Commissioner Albano formally announced the eight women that would be competing to become the first CFW Global Women's champion at CFW Beauties And Beasts: Nora Greenwald, Rockin Robin, Tina Moretti, Princess Victoria, Madison Rayne, Jazz, Sensational Sherri Martel and Trish Stratus. As each woman entered, she took her time to size up the opposition. Trish was the last to arrive and Jazz attacked her before she could join the others inside the ring. This led to a wild brawl involving all the women and security was needed to restore order.
'The New F'n Show' Jerry Lynn & 'The Real F'n Show' Rob Van Dam defeated Frank Dalton & Wild Bill White.
- RVD scored the pinfall on Dalton with a FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH. -- Tokens: Dalton 1
- Dr Mike Lano interviewed Lynn & RVD after the match. The duo received lots of crowd support as they voiced their desire for a shot at the CFW Global Tag Team Championship.
- Backstage -
Gorgeous George made his return with Cherie Dupre at his side. His first order of business was to approach Commissioner Albano to demand his fair share of the spotlight. Lou Thesz appeared and suggested that George become a man of less words and more action. Commissioner Albano agreed, telling George he would face Thesz next week.
'Cowboy' Scott Casey (w/ 'The Rocker' Marty Jannetty) defeated Brutus Beefcake (w/ Rock Riddle & Greg 'The Hammer' Valentine).
- Casey scored the pinfall with a reverse neckbreaker. -- Tokens: Casey 1 - Beefcake 1
- While Jannetty kept an eye on Beefcake's allies at ringside, Casey rebounded off the ropes with a forearm shot that knocked his opponent senseless.
'Superfly' Jimmy Snuka defeated Redd Dogg (w/ Jazz).
- Snuka scored the pinfall with a SUPERFLY LEAP. -- Tokens: Snuka 3 - Dogg 4
- After claiming a hard fought victory, Snuka claimed that he would tear the place apart in order to get his hands on Terry 'Bamm Bamm' Gordy. Realizing that Gordy was not in the building, Commissioner Albano announced that Snuka and Gordy would be on opposing sides of a colossal ten-man tag match at CFW Beauties And Beasts. Snuka would join Bobo Brazil, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, 'The Rocker' Marty Jannetty & 'Cowboy' Scott Casey to face off against Gordy's team which would include Brutus Beefcake, Greg 'The Hammer' Valentine, Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff.
Road Warrior Hawk (w/ Paul Ellering & Animal) versus Larry 'The Axe' Hennig (w/ 'Mr Perfect' Curt Hennig) resulted in a no contest.
- Jerry Lynn & Rob Van Dam arrived at ringside before the opening bell to voice their plans to capture the CFW Global Tag Team Championship from whichever team emerges triumphant at CFW Beauties And Beasts. This led to a violent altercation that ranged through the crowd and into the backstage area, making it impossible for the referee to officially start the match.
