So awesome the Roadies won the titles, but was there any doubt? Great win by Macho Man in retaining his title, I dont know if anybody will take it from him anytime soon. Rest of the card was good too.

Totally appreciate the great feedback, TTX and cman... It was a really fun show to roll out and personally, I've gotta say that I'm happy with how most everything played out... Having the Road Warriors at the top of my tag team title history could not be better... And Dr Death put up a great fight against the Macho Man - Pretty sure that a rematch is being considered... Should have the next weekly show posted later tonight... Many thanks for staying tuned!

COASTAL FRONTIER WRESTLING CFW LiveWire #8 (01-Feb-22) from Springfield, MA
- In The Ring - Escorted by his manager, Sensational Sherri Martel, the CFW Global Heavyweight champion, 'Macho Man' Randy Savage, addressed the crowd. He proclaimed himself greater than any challenger the universe could ever provide. OH YEEEAH! 'Dr Death' Steve Williams interrupted Savage to stake his claim for a title rematch. Savage beckoned him into the ring, but took shelter behind Martel when Williams actually stepped between the ropes. Security arrived to prevent the situation from escalating further as Commissioner Albano spoke. He admitted that Williams delivered an impressive showing in his previous encounter with the champion, so the two men should definitely meet again. Furious over being upstaged, Savage grabbed Martel and marched to the back.
The Destroyer defeated Shawn Daivari. - Destroyer gained the submission with a FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK. -- Tokens: Daivari 3 - Watching with interest from the backstage area, Greg 'The Hammer' Valentine remarked that Destroyer was trying to rebuild his standing in the company by facing low quality opposition.
'Cowboy' Scott Casey defeated Redd Dogg (w/ Jazz). - Casey scored the pinfall (snake eyes) with a powerslam. -- Tokens: Casey 1 - Dogg 1 - Even a perfectly timed distraction by Jazz was not enough to turn the tide. Casey caught Dogg rebounding off the ropes and dumped him into a slick pinning combination. - Nikolai Volkoff tried to jump Casey after the bell, but revealed himself too soon. A wicked chairshot that was intended for Casey wound up catching Dogg instead. Before Volkoff could take another swing, Hacksaw Jim Duggan rushed the ring with his 2X4 and chased the Russian away! HOOOOOOO! (Redd Dogg injured for 1 card.)
- Backstage - 'Million Dollar Man' Ted DiBiase spoke briefly with Jazz about Redd Dogg's condition following his disappointing loss. Ready to make his return to action, DiBiase confirmed that Lou Thesz - the man he held responsible for his time away from the ring - was his top priority. But first, DiBiase felt the crowd deserved a top notch performance next week, so he would line up the best opposition that money could buy. Because everybody's got a price! HAHAHAHAHAAA!
'The New F'n Show' Jerry Lynn & 'The Real F'n Show' Rob Van Dam defeated Midnight Express ('Loverboy' Dennis Condrey & Ravishing Randy Rose w/ Jim Cornette). - RVD scored the pinfall on Rose with a FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH. -- Tokens: Lynn 3 - Condrey 3, Rose 2 - Following a dynamic performance, Lynn and RVD made it clear they wanted a shot at the CFW Global Tag Team Championship. 'Mr Perfect' Curt Hennig and Larry 'The Axe' Hennig appeared to demand a rematch against the Road Warriors for the belts. Commissioner Albano announced that in two weeks time, these teams would face off to decide the number one contenders.
Iron Sheik (w/ Shawn Daivari) defeated Bobo Brazil. - Sheik scored the pinfall with a belly-to-belly suplex. -- Tokens: Sheik 3 - Brazil 6 - Brazil opened strong, but Sheik and Daivari employed underhanded tactics to secure the advantage. Hacksaw Jim Duggan tried to intervene, but was cut off by Nikolai Volkoff.
- Next week - 'Million Dollar Man' Ted DiBiase promised that he would be facing the best opponent money could buy when he makes his official return to in-ring action. Plus, Commissioner Albano makes a special announcement regarding the CFW Global Heavyweight Championship and who will be 'Macho Man' Randy Savage's next challenger.

The reign of The Macho is off to a good start Pariah! And with Senational Sherri in his corner that is a tough combination to tangle with. The Road Warriors claim the tag belts in what looked like a great match. Lou Thesz ain't afraid of Ted DiBiase... Lou Thesz ain't afraid. It's so great you're posting again my friend. Van Dam & Lynn are coming for those tag belts. Can't wait to see the ladies division in action as well. Rockin and rollin!

Always appreciate the feedback, TTX and Bri... And thank you too everyone who takes the time to check things out... 'Cowboy' Scott Casey is doing remarkably well which has me thinking a lot about the institution of a secondary singles title... After the women's champion is crowned, I'll have to give this more thought... Should be fun to see what the future brings!

You're engine would go from 3 to 4 cylinders brother!

Can't believe Iron Shelk beat Bebo Brazil. #USANUMBER1
Could the Shelk get a title shot at cracking the Madness in half?

Can't believe Iron Shelk beat Bebo Brazil. #USANUMBER1 Could the Shelk get a title shot at cracking the Madness in half? That was an important win for Iron Sheik, no doubt... And I expect Daivari will soon start lobbying for a title shot... But, there are a few big names ahead of him in the rankings at this point... Next show coming right up!
