Has anyone here read the book Death of the Territories? If so, what did you think of it?

I just got this book in the mail today. I am going to start reading it as soon as I finish The Comic Book Story of Professional Wrestling (about 35 pages left) sometime this weekend.

I liked it. As a longtime wrestling fan, you probably know a lot of the nuts and bolt but Hornbaker gets deep into everything. After reading it, I was amazed the territories lasted as long as they did.
