Great way to kill Sam off. In a way I think Sam would of wanted it this way (kind of). Better to go down doing what you love than to succumb to old age quietly

Nothing like a good, ol murder mystery to crank up the dial on a pressure cooker that already seems close to critical mass... At this point in time, I ain't believing the simplest explanation is the correct one... But, I definitely know who tops my personal list of suspects... It's gonna be lots of fun watching this story develop.
Plus, I gotta mention that HelSin is quietly building an impressive run with that IP title... He's lucky that a certain Vampire brother of mine decided to grab a little r n'r for himself... Otherwise he'd be putting a stop to this nonsense.

I don’t know how HelSin does for everyone else but he is an absolute beast for me. His loss to OT was the first time he ever took a bad loss (and that was mostly due to constant rolls on the Hardcore Titan Death Chart). I really want to weave him into this whole Godsend vs Endgame feud somehow. Working on it. He’s a really great character and has a killer card. I do expect Coven Black back in the GWF one day with a new card. When he does you can guarantee their life feud will pick back up immediately. Thanks for being a regular here! The setting: This is it! The biggest card of the summer is here! MONOLITH goes one on one with Siege for the GWF GALACTIC CHAMPIONSHIP in the main event. Plus the return of the Aethran Overmaster vs Godsend!
The show begins with a ten bell salute for Commander Sam. Godsend stands front and center surrounded by his growing group of followers. Endgame and the FDF stand seething only a few feet away. When the tribute is over, Godsend says he is dedicating his match tonight to Commander Sam. Endgame and Climber have to hold an emotional Tank back from attacking Godsend on the spot.
* the Aethran Soldier bullied Ygorr (6) in a long match that resembled a schoolyard fight more than a wrestling match. After a brief comeback, Ygorr misses badly on a deathjump and the Aethran Soldier casually covers him for the easy 3.
* Burning Man (4) beats Tempest (5) in a BRYMSTONE BURNING MATCH with EXHAUSTION (+2) after a fiery explosion sent both men reeling.
* Overtime destroys Paralyze (3) w GRAVITY BOMB outside of the ring to retain the GWF HEAVY METAL TITLE in a HARDCORE TITAN DEATH MATCH.
* HelSin (5) retains the GWF INTERPLANETARY TITLE pinning Fist (4) w BURIAL.
* Storm (2) and Bulldoze (3) defeat Lady Godsend (1) and Killer Queen (3) w STORM AND SIEGE on Queen to win the GWF WOMEN’S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS.
* Endgame defeats Demon Godsend (2) in a NIGHTMARE MATRIX MATCH w THIS ENDS NOW.
Endgame confidently ignored frightening images of immortal GODSEND produced by the Matrix all throughout the match en route to an easy victory.
In a 2/3 falls match for the ages...
* Shayne and the Basilisk (2) beat Orrus and Tarval (3) in a HUNTER’S PREY MATCH when the Shayne hits SHOWNDOWN sending Tarval into the net!
Tarval gets trapped! What a humiliating moment for Tarval as Orrus struggles to free his tag partner from the net!
* Orrus (6) and Tarval (3) beat Shayne (1) and the Basilisk (6) in an EARTH BULLWHIP MATCH when Orrus whips the Basilisk w the bullwhip and pins him.
* Shayne (1) and the Basilisk (10) defeat Orrus (11) and Tarval (9) in the TORTURE CHAMBER when Shayne finishes Tarval w SHOWDOWN to win the match 2 falls to 1.
Injuries - Orrus (2 cards) and Tarval (6 cards)
Godsend comes out to a heroes welcome. He is wearing red, white and blue wrestling gear in honor of Commander Sam.
The crowd comes unglued when the Aethran Overmaster makes his return to the GWF for the first time since mid 2136 and marches to the ring with the Dark Menace.
* Aethran Overmaster (5) hands Godsend (6) his first loss of 2137 w REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER after successful outside interference from Tank.
After the match (feud table) FDF Tradition hit the ring and double team Godsend. They hit FDF TRADITIONS on Godsend and leave him laying in the ring to a chorus of boos from the crowd.
Castilex runs out to make the save but the damage is done.
Godsend is injured 4 cards.
MAIN EVENT
* MONOLITH (3) survives AETHRAN CRIPPLER (+3) to fight back and pin Siege (4) w CATASTROPHE to win the GWF GALACTIC CHAMPIONSHIP.
MONOLITH stands strong in the middle of the ring, GWF CHAMPION - for the first time without the aid of the Dark Menace who grimaces from ringside as we fade to black.

Event Horizon 11 was a great read Rob  The gall of Godsend knows no bounds wearing Sam's colours! I'm sure Tank wanted to do far worse damage then 4 fight cards worth but give it time. Monolith coming back to win was really great and especially without the crutch of old Menace himself. And a heck of a fight between Shayne/Basilisk vs The Evolved! Traval and Orrus will be back! Fantastic as always (next time I'm sitting front row center  |
