In PWG terms (at least when I wrote that post), Walter was an unbeaten killing machine in PWG. In a hypothetical PWG set, a much more powerful Walter card could be in order.
On other topics.... I am really hoping the surprise holiday release is a pack including some of the luchadors I mentioned in my post above. Striking while the iron is hot would sell a bunch of sets, and currently Pentagon and Fenix are everywhere, Bandido is getting hype everywhere he goes, and both Flamita and Horus could round out a pack with any of the above!!

He lost in PWG prior to winning their title. He lost to Keith Lee in BOLA and Ricochet at All Star Weekend last year. A PWG card wouldn't need to be much more powerful than his Evolve card, which is already kind of a monster.

If you want a set to capture PWG right now... -8 Card Set- Walter (update) Bandido Jonah Rock Joey Janela (update) Jeff Cobb (update) Brody King Rey Horus Flamita David Starr (update) -12 card set- Penta El Zero M Rey Fenix Dezmond Xavier (update) Zachary Wentz (update) Overall I think that is a good list. But I would not include an updated WALTER (he just got a really strong card this year) or, even before his injury, Joey Janela as there are other options for a new Janela (such as EVOLVE where he was WWN Champion) which would free a spot on that list for someone new in theory (not saying they are signed) such as an Adam Brooks, Sammy Guevara, or Robbie Eagles who are not regulars in one of the feds that has a licensing agreement with Filsinger Games.
