I'm toying with a few ideas. Nothing concrete yet but I will be doing something.

The release of the original set and now Invasion is the whole reason and groundwork I am building on for a little side story on my other site... Should be a fun ride, When Worlds Collide...

W the old sets being redone, I’d really like to see a Omega Card, where he’s in his prime.

Omega's prime card was in Classics 2079, which I believe is still available via pdf from the Filsinger Games store.

One idea I cooked up the other day was to have some of the incoming 2088-2093 crew along with some retired Classics guys in a NXT type promotion, where we can see the newer guys develop into the GWF stars we know and love. Maybe it's the GWFZ of old?
For example, Bishop Hell and Mad Jester could be a high flying tag team under other names until Royal Overlord gets a hold of them. Man-Mountain (renamed Landslide) could be teaming with Earthquake as the Natural Disasters until he departs in 2088. Mitsuko and Vlad Hammer could team as the Asian Invasion (totally stole that one from Tim Dalton!) Do Cannibal and Chopper Mattock spend a few months there before coming to the GWF "main roster" with their new gimmicks? It's up to you, promoter!

I expect at some point, we'll see a redo of classics with some changes. We'll see what happens though.

Yeah, it was Omega's 2079 card I was referring to as that card made Omega the first-ever inductee into my personal GWF Hall of Fame. For COTG I have to admit I don't always remember who is what GWF set, I just remember that Omega card (2079) was the one to be used at the start of the Early Classics time period starting in 2074 until Omega's downgraded EC card around 2084.
