Dusty Rhodes is adamant that the belt is his and that we will not continue until his property is returned. Commissioner Massif agrees and tells Savage that he must turn the belt over now or risk suspension. Begrudgingly Savage complies but puts his finger in the champion's face and says he knows he can't beat him. Rhodes signs his name first to the contract and says Randy Savage is nothing but a common thief and you lock thieves away in a cage but in Washington Rhodes claims that he will be judge, jury, and executioner. The Macho Man signs next and the title will be a Cage Match at "Capital Punishment". The two engage in a long stare down. Massif says that neither man will touch the other until D.C. and then they can settle their issues inside the steel.

This gave Rude time to boot him from behind and hit his finisher for the three count.
PIPER'S PIT (w/ "Magnificent" Muraco & Mr. Fuji) -Piper made fun of the crowd for several minutes before he introduced his guests. Muraco and Fuji seemed in a good mood but it quickly changed as Piper brought up the name Dusty Rhodes. Muraco can't believe that a man that looks like that is a World's champion. He reminded everyone that Rhodes was left laying the last time they met but next time he'll finish the job. This brought out "The Dream" to thunderous applause. Rhodes held the gold high and said that if you want it, come and take it. One on One. Muraco smiles and says that as usual Rhodes isn't very bright. Right now I see Four on One and the odds are in my favor. As things looked grim for the champion "Superfly" Snuka and Bruiser Brody hit the scene with Brody swinging his chain. Nice to see Brody and Snuka teaming. Big win by DiBiase. Brody and Snuka has been unstoppable as the tag champs. I was really hoping Williams/Gordy would be the team to challenge them. It took longer for the MVC to get rolling but the match was really fun to roll. Hoping for a good series of matches between these teams. Heenan is slowly rebuilding his Family. Rude, Henning, now it looks like DiBiase and by proxy Cesaro. Maybe one more signing? Who should it be?
