I was curious of people made most of their championship matches Titan Deathmatches with no DQ's or left DQ's in but rolled DQ's twice?
I usually roll twice but for big PPV or grudge matches I usually make it Titan Death Match to have an official end/winner to the match.

Neither.
On PPVs and supercards I roll all DQs twice.
My only major change in Championship Matches is I use the Face and Heel Desperation charts for the champions from the Open Source Archive.

Not every referee is the same, so not every match has to be regulated in the same way. In a pro wrestling match, the referee is supposed to disqualify you if you don't break on a count of five, but in practice even this was left up to the referee's discretion.
I pretty much have the same attitude when it comes to rolling DQ's on the out of the ring options. Sometimes I roll DQ's, and sometimes I'll let a minor infraction slide. TV matches I tend to roll DQ's a little more frequently since most title matches on Raw or Smackdown seem to end in some sort of screw job or no contest anyway. Meanwhile, a heel champion who is struggling to stay in a match may deliberately try to get himself disqualified, so he too will roll DQ's a lot more often.
It's a pretty crude system, but I've always preferred it to the gimmicked referee cards where pin and disqualification ratings are increased or decreased according to the referee card.

Always roll twice as far as DQs go. Plus, the challenger won't get DQed unless it makes sense for the character. Some characters are too intelligent to get DQed when they are fighting for a title. I do use Champions advantage, where as the Champ must roll under his pin rating 3 consecutive times to be pinned. This makes for longer title reigns, which I am a huge fan of and adds prestige to being champ, IMO.

wow, I've heard champ's advantage of being pinned twice in a match or twice consecutive, but I think 3 consecutive falls is the most stringent champion's advantage I've heard yet!

I also have titles change only when the champ rolls at or under his PIN 3X in a row (to pin/submit a champ in any non-title match it's still 2X). I like lengthy title reigns and this helps establish them. It also gives you lenghty title matches, which bring prestige to the titles.
I roll twice for DQs and countouts in any type of match.
I also use the Desperation Charts in title matches, as well as the Title Match Controversy chart (also located in the Open Source Archive).
Also, in any title match the champion gets his PIN lowered by 1 at the start of the match.
The only time I would "overlook" a DQ and continue a match is if it was the main event of a major PPV. Basically, if I think a DQ finish would cause my fans to start watching TNA, I'll overlook the DQ and roll on.

For any match, I always count the DQ if it occurs but I make the wrestler roll his DQ 2 out of 3 times on a DQ possibility in order to get disqualified.
I use the champions advantage but only make the challenger roll his PIN 2 consecutive on a single pin/submission attempt. But it has still helped me establish some very long title reigns such as Jim Londos' reign as Intercontinetal Champion which started at Wrestlemania and is still going on.

WOW I too have never heard of 3 consecutive rols to defeat a champion. That does sound like a great way to have long title reigns which I too am a HUGE fan of - like back in the glory days of pro wrestling.
I have always just used the regular rules. Now and again if a DQ or pin doesnt make sence ill have it not happen, but then allow the other superstar 1 "save" as well. Never thought much of having a "Champions advantage", but have been thinking about it lately after reading this thread.
