What printer do you use for printing PDF sets and bootlegs? My nearest print shop is two hours away and I'm trying to decide the best option. I'd like to be able to print double sided and on card stock. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hewlett-Packard Packers Direct 35 5660. Walmart has good card stock in a yellow & white package. Georgia Pacific 110 lb card stock. U can get the same thing in a different package at Office Depot for $17. That’s the best one (stock) I’ve found unless u go to a printer. I also joined HP Ink, so I can print as much as I want. I think it’s around 4 or 5 bucks for at least 100 pages and they send u ink before u run out at no cost (w a recycling return package♻️). There are different tiers depending on how much u print out. I love being able to print stuff up whenever I want. U never know what’s gonna pop up on the boards.

I’ve had this printer for 4-5 years now, so there are surely better options. This one is nice tho.

It is, but look around. I’m assuming there should be a better one at a better price by now. Maybe going the used - like new route for $50. Or look for sales at Best Buy & talk to a rep. The newest version may be that price or cheaper.

@mhardcore I haven't bought a new printer yet, I'm trying to get the current one to work and could use some help. When I try to "print on the long edge" like the instructions say, it prints the front on top left corner of the page, and then, when I turn the page over, it prints on the opposite side of the top of the page. Is there some adjustment I need to make, or would the type of printer you have take care of that for me?

Mine does that too. You just have to go along as if the original side is flipped.
