIVER and finally completed the cover for the three count. The Tribe (Hawaiian Lion & Navajo Warrior) w/Olivia b. ACDC (Arik Cannon & Darin Corbin) The battle of top contenders started off very closely contested but the power of the Tribe soon gave them the advantage but they were not able to put way Arik Cannon before the double teaming and speed of ACDC saw them gain control of the action. Corbin looked particularly impressive with a pair of GINGER SNAPS to Lion but a timely pin save kept the match going. Warrior saved his partner after a TOTAL ANARCHY. Lion looked finished when Cannon mounted the corner for a deathjump cross body but Lion countered with a powerslam that gave him two and changed the momentum of the match. Warrior tagged in while Lion dropped to the floor exhausted and it became a handicap match. Warrior had the fans behind him and eventually Lion was able to recover and joined his partner for a simple but deadly double clothesline on Cannon to get the victory. Northern Indy Champion Jay Lethal b. Robert Anthony The Northern Indy Title match gets an early spot on the card which speaks to the how stacked this card is. They trade counters from the opening lock up until Lethal crushes Anthony with a neck breaking clothesline in the corner. Anthony is stunned and Lethal immediately goes for the finish with a LETHAL INJECTION but Anthony kicks out of the cover. Lethal hits his finisher a second time but again Anthony gets the shoulder up and the fans love it. Lethal comes off the top with a deathjump forearm to the head and then hits a third LETHAL INJECTION to retain the title. Joey Ryan b. Arik Royal Royal was looking from some payback tonight after struggling to find a victory in recent outings and started out strong and looked to be on the way to a win but Ryan turned things around running Royal shoulder first into the ring post. Ryan took control hitting back to back MUSTACHE RIDES but could not get the pin. Ryan kept the pressure on twice locking in âNuff Said and also using a Fujiwara armbar focusing on the same shoulder then went into the ring post. Royal battled back and bounced Ryanâs face off the ringside table. The fans were hoping for a complete comeback but Royal whipped Ryan into the corner and Ryan bounced out with a wicked clothesline that was enough to put Royal down for the three count. MsChif b. Cheerleader Melissa in a Pure Violence Match. This was insanely intense from the outset. Melissa gained the early upper hand and when for the victory with a KUDOH DRIVER but could not get the win. MsChif caught a break and was able to toss Melissa off the top of the corner to the mat and followed up with a DESECRATER for a near fall over her own. Things got extreme and the two combatants brawled into the fans and around the Hall. Back int the ring, Melissa kicked out after a second DESECRATER. The fans were eating the action up. Back to the floor and MsChif missed a spear and hit the Hallâs bar! Melissa scored a 2 ž count after an AIR RAID CRASH. Melissa mounted the corner for a deathjump cross body block but MsChif countered with a power slam for a huge near fall. MsChif immediately followed with a Gateway to Annihilation for the three count. Bryan Danielson & âLightningâ Mike Quackenbush b. Northern Indy Tag Team Champions Wrestlingâs Greatest Tag Team (Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas) to win the titles. There was a great pace to the early action as Danielson and Quackenbush made quick tags against Haas. Benjamin took over the action and nails Danielson with his PAYBACK finisher twice but could not get the three count. The action evented out and went back and forth. Quackenbush broke out the Chirkara Special on Haas for a nice ovation from ringside. Quackenbush got himself cut off for a stretch but was able to eventually counter and get Danielson back into the match. Danielson trapped Benjamin in a TRIANGLE CHOKE. Haas was cut off but Benjamin escaped. While Quackenbush battled Haas, Danielson transitioned to CATTLE MUTILATION to claim the win and the titles. âNo Fearâ Mike Mondo b. BJ Whitmer in a Steel Cage Match The fans were braced for a war. Mondo dominated early running Whitmer into the cage wall busting him open. Mondo battered Whitmer and nearly ended it with a jumping big boot. Whitmer was able to come back with forearms strikes and then went to work with Buckle Bombs and suplexes. WRIST CLUTCH EXPLODER nearly ended it. Mondo battle back hitting a flying elbow smash and later a Mondo Facebuster for a huge near fall. Whitmer hit another WRIST CLUTCH EXPLODER out of nowhere for a big near fall of his own. Mondo was able to send Whitmer into the cage wall several more times spilling more blood and then thrilled fans with a flying elbow drop for the top of the cage. Mondo then hit his NO FEAR DDT to claim the win. Whitmer shakes the hand of Mondo after the bell to a huge ovation from ringside.
