The crowd explodes as Siege makes his official return. It is his first match without the aid of the Dark Menace and his genetic enhancements.

* Siege (5) makes his dramatic return to the GWF defeating Havoc (2) in stunning comeback fashion out of nowhere with Ground Attack. ****

* GWF GALACTIC CHAMPION MONOLITH (2) retains the title pinning Fist (3) w CATASTROPHE. ***

* Siege (1) wins the battle of Gladiator vs Gladiator, defeating Fist (6) w AETHRAN CRIPPLER. ***

After the match, Siege declares himself only Gladiator for the job of Aethran Minister of War!

* GWF CHAMPION MONOLITH (1) retains again, pinning Havoc (4) w CATASTROPHE. **

* Fist (3) lifts his shoulder at the last second after a Havoc (3) superplex and is declared the winner! ****

It all comes down to MONOLITH vs Siege!

* MONOLITH (4) hits Crashing Stampede after a big reversal and puts Siege (4) down for the 3 count to sweep the bracket and retain the GWF GALACTIC TITLE.

The buzz: Shayne returns to the GWF for the first time since losing the GWF title to MONOLITH at Galactamania! Deva’s no.1 hit, the Perfect Specimen is ready! Saber tries to spoil the party and Stallion tries to make a name for himself in his first IT. Let’s go to the ring!

Shayne makes his triumphant return to the GWF! He clenches his fists as a green electric energy force temporarily engulfs his body. Somewhere in a heavily guarded hospital room on Kroll, the Dark Menace watches his master plan begin to unfold.

* Shayne levels the Perfect Specimen (2) w an overly powerful SHOWDOWN (+3). **

It’s a statement win! Shayne looks tougher than ever!

* Stallion defeats Saber (3) w LUCKY HORSESHOE. **

* The Perfect Specimen (3) defeats Stallion by submission w PINNACLE OF SUCCESS. ***

* Saber (1) knocks out Spec (3) with SONIC WAVE. ***

* Shayne hits Stallion with SHOWDOWN (+3) but the young Stallion kicks out both times! Shayne questions his added abilities, shifting to EYE 4 EYE and finally gets the pin. ****

Shayne is poised to sweep the bracket!

* Saber (2) pulls off one of the biggest upsets in IT history, smashing Shayne (2) with SABER CHOP and getting the stunning pinfall victory. ****

Promoter note: Crazy drama here as Shayne hits Saber w Frontier Justice consecutive times and gets stern warnings from the referee both times. Typically in IT the refs (me) let the wrestlers fight (two rolls for chart disqualifications) but no tolerance for breaking rules inside of the ring (one roll disqualification moves and finishers). Shayne presses his luck big time (he was actually disqualified twice in a row and I made a judgement call letting it go) and karma bites him in the ass when Saber makes a comeback outside of the ring, then hits SABER CHOP for the stunning win, proving as always the dice do not lie, and won’t let you forget it!

It’s a shocking win for Saber and an even more shocking - and humiliating defeat for Shayne and the Dark Menace. Even with a deal with the devil and added genetic enhancements, Shayne comes up short and the Dark Menace fails to get his revenge.

Saber celebrates his history making victory, joining MONOLITH in the FINAL BEACKET as we fade to black.

Wild and crazy stuff. DM helping Shayne is a brilliant twist. It is shame Shayne did not get the DQ loss. That would have been better than being pinned. Ouch.

Love the promoter note and inside look on how ya run things. I like the inside vs outside of the ring DQ policy.

Promoter note: I played the opener against my 3 year old son, Brody. “Can I be the good guy? I don’t like bad guys.” he says.

* Tank (managed by Brody) (3) defeats Mr. Everything (managed by me) (5) with PEACEMAKER SLINGSHOT. *****

Brody cuts a post-match promo: “That was a good match, dad. We can play more later tonight after I watch Sea Beast. Bye.”

* Titan Power smashes Crust (3) w HANGING JUDGE. **

* Mr. Everything (2) escapes an upset, catching Crust (1) w IMPRESSIVE. ***

* Titan Power (1) hammers Mr. Everything (4) w a top rope Titan Drop. ***

* Tank (2) catches Crust (3) in a torture rack and doesn’t let go until the little guy finally quits. ***

It comes down to Tank against Titan Power.

* Tank sweeps the bracket, rolling over Titan Power (2) w PEACEMAKER SLINGSHOT. **

BRACKET 4: GRAND MASTER, HELSIN, DEATH KNIGHT and SENTINEL.

* Grand Master pins Death Knight (3) w HERO’S JOURNEY. **

* Sentinel looks awesome dominating HelSin (6) and finishing him w NIGHTWATCH. ***

* HelSin (2) defeats Death Knight (3) w BURIAL. ***

* Grand Master (1) defeats Sentinel (2) w HERO’S JOURNEY. **

* Death Knight knocks out Sentinel (4) w Loaded Glove.

It all comes down to Grand Master vs HelSin - a mega match that has been brewing all year.

* Grand Master (4) hits HERO’S JOURNEY, and after HelSin (5) survives….the galaxy braces to see if HelSin will unleash EQUALIZER.

It’s an incredibly tense few moments, and when HelSin chooses to not use EQUALIZER - it proves he believes Grand Master is free from the grips of Godsend and truly a changed man.

It also proves to be Helsin’s downfall when Grand Master fights back to hit HERO’S JOURNEY again, and take the bracket. *****
