Added to the International Legends Library under the Riki Choshu Folder: Riki Choshu & Yoshiaki Yatsu vs Jumbo Tsuruta & Genichiro Tenryu 1/28/86 This was from All Japan. The Tsuruta/Tenryu vs Choshu/Yatsu rivalry stretched over the course of several years and stands as one of the most preeminent tag programs in puro history. This was arguably their greatest match. Bandaged battle scarred Ishin-gun Army rebel leader Riki Choshu steps into battle with Olympian partner Yoshiaki Yatsu by his side against the AJPW Tag Champions: the legendary Jumbo Tsuruta and his trusted number 2 Genichiro Tenryu. Crowd energy is off the charts! Super intensity, excellent storytelling, great ring psychology, ultra stiff brawling and some of the most high end 'realistic looking' work of any era. This match carries a rare '5 star rating' from the Wrestling Observer. An easy 'Tag Team Match of the Decade' candidate on any serious ballot.

Added to the International Legends Library under the Johnny Saint Folder: Johnny Saint vs Dave Finlay 9/4/88 This was from the World of Sport under the banner of All Star Promotions. This challenge match was contested at a catch weight. The format was 8 rounds of three minutes each. Victory requires the capturing of two falls (either by pin, submission or just one knock out). British Heavy-Middleweight Champion and Irish heel Dave Finlay comes in with a 30 lbs advantage. In his corner was Princess Paula (who was actually his wife). Johnny Saint was a technical master who was billed as 'The Man of a Thousand Holds'. Here he is seen at age 46 carrying three decades of ring time. Can the UK legend who for some many years dominated the British Lightweight division overcome the odds...or will Finlay garner yet another feather in his cap? A solid match!

Added to the International Legends Library under the Yoshiaki Yatsu Folder: Yoshiaki Yatsu vs Jumbo Tsuruta 9/2/89This was from All Japan and features two former Olympians. Tsuruta and Yatsu had a long revolving history that found them cast as rivals (in the Choshu Army days) and later as partners (who had a very dominate run). This marked YY's attempt to step beyond all that and take the big belt from the master. Yatsu's career was similar to that of Arn Anderson in that he was an excellent in ring performer with a credible presence and traits of a perpetual workhorse...yet lacked the intangible quality 'beyond ring work' that separates a money draw (like Tsuruta) from the rest of the roster. Not surprisingly they both excelled in high end tag team and 'stable' roles. For those unfamiliar with his work this is a great example of Yatsu performing a singles match in a marque setting.
