UWA TV Taping #1
1. Curt Hennig w/ Larry Hennig vs. Johnny Mantell — Mantell doesn’t play around with the cocky Curt Hennig and immediately goes to work, even obtaining a quick near fall with a butterfly suplex. Mantell then fires off the Russian Leg Sweep for another near fall. Hennig takes over a while and goes down again to another Russian Leg Sweep. Hennig finally hits the Hennig Plex, but Mantell goes into the ropes and rolls out of the ring. After almost losing by countout, Mantell slides back into the ring. Mantell counters a diving crossbody from the top and almost puts Hennig away. Back to the outside, Hennig is busted open from being tossed into the ringpost. The referee maintains order and everyone is back in the ring; however, Mantell hits one last Russian Leg Sweep for the shocking victory. Sadly, Larry Hennig is not fast enough to make the save. 2. The Fantastics vs. Valiant Brothers — Before the match even starts, Jimmy and Johnny Valiant begin brawling furiously with Bobby Fulton and Tommy Rogers. By the time the match starts, Fulton is hurting and beat down. The Valiants work Rogers into the mat with the Super Elbow, Double Clothesline, and finally a handful of Swinging Neckbreakers from Johnny Valiant to put the match away. After the match, the Fantastics vow to get revenge on the Valiant Brothers. 3. Angelo Poffo vs. Pampero Firpo — Poffo attacks early with countering a sunset flip from Firpo; he almost steals the match! Firpo is irate and continually sends Poffo out of the ring, even hitting him with the announcer’s headset and a fan’s beer. Once back in the ring, Firpo goes in for the kill! El Garfio! Poffo fights out and right into a bearhug. Poffo continues to fight out. Angelo Poffo comes back with the Neckbreaker and a near fall. Firpo, determined to win this fight, wraps Poffo in a bearhug and dives off the ring apron with him. Crushed on the concrete floor, Poffo cannot make it back to the ring before the count out. As Firpo leaves the ring and begins putting the boots to Poffo, “Macho Man” Randy Savage runs down and makes the save! Savage and Poffo double team Firpo in the ring and then celebrate. 4. UWA Television Championship: Jimmy Snuka vs. Sam Houston — Sam Houston wants to win this match, and he does everything he can to make it happen. It takes him fighting with Snuka outside of the ring for the majority of the match and a plethora of Bulldogs, but Houston eventually busts the UWA Television Champion open and delivers a final Bulldog for the victory. After the match, “Superfly” shakes Houston’s hand and says he’ll be back for his title. 5. Ultimate Championship: Buddy Rogers vs. Brad Armstrong w/ “Bullet” Bob Armstrong — What a main event this is! Rogers says he’ll give ol’ “Bullet” Bob’s son a shot at the title; the Ultimate Champion figures it will be an easy defense. Well, Brad Armstrong shows the “Nature Boy” he has all the talent in the world. Using every move in his and his father’s arsenal, Brad Armstrong almost puts Rogers away. However, after using his underhanded attacks and having “Bullet” removed from ringside, distracting Brad in the process, the Ultimate Champion applies the Figure Four Grapevine for the win. Note: Pampero Firpo is injured and will be out two weeks.

UWA TV Taping #2
1. Jim Brunzell vs. Barry Windham — Before the match begins, Blackjack Mulligan comes down to the ring to watch his son wrestle and join the announcers doing commentary. It takes an onslaught of Lariats to bring “Jumpin’” Jim Brunzell down. As Brunzell fights to get back to his feet, Windham strikes him one last time with the Blackjack Claw to end the match.
2. The Bolsheviks vs. Flying Redheads — Red Bastien starts out against Boris Zhukov. Billy Red Lyons comes in and then feels the Soviet Stomp. Lyons rolls out of the ring to dodge a pin. Both teams try to keep a fresh man in the match, but Zhukov ends up being stuck in a storm of dropkicks. In the end, Red Bastien submits Zhukov with an abdominal stretch.
3. Jimmy Snuka vs. Steve Regal — “Mr. Electricity” strikes first with an elbow to the face, but Snuka stops him in his tracks with a piledriver. With his mind on getting the FCW Television Championship back, Snuka ascends to the top turnbuckle and dives off with the Superfly Leap to sour Regal’s debut. After the match, Snuka is in the camera telling Sam Houston that he’s coming back for his belt.
4. UWA Television Championship: Sam Houston vs. Kenny Jay — “Sodbuster” refuses to be an easy opponent, using the Sodbuster Spike on the UWA Television Champion on two occasions. In the end, Sam Houston drops Kenny Jay with the Bulldog and retains. After the match, Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka attacks Houston from behind.
5. UWA World Tag Team Championship: Road Warriors w/ Paul Ellering vs. Tugboat & Chaz Taylor — Hawk and Animal beat down Tugboat in their corner and then destroy him with the Doomsday Device. Chaz tries to make the save; however, Paul Ellering tosses him off the ring apron and onto the concrete floor. After the match, “Bullet” Bob Armstrong and Brad Armstrong come out and challenge the Road Warriors.

UWA TV Taping #3
1. Angelo Poffo vs. Jake Milliman — In this opening match, the “Milkman” always manages to keep his leg on the rope or barely kick out. However, Poffo finishes Milliman with a running stomp. Sadly, whatever Milliman put down before the match came right back up and all over the canvas. Disgusting. After a little clean up, Poffo helps Milliman up and to the back to the sound of applause.
2. Chaz Taylor vs. Larry Hennig — Hennig watches Chaz jump around the ring until he’s had enough. Forearms. Chops. Hennig fires off like a mad man. After bruising him up a bit, Hennig slams into Taylor with a running lariat; Chaz kicks out at the last second. Eventually, of all people, Hennig tries a sunset flip; it goes as bad as you would expect. Taylor picks up a quick two count and jumps up, rebounds, and runs right into a charging clothesline from Hennig. In the end, Hennig drops Taylor with one last body slam to put the match away.
3. Johnny Mantell vs. Bruiser Costa — After beating Curt Hennig not too long ago, Johnny Mantell has been walking around like he’s a big deal. Well, his ego continues to inflate as he battles and brawls with Bruiser Costa into another victory. Mantell catches Costa on a crossbody block and slams him into the canvas for the pin. Mantell demands he has a match at SUPERSHOW #1!
4. Armstrongs vs. Bolsheviks — With a shot at the UWA Tag Team Champions, the Road Warriors, at SUPERSHOW #1, “Bullet” Bob Armstrong and Brad Armstrong are ready to put the Bolsheviks down. Brad gets a near fall on Volkoff after a set of hard dropkicks and knocks Zhukov off the ring apron; he quickly tags in his father. “Bullet” Bob then finishes Nikolai Volkoff off with a big vertical suplex. After the match, the Road Warriors come down to the ring and a brawl begins. The officials have to call in extra help to keep the Road Warriors from killing the Armstrongs.
5. Ultimate Championship: Buddy Rogers vs. “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan — In the main event, Ultimate Champion, “Nature Boy” Buddy Rogers, has no problems working around Duggan’s unorthodox style. While the referee is trying to hand Duggan’s 2x4 to another official, Rogers clobbers “Hacksaw” with the title and puts him in the Figure Four Grapevine. Duggan taps out and slaps the canvas in pain and defeat.
