Hey gang! As some of you know FG will be attending a big game convention in Phoenix on August 10-12. When I lived on the East Coast I had my weekend warriors that helped me at the FG table at cons, running demos and basically having fun with new fans! I'm building a new super hero team, the West Coast Warriors, to help at the FG table for the weekend (or if not the whole weekend at least Saturday and another day). Let me know if you can help! You will get a complementary con pass and you'll have some extra time to check out the cool stuff! I can help Tom in Phoenix that weekend. I go back to work on August 8th so I would not be abe to get to Phoenix until Friday evening. But I could be there for all of Saturday and at least most of Sunday.

Would love to be on the "West Coast Crew" and help out with this event. I can fly in from Seattle, Friday morning and stay until late Sunday. When does the convention start on Friday?

Man, greatest game fans in the galaxy to be sure. I really appreciate the offers to help but I'm constrained by only having one pass for helping at the table. Fairest way is first-come, first-served with Vegas being first. If other loyal promoters are thinking of attending we may be able to stagger some of the times. For example I don't think Vegas can be there on Friday.
I haven't worked with the Game On organizers before, although they've been very accommodating so far. I'll need to ask if I can have different helpers on different days (spread out the "comp pass") but I wouldn't be able to cover any other days people may want to attend.
I'm figuring on Vegas for Sat and Sun. Let me know if someone can help on Friday and if so I'll ask the organizers if they will allow it.
Typically I spend some time at the table, but I'll also be on a couple panels and walking the floor making contacts with other game industry folks, etc. A friend will be attending with me and he'll help when he can also.

Tom,
All good, I should be able to be there Friday. What time does it start? I will still help all days, but will buy my own pass for the other 2 days so Zeke can have the pass those days. I will be enjoying seeing the other game tables as well if we can take shifts. Thinking of it more like a work/vac for me to head down to Phoenix, and will help out wherever necessary but will love to man the FG table as much as possible.
