AMERICA’S FINEST PRO WRESTLING BARNSTORMING TOUR CIRCA 1920’s SHOW 30 CHARLOTTE, NC – RICHARDSON STADIUM (Promoter Marco Epstein is in the ring.) Epstein: Hello and welcome to America’s Finest Pro Wrestling, the best pro wrestling in this great country of ours. We are very happy to be here in Charlotte as we continue to travel the U.S. Several of your friends have tried out to be part of our troupe and a few have been selected to participate during our stay here, which I’m sure you are looking forward to seeing. We also have two great title matches on the bill as the father and son champons, John and Greg Valentine try to fend off the Rag Time Express and the Pride of America, Matthew Cross defends against Shane Douglas. Enough talking from me, let’s get to the acton. George South & William White vs. Jeff King & Nicholas ValentinoThe newcomers looked good in their first match ever, but the America’s Finest veterans were too much. Valentino locked in a leg lock on South only to have White interfere and break it up, but Valentino immediately followed up with a CROSSFACE CHICKENWING and South quickly submitted.Terry Wayne Allen vs. Isaias VelasquezVelasquez looked to make an example of the young Allen, but Allen proved to be up to the challenge. Allen had things going his way until a collision with the referee. While the referee was down and out, Velasquez took advantage. Allen battled back and while them men brawled outside the ring, Allen found a metal pipe under the ring. Velasquez quickly kicked Allen in the gut, took the pipe from Allen’s grasp and smashed Allen over the back with the pipe. The referee recovered as the action returned to the ring. Allen battled back, but Velasquez used everything in his arsenal to put Allen away including a low blow. Allen regained the advantage one final time and put Velasquez away with a BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX.The French Connection (Robert Mailett & Maurice Tillet) vs. The Long Riders (William & Scott Irwin)These two heavyweight tag teams went right after each other with reckless abandon. Both teams brawled back and forth, but it was the Frenchmen who came out on top after Mailett made William submit to the PARALYZER.‘Ox’ Baker Monroe vs. Marion FontaineMonroe has manily competed in tag team matches, but takes a crack at singles action against the cagey Fontaine. Fontaine gave everything he had against the big man, even surviving and early HEART PUNCH, but Monroe’s size and strength were the difference and Monroe scored the victory after a second HEART PUNCH.James Dillon vs. John Abraham LincolnDillon didn’t stand a chance against the former champ. Lincoln steam rolled him, getting the win with a THROAT LIFT SLAM.(After the match, Lincoln was interacting with the fans as Dillon recovered. Dillon approached Lincoln, offering his hand. Lincoln reluctantly shook hands as Dillon said he had a proposition he would like to discuss. Both men left the ringside area with Dillon having Lincoln’s ear.) Michael Graham & Anthony Atlas vs. Kevin Sullivan & Robert RoopAtlas has had nothing but problems with Sullivan and Roop since his first appearance in America’s Finest. Graham has now involved himself as well and a dark war is on the verge of breaking loose. Roop’s decent into darkness is seemingly complete as he is nowhere near the clean cut Olympic hopeful he once was. It still remains a mystery what sort of power and control Sullivan has over his disciple, but Roop follows Sullivan without question. Atlas gained an early advantage, but Roop recovered. Roop gained three straight near falls after a flurry of SHOULDER BREAKERS and a Northern Lights suplex. Roop threw Atlas out of the ring in frustration and followed. Roop and Atlas continued to brawl around the ringside area, ignoring the referee’s count. This match left nothing settled as it ended in a double count out.Thunderkitty & Allie Kat vs. Mary Elizabeth Monroe & Heidi The RiveterThe women got into the act with this exhibition, wanting to prove they could bring it just as good as their male counterparts. Bring it they did as this was a hard hitting, back and forth contest. All four women got in on the action as both teams executed multiple tags throughout the match. The end came as Thunderkitty locked Monroe in a SLEEPERHOLD. Heidi attempted to save her partner, but was intercepted by Kat and Monroe was forced to submit or be rendered unconscious.AMERICA’S BEST TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH Rag Time Express (Richard Morton & Robert Gibson) vs. America’s Best Tag Team John & Gregory ValentineThe challengers couldn’t find any traction and the champs systematically wore their opponents down. John pinned Gibson after an ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER. (The Valentines continued their attack after the bell only to be interupted by The French Connection as they stormed the ring. After brawling with the champs for a few minutes, constables were able to stop the melee and Mailett claimed they were the next team in line for a shot at the America’s Best Tag Team Champions.) PRIDE OF AMERICA TITLE MATCH Shane Douglas vs. Pride of America Matthew CrossDouglas had waited what has seemed like a lifetime for this opportunity and he wasn’t going to squander it. Cross opened up fast, catching Douglas a little off balance. Douglas quickly recovered and locked in a figure four leglock. Cross was able to escape the hold, but he was on wobbly legs, allowing Douglas to catch him in a BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX to win the title.(Promoter Marco Epstein entered the ring and presented Douglas the title. Cross slowly regained his feet and held his head in defeat. Cross gathered himself and approached the new champion, offering his hand. Douglas stared at Cross’ hand then looking him in the eye and slapped him in the face. Epstein ran for cover and the fight was back on and constables poured into the ring to restore order.)

Lots of fun with this latest chapter Mad Kanter! (Even though Matthew Cross lost the title) - but it sounds like Douglass had started / continued a war in the process. Intrigued by Dillon proposing an idea to Lincoln. HUZZAH!

AMERICA’S FINEST PRO WRESTLING BARNSTORMING TOUR CIRCA 1920’s SHOW 31 CHARLOTTE, NC – RICHARDSON STADIUM (Promoter Marco Epstein is in the ring.) Epstein: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to America’s Finest Pro Wrestling, the best pro wrestling our great country has to offer. We have many fine matches on the card for you today as we try to settle grudges when Michael Graham faces Robert Roop and Anthony Atlas takes on Kevin Sullivan. We also have two more big men prepared to do battle as John Abraham Lincoln faces off with ‘Ox’ Baker Monroe. And let’s not forget our title matches as America’s Finest Tag Team Champions John and Greg Valentine defend against The French Connection and the local boy, Terry Wayne Allen challenges the Pride of America, Shane Douglas. It’s a lot of great action coming your way so sit back, relax and enjoy the show. Michael Graham vs. Robert RoopThe fight was on right out of the gate in this heated grudge match. The referee wandered a little too close to the action and took a bump. While he was down, Graham locked Roop in the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK. Kevin Sullivan ran to the ring and put the boots to Graham, forcing him to break the hold. The action spilled out of the ring, where Roop attempted to clobber Graham with a metal pipe, but Graham was able to use the pipe instead. The action returned to the ring and the referee recovered. The brawl continued for several minutes before Graham gained the upperhand and made Roop submit to the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.‘Big’ Sue Jackson & Heidi The Riveter vs. George South & ThunderkittyThe ladies were the stars of this match, but the most intriguing thing that happened was Kevin Sullivan made his way to ringside, distracting Heidi. Sullivan held his hand up, as if he was offering it to Heidi. Sullivan began some sort of incantation and while this was going on, Thunderkitty delivered a back suplex and made the pin.(Sullivan quickly retreated to the dressing room as Jackson ran him off before consoling Heidi.) William White & The Long Riders (William & Scott Irwin) vs. Nicholas Valentino, Isaias Velasquez & Craig MitchellThis was a wild, rough match as all six men came ready to fight. Scott eventually pinned Valentino away with a SUPERPLEX.Anthony Atlas vs. Kevin SullivanAtlas was all over Sullivan and beat him with a PRESS SLAM AND SPLASH.John Abraham Lincoln w/James Dillon vs. ‘Ox’ Baker MonroeLincoln and Dillon have obviously made an allegiance, but how this relates to Dillon’s proposition it remains to be seen. Regardless Lincoln is facing some tough competition in Monroe. Both men exchanged blows early on, but Lincoln eventually gained the advantage when he made an attempt to counter Monroe’s strength with wrestling. Lincoln took Monroe down multiple times before an offensive explosion for the former champ enabled him to get the better of Monroe. Lincoln beat Monroe with a THROAT LIFT SLAM.AMERICA’S FINEST TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH The French Connection (Robert Mailett & Maurice Tillet) vs. America’s Finest Tag Team John & Gregory ValentineThe champs came out fast and caught their French challengers flat footed. The Valentines executed multiple quick tags, not allowing the Connection to find its groove before Greg made Mailett submit to the FIGURE FOUR.PRIDE OF AMERICA TITLE MATCH Terry Wayne Allen vs. Pride of America Shane DouglasAllen was all over Douglas from the opening bell and Douglas played defense for most of the match. Allen threw everything he had at the champ and it was all Douglas could do to keep the challenger from getting his hand raised in victory. Outside interference from Isaias Velasquez & Craig Mitchell didn’t even swing the match in the champs favor. It was finally a mistake from Allen that cost him as Douglas delivered a well timed dropkick to Allen’s face as Allen attempted a move from the top turnbuckle that downed the more than viable challenger. Allen was knocked a little loopy and Douglas made an easy pin.(Epstein presented the title belt to Douglas, who snatched it from the promoter and stuck a finger in Epstein’s face stating no one was going to take the belt from around his waist. Douglas exited the ring as Epstein thanked the fans for attending and invited them to the next show.)
