Card 35 – Elevation Tour - Ritz Theatre, Elizabeth, NJ (1.34)

Sheepherders (Butch Miller & Luke Williams) dominated BWO (Blue Meanie & Stevie Richards) in a match that Richards was never allowed to tag into. D
Randy Savage destroyed Jim Powers with a FLYING ELBOW SMASH. D
Justin Credible frustrated Ray Stevens w/Captain Lou Albano enough that Stevens was disqualified for running Credible into the steel ring post leaving Credible a bloody mess but victorious. 1.5
Cowboy Bob Orton pinned Les Thatcher after a SUPERPLEX softening him up by running him shoulder first into the ring post. 2.0
Bill Apter welcomes Ed “Strangler” Lewis to the Hot Seat and Lewis discusses the training methods he is using to increase the strength of this finisher for his upcoming battles against Legacy Champion Harley Race.
Bobby Shane quickly rendered Bryan Danielson a bloody mess with loaded knee smashes to the head but it was Danielson who was disqualified when he later shoved the official to the mat while the referee was attempting to free Shane from the ropes. After the match, Danielson snaps and attacks Shane with chair smashing him multiple times before locking in CATTLE MUTILATION. 2.0
Bobby Shane is injured for 6 cards
In a Lumberjack Match, Ox Baker needed the interference of the Lumberjacks to survive an AIRPLANE SPIN to make his comeback and defeat Ilio DiPaolo with a HEART PUNCH. 1.5
Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito w/Captain Lou Albano made an impressive comeback to best Mongols (Bepo Mongol & Geeto Mongol) with a double face first suplex to Bepo Mongol. 1.5
In a wild Texas Death Match, Legacy Champion Harley Race bloodied and battered Larry Zbyszko with a turnbuckle wrench and later backdropped him into a car in the parking lot before finishing the match with a PILEDRIVER in the middle of the ring. 2.5
Post match, Commissioner Charlie Cox announces that Bryan Danielson is suspended for four cards!

Always enjoy a nice Fuji and Saito win. Danielson snaps......always interesting, great to see the Macho Man in action as well.

Ray Stevens w/Captain Lou Albano was busted open by Stevie Richards and needed three BOMBS AWAY finishers to end the match. 2.0
In an evenly match back and forth battle, Cowboy Bob Orton finished off Les Thatcher with back to back SUPERPLEXES. 3.0
Randy Savage over Justin Credible with a FLYING ELBOW DROP. 1.0
Ilio DiPaolo bested Ox Baker in a Lumber Jack Match with a leg nelson in a match that did not feature all that much involvement of the lumberjacks themselves. 1.5
Ed “Strangler” Lewis overcame the interference of Cowboy Bob Orton to come back and pin Larry Zbyszko with a choke slam. 3.5
Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito w/Captain Lou Albano bested Mongols (Geeto Mongol & Bepo Mongol) with a Fuji Nerve Grip on Geeto Mongol (Snake Eyes). After the match salt flies and Albano’s team goes on the attack. Fuji hits multiple BANZAI DROPS to Geeto Mongol while Saito and Albano choke out Bepo Mongol with his own chains. Geeto Mongol is removed on a stretcher (8 card injury). 2.0
Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers (inj)) stunned Stars & Stripes (Marcus Alexander Bagwell & Del Wilkes) to win the Legacy Tag Team Titles in a comeback victory with a ROCKET LAUNCHER on Bagwell. 1.5
Legacy Champion Harley Race turned back the challenge of Antonio Inoki with back to back PILEDRIVERS to end a very competitive match. 4.0
Commissioner Charlie Cox has suspended Mr. Fuji, Mr. Saito & Captain Lou Albano for 1 card each. Albano was said to have laughed off the punishment telling the press his team would welcome the short break before continuing to journey to the Legacy Tag Team Championship.

Big win by Race. Fuji and Saito get a little too wild on the Mongols.
