I’m trying to create my own little compendium to use as a reference for all of the game info I own that is currently scattered. I just made an entry in the compendium for Coven Black, and it occurred to me that I hadn’t really given the Vampire Legends much of a push. I think the last serious attention that I gave Coven Black was in 2127.

I am loving the new GODSEND card! I tend to play most of my cards very straight, so it is really fun seeing how events get twisted when GODSEND wants to play along. I find the whole GODSEND card to be so thematic and very “meta,” for lack of a better word.

The Mayham thing was nuts. I was legitimately in shock. I made each roll completely scared that the little oinker was going to trash the colossal Monolith, whom I had watched in awe for so long and finally get to use. I guess I should have kept the faith. Lol.

Scorn: I am the strongest female athlete in the GWF. Lady Godsend can’t compete with A WOMAN SCORNED.

The Vampire Legends confidently stride to to the ring. Coven Black grabs a mic and demands the the commissioner grant them a match against Completion. Eydilon schedules a match with Black Death instead.

We have seen the new weekly shows on Castilex, but tonight will be the first mega-event to take place here. Welcome ladies, gentlemen, and assorted aliens, to the Castilex Amphitheater. An Interplanetary Title contract and three different belts are on the line tonight, as the Dominion seeks to exert its dominance. GODSEND delayed the Deimos Perennial just for this occasion, so we are expecting tonight to be BIG!

Crossfire is interviewed backstage. The Federation Defense Fighter is calm and says he’s ready for another round of demon hunting.

BISHOP HELL vs. CROSSFIRE
TITAN DEATH MATCH
[Feud] Bishop Hell is staggered by a BOW AND ARROW. Hell returns fire and bakes Crossfire’s eyes with a Burning Claw. Bishop Hell wins by pin after a deadly HELLFIRE. 4*

A previously taped segment plays. Eydilon looks intimidating sitting in his makeshift office in the dungeon of the royal castle of the Dominion. He drones on about how his virtue will be on display as he goes after the Interplanetary belt. “I’ll show you how a real commissioner fights and how a real commissioner leads.”

Totalis, the previous IP Title contract winner, makes his entrance and has a seat at the announcer table to watch the show.

EYDILON vs. EPOCH vs. DISCIPLE OF TERROR vs. SENTINEL
FATAL FOUR WAY MATCH [for an Interplanetary Title contract]
Disciple gets battered and bruised by a Pavo Powerbomb from Epoch. Epoch pins Disciple following an Epoch Slam. Epoch destroys Eydilon with a DARK AGE. Epoch pins Eydilon after delivering another DARK AGE. Sentinel pins Epoch following a sit-out jawbreaker. Sentinel wins and walks away with an Interplanetary Title contract! 4*

Fist grabs a mic, and addresses the crowd from between the two cages that have just been erected. He says that his goal has remained the same for 2134. The Gladiators plan to prevail over the tag division like their Aethran forebears have done before them.

Sur staggers Wolf with a Supreme Leg Kick. Wolf takes one hell of a beating from Sur. Eventually, Sur pins Wolf after a Sur Plex, while Bex keeps Lope from making the save. Black Death wins and retains the Castilex stag Team belts! 3*

Full of ego, Sur calls for a mic from center ring. “Black Death made us supreme. we ruled the GWF, turned it upside down, and we’re still the best now!”

A camera catches Godsend and Demon Godsend deep in conversation somewhere in the venue’s labyrinth. Demon Godsend’s subservience is obvious. When Godsend is done talking, an evil smile creeps across Demon Godsend’s face.

Backstage, Sinful is asked about her opponent tonight. “She calls herself a queen. She’s queen of nothing! She hasn’t proved anything until she can beat me.”

SINFUL vs. LADY GODSEND -(c)-
CASTILEX LADIES TITLE MATCH
[Feud] Lady Godsend crushes Sinful with I Am Your Superior. Sinful manages to fight her way back from a desperate position, and she waylays Lady Godsend with a Vampire Leap. Momentum has shifted and the challenger really brings on the offense. Sinful wins by pin following a Bite to the Back of Lady Godsend’s Neck. Sinful becomes the new Castilex Ladies Champion! 5*

Godsend is beamed to the ring, mic in hand. After he is announced, Godsend takes a moment to tout the preeminence of Castilex. He thanks the fans for their participation in what he calls the greatest and most important PPV of the year. Godsend declares himself, “the savior of the universe,” and the “hero and protector of the GWF.”

TANK MORTAR vs. GODSEND -(c)-
CASTILEX HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
Godsend wrecks Tank Mortar with a slingshot catapult. Godsend wins by pin after a Godsend Gutbuster, and he retains the Castilex Heavyweight belt! 2*

Godsend drones on about himself again once the contest is over. “I fear no one for I am unbeatable. I am the best. And it is only a matter of time before I also hold the GWF Heavyweight Belt”

Really enjoyed the Dueling Cage encounter between my Vampire brothers and the Gladiators... And Sinful looked wicked in her big title win over Lady Godsend... Awesome stuff!

More Vampire Legend stuff to come. I’m anxious to see what the rematch brings on the next card from Castilex.

Sinful is having a great start to the year! Surprisingly, Lady Godsend is having a tougher time in my fed than in others that I read. Not sure how soon she will be able to get a grip, and she may not get her hands on the true GWF Ladies Championship at all.

Giant Azuma chooses Lord Nexus, Perfect Specimen, Kenji, and Faller as his support team. Captain Crossbones chooses King Tux, Mass, Mayham, and Swerve as his support team.
Azuma throws Crossbones out of the ring. A donnybrook ensues, and Swerve sneaks behind Azuma and nails the Titan with a Ratings Spike. Back in the ring, Crossbones takes advantage. Captain Crossbones wins by pin after a Guns Blazing. 1*

Ygorr is anxious to get back in the ring now that he is back to full health. The Native has something to prove, and he gets his chance in a rematch with Disciple.

YGORR vs. DISCIPLE OF TERROR
[Feud] Ygorr draws blood with a claw hold. Ygorr wins by pin following a Slave Slingshot. 2*

Code Destroyer also gets a rematch tonight, but he has considerably less lofty motives than Ygorr. Code Destroyer has only one thing on his mind: REVENGE for being exiled. And then, the match gets rescheduled...

[Feud] Code Destroyer pins Euritar after a ruthless EAT CROW. Security Squad wins! 2*

As the final bell rings, Overtime surprises Crossfire with a Titan Drop on the ring apron, allowing Security Squad to them double team the downed Euritar. Overtime holds Euritar while Code Destroyer gets in a series of flying knee drops. Euritar is injured for 4 fight cards.

VAMPIRE LEGENDS vs. GLADIATORS

AETHRAN ULTIMATE ESCAPE MATCH
Fist wears a crimson mask after being the recipient of a tombstone flip-piledriver from Coven Black. Coven Black scrambles out of the cage following a Creature of the Night. Probation gets destroyed by a RISE FROM THE GRAVE from Necros. Probation rallies and manages to escape the cage after an UNCHAINED. Fist bloodies Necros with a Lightning Assault. Fist escapes the cage following a devastating WEAPONS. Gladiators win! 3*

As the defeated Vampire Legends head back to the locker room, they get ambushed by Black Death. Vampire Legends are exhausted from their match, and they are in no condition to put up a substantial defense.

Sur: You had it coming, blood suckers. Godsend wanted me to remind you to know your role.

DEMON GODSEND vs. MONOLITH -(c)-
LAST MAN STANDING MATCH for the CASTILEX HARDCORE TITLE
Monolith obliterates Demon Godsend with a CATASTROPHE. Demon Godsend mounts a comeback and draws blood with a Face of Death. A powerful CATASTROPHE leaves Demon Godsend so badly beaten that he can’t meet a ten count. Monolith wins and retains the Castilex Hardcore belt. 5*

Monolith: How long do you honestly think you can hide, Godsend?

Backstage, the Vampire Legends are still recovering, but they allow an interview. “We used Black Death to make ourselves more powerful,” says Coven Black. “But look at Sur and Bex, they’re just being used by Godsend like toys.”
