Are the card sets still just the physical cards and charts sent my snail mail or are they all sold as PDF downloads now?

GWF - cards still printed - but no pdfs- booklets are now accessed as pdfs from online though but you might be able to order one for a small fee.. POW - Online and pdfs only aCe - Online and pdfs only |

Legends physical cards (but will also be avaiable PDF soon apparently)
Promoter Madness is all physical as well.
