Card #4 - The AC Arena
We are live from The AC Arena and starting things off with our opening match.
Coven Black beat Lope via pinfall.
A short match that saw Black win after a Bite of the Vampire. After the bell Necros ran down and joined Black in a beat down of Lope. Wolf ran down to chase them off but the damage was done. Lope needed help to the back.
Totalis defeated Epoch by pinfall.
Totalis dominated the match. He hit Title Quest multiple times. Not sure what was more impressive. The number of times he got away with it or that he used a different belt each time.
Inside the Martial Law locker room. Sly and Shayne are in the middle while Patch and Skiver sit on one side and Code Destoyer and Overtime sit on the other, both tag teams giving mean glances to the other. Sly speaks, "I hope I can count on you guys tonight. I have no idea who I'm facing tonight and I sure didn't get any help a couple weeks ago when Demon Godsend got involved and cost me not only the match but a title". "Don't look at me," says Shayne, "I wasn't invited to the party and so wasn't even on the planet". Sly let's out a sigh, "I know that but others were". At this both teams stand up and starting yelling and finger pointing. Finally Patch puts up his hands and says "You're right, our bad". Destroyer and Overtime laugh as Skiver turns and gives his tag partner a questioning look. Patch continues, "It is expected others would drop the ball but you should be able to count on the best, that being Mean Streets, to have your back and we didn't. It won't happen again". At this both teams got louder and started moving toward each other. Sly and Shayne had to keep them apart. Sly yelled that he doesn't need this tonight and stormed off. Both teams quietly sat down with their gazes at their feet like scolded children.
Alpha Female won over Fhanna by pinfall.
Alpha Female controlled most of the action and got the W after a Dire Straph.
Gladiators defeated Better than Humans to retain their titles when Probation pinned Tharkos.
The Gladiators looked awesome. They never let Tharkas tag out before Probation finished him off with a No Surrender.
Then it was time for the main event. Sly Drury came out with Mean Streets. The lights dimmed and the crowd got quiet waiting to see who the mystery opponent would be. The outline of someone came out to the top of the ramp. A spotlight shown in front of him. He moved a hand forward and everyone could see a Black Death staff in his hand. Then slowly he moved into the light. There was a loud group gasp as the crowd saw who it was. Endgame. So it seems he is back and working with Godsend.
Sly Drury defeated Endgame via pinfall.
Something seemed off about Endgame as he walked to the ring. Even more so after the bell as Sly Drury had little trouble beating him. After the match Endgame just got up and walked off. Then Sly grabbed a mic. He cut a promo on Godsend, saying no matter what he does he will not stop Sly and Martial Law from ruling the GWF so he might as well give up. He tried to continue but his mic cut out. Commissioner Eydilon appeared on the jumbotron. He said Sly's disrespect will not go unpunished. Sly is suspended 2 cards per Godsend. It would be longer but Godsend wants to see Sly get his mouth shut at Upheaval in the Big Bang Battle Royal. As the show ends Sly is seen yelling at the jumbotron as Mean Streets stand behind him
