GWF 343 Lumberjack Match Malice (3) def. Mayhem (4)Finally a great WAR-Gladiator match in 2106. This match was back and forth. The LEAP OF DOOM and FIELDS OF MALICE would’ve won the match but the other team stopped it. Finally after a TURNBUCKLE TRAP outside the ring, Malice gets the 1-2-3. (4.5) Ninja Assassins (4) w.Darkos vs Titan Fury (1) w.Lord Nexus ends in a double DQFor the first time ever Titan Fury was on track to beat the Ninjas and all hell broke loose causing the ref to call for the bell. (3) -The GWF Executive Committee announces that the number one contender for the GWF title is… Raven. Raven says he will not let this moment distract him from his ultimate goal, which is removing the Gladiators from the GWF. In fact he hopes this will help him accomplish that. “Pegasus is a worthy Champion and to beat him I’ll have to be at my peak. I will be at my peak. Will I beat him? That we will find out at GWF 345.” Enigma w.Darkos def. Ursa Major (1) w.Lord NexusEnigma hit FEET OF FURY in no time only for Ursa to kick out. Enigma was stunned a little and went right back to the same move for the win. (!) GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP DEATH MATCH Thrash © def. Amazonia (4)Thrash was downright brutal whipping Amazonia into the stairs and hitting her over the head with a chair. Amazonia kicking out of FEMME FATAL caused this attack. Amazonia didn’t kick out of a 2nd. (2) Darkos is with Lycosa who is holding the Cruiserweight title. Darkos said he foretold Lycosa’s victory! He claimed something greater was coming to the Assassins and this was it. The 2nd reign of Assassin Greatness is in full swing. “What have the Titans been doing lately? Lycosa is going to beat Prodigy in a ladder match then the Assassins will finally get their due as the longest running great super team in GWF history!” CPC Rising w.Thantos def. X-Termination (7) w.Johnny RocketCPC Rising dominated this match despite 3 BULLWHIPS never getting a finish. A super kick from Janus puts Sleeze out. (2.5) Chaos (3) w.Heracles def. Painmaster (7) w.SentryAfter a close back and forth battle Chaos pulls it out due to Heracles interference and Sentry’s misfire. Painmaster submits to the BOW OF DEFEAT. (3.5) After the match Chaos wouldn’t release the BOW OF DEFEAT. Heracles hit Sentry with OLYMPIA and Chaos put Sentry in the BOW OF DEFEAT. Chaos then dares Mandrill to come out and fight him right now. Mandrill comes out but doesn’t fight Chaos. He says he’s taken so much from Chaos that he’s run out of ways to humiliate him. He offers to fight Chaos at 344 so Chaos can finally learn this a fight Chaos can’t win! GWF UF CHAMPIONSHIP Wolf © def. Dark Justice (2) w.The Mercenaries by DQWolf had Justice in the SAVAGE FACE CLAW when the Mercenaries got involved. Wolf dove through the ropes onto Vigilante when Fortune hit him for the DQ. (Dud) Wolf fights the both off and has the upperhand until he bashed from behind by Justice. Justice suplexes Wolf on the floor and smashes him across the ribs with the ROD OF JUSTICE. GWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The FDF (2) w.Commander Sam def. Rebel Empire © (5) w.Sentry by DQNefarus was on the bad side of the DIAMOND CUT when Sentry pulled the ref out of the ring! Transevolver (2) w.DoomsayerBlizzard and Buck worked well together and finished Monad following the FROSTBITE (springboard head butt ala Eddie Guerrero) (2) Colossus comes out to speak with Qualitar and he’s interrupted by the face of Heracles in pain. We slowly zoom out to see two feet in the middle of his back. We zoom out further to see the Painmaster has Heracles in the TORTURE RACK. Painmaster says Heracles and Colossus came into the GWF 8 years ago to great anticipation and never lived up to those expectations! Neither man has won a title in those 8 years. Painmaster tells Colossus he’s going to put him out of wrestling like he’s already done to Alpha Force. Painmaster releases his finisher and says “And like I just did to Heracles.” Ninja Assassins (7) w.Darkos def. Titan Fury (4) w.Lord NexusThe Ninjas endure and fight from underneath to best Titan Fury. Hydrax pinned Rising Sun following the DEATH POINT STRIKE. (3) Paragon (5) w.Thantos def. Archon (3)Both men put forth an amazing effort. Paragon locked Archon in the FINAL OVERTURE to get the submission victory. Paragon didn’t release the hold after Archon tapped. The ref has to threaten Paragon saying he would reverse the decision. (4) Pegasus our GWF Champion comes out and says for 11 years Raven was one of the best, but no one considers Raven the absolute best. Pegasus claims that he is the absolute best and he’s not just going to talk it, but he’s going to live it! The CPC music hits and out comes Commissioner Grogan. Grogan asks Pegasus does he need anything and he hopes his accommodations tonight were up to his high standards. Grogan said he gave Pegasus the night off cause he understands how important Pegasus is. Not just to the GWF but to the sport itself! Grogan then says he wants to invite Pegasus to join the CPC! Pegasus looks to the crowd for their support. It’s an overwhelming no. Pegasus extends his hand and the crowd boos and Grogan smiles! Grogan grasps and raises Pegasus hand, before being pulled in and dumped on his head via PROJECT PEGASUS. The crowd erupts and Pegasus poses over an unconscious Grogan. Chaos (4)Mandrill hits the MUTANT MAULER after withstanding the BOW OF DEFEAT. It looked like Chaos’ night, but he can’t finish and it’s Mandrill pulling out a tough match. (4.5)

Scion Nexus (2) w.Lord NexusSkinhead locked BAD ATTITUDE on Scion early and that’s all she wrote. (!) Thantos and Terminus appear on the Jumbotron. (4) Paragon comes out with Thantos but before he can speak Archon comes out and asks Paragon for a rematch. Thantos whispers something to Paragon. Paragon says Archon will forever been known as the guy who got his partner killed! “We know you weren’t in the ring that night but he had to face Blazing Skull cause you didn’t have the balls to tell him he wasn’t ready! You were the one that should’ve been facing him! But you didn’t want the responsibility cause you’re a coward!” Archon charges the ring as Paragon and Thantos escape taunt Archon before teleporting out of the ring. Sentry tries to stop him, but Colossus decks him then continues to stretch Painmaster when Star Warrior tells Colossus to relax. Colossus doesn’t so Star Warrior pulls Colossus off of Painmaster. Colossus looks at his manager like he has no idea who he is then he shoves Star Warrior and Star Warrior shoves him back. Star Warrior pleads to Colossus again and Colossus almost instantaneously cools off. GWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Thunder & Overkill (3) w.Thrash def. Rebel Empire (6) w.SentryThe Gladiators win the belts for the 5th time! The Gladiators take control of the match late. The DECAPITATOR couldn’t get the pin twice, but on the 3rd attempt it brought the Gladiators the titles. (3.5) GWF CHAMPIONSHIP Pegasus © (4) w.Star Warrior Def. Raven (6)What a match this was. Vengeance interfered after Raven hit the BLADERUNNER, but Raven fought him off. Pegasus kicked out of the BLADERUNNER twice and the BROADSWORD once. Then when it looked like Raven couldn’t respond he kicked out of PROJECT PEGASUS (Raven needed an 11+ rolled 11). Pegasus remains champion after a Pegasus Press Slam. This victory gives Pegasus the 2nd most title defenses in GWF title history at 9. He’s 2nd only to Spike who had 17 title defenses. (5) Dark Justice music hits and he comes out with the Mercenaries. He’s ready to cash in his Big Money Briefcase. GWF CHAMPIONSHIP Dark Justice (2) w.the Mercenaries def. Pegasus © (6) w.Star Warrior by DQ Pegasus was exhausted, but had Dark Justice pinned when Vigilante distracted the ref. Pegasus was lucky to escape with his title reign intact... Thanks to some vicious interference by the Sheik...
Excellent comeback by Malice against the original Aethran outcast... And nice job by Thunder and Overkill to become tag champs again...
Fun stuff!
