Skandar Akbar: Listen up, you peons! I have several announcements and I expect you to pay attention, because you people are too broke to pay anything else!
The four level of Skandar Akbar's Wrestling Cabal. The four promotions will be- Global Wrestling Cabal, The American Wresting Cabal, The Southwest Wrestling Cabal and the Texas Wrestling Cabal.
Each promotion will have one singles title and one tag team title. All four promotions will crown their inaugural champions tonight, in different locations through tournaments that will start at the same time.
The wrestlers who have been signed were seeded at their respective levels randomly by yours truly. Of course, there were a few who have displeased The General that may have found themselves ranked somewhat lower than expected.
I will be personally overseeing the Global Wrestling Cabal. I have asked several good friend of mine to keep an eye on the other regions for me. The American Wrestling Cabal will be watched over by The Sheik. The southwest cabal will be ruled by Sheik Adnan Al Kaissey and Texas, that backwater area that gave me so much grief will be dealt with by Arman Hussein.
