Saw this yesterday - Better than I feared , maybe runs abit too long , few questionable bits in it etc . Maybe spoiler at the end for the next one ?

I saw this movie tonight. Without spoiling anything,
The opening sequence was great and explains one of the mysteries shown in many of the trailers. The first half on the island was good (especially the parts of the escape from the island not shown in the trailers.) But just like in The Lost World, I personally did not care as much for the second half when the action moves to the US.
Overall, I would give the first half a B+ and the second half a C for a final grade of around a B-. Not as good as Jurassic Park or Jurassic World but IMO a little better than both The Lost World and Jurassic Park III.
A word to the wise, stay around until the ed of the credits for a post credit scene. Most of the crowd here in Las Vegas had left during the credits and they really missed out- you will see what I mean about that crowd if you stay for that extra scene.
