Hello guys! Im from the Philippines and Im one those old guys who discovered this game late. I wish I had this game back in 1986!
I first discovered this game at boardgame geek. I love wrestling and solo games and I was intrigued when I saw it. I search the net and found everything about CotG. I was amazed to find out that this game is 30 plus years. I send message to CotG on Fb. From there Todd and I exchange email messages. I’m very thankful to Todd for helping me out on my order. After 2 weeks or so I got the package. The first time I played it while learning the rules, I was hooked. It’s easy to set up, easy to understand the rules, interesting characters, story, love the artwork plus it gave me the power to shape the gwf federation. The fist time we played (with my daughter) Wolf was amazing. He easily dispose killer Queen and that makes him our personal fave!
I hope I can have friends here because I really love this game and I would really appreciate to know tips and experience from you guys. Filsinger Games the best wrestling game!!!

There is really no wrong way to play the game. The motto that has been going around since day one of the game is, "It's up to you Promoter!" So, its up to you on how you want to play the game. Some of us, like to run the matches and post the results with little stories and angles. While, some like me don't like to roll the matches as much, so I use the online PBP Simulator and then write up the results with full blown stories and angles. For me personally, writing the angles helps fulfill my creative outlet. My advice to you is to visit some of the players fed pages here on the boards and she how they do theirs, and then come up with your own style. You can do what I do, if your good at Photoshop and create banners and other graphics to help promote your shows, cards, and pay-per-views. I will provide some links at the bottom that can be helpful tools for you. You, will notice that I use a banner at the bottom to promote wrestlers new to my fed that I run FTR! FTR: Evolution is my current fed, and I'll use this as an example of my style for posting show results with storylines and angles.
We look forward to reading your results from your games!
