Hopefully we get some info on TM and the semi 24/7 defense. as far as I know he is undefeated and carrying the title around as we speak. Maybe our modest champion can one day tell us of his victories.

He lost to me when Loyalist beat Skull. I then lost it to newcomer John in a battle of Endgame vs Monolith. Kevin Wible tried to grab the belt with Spike against Bishop Hell but the time limit expired (it was time to start the cup) so John got the last slot into the G-Cup.
As Broc won the Galacticup this year with Spike (special edition) he is the new Sudden Death champion as long as he appears at G-Con next year. I will share more thoughts later.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like it was a great idea that was successful.

Hopefully we get some info on TM and the semi 24/7 defense. Tournament Master successfully fended off challengers until Sunday at Galacticon. On Saturday night, we were drinking some beers late in the hotel’s outside portion that is part of the hotel and I unsuccessfully challenged Tournament Master for the title and then immediately afterward JeffG also unsuccessfully challenged Tournament Master (I know MHardcore challenged Tournament Master the night before.) Overall I think this idea worked much better than the WWE’s 24/7 title. Unlike what has happened recently on WWE TV with their 24/7 Championship, Galacticon did not have 12 promoters chasing around another promoter holding the title while trying to wear a disguise throughout the venue.

I will post more of a recap when I get home later in the week but this was an awesome weekend. I enjoyed getting to see everyone again and I hope to see everyone next year too.
On to Minnesota tomorrow!

I got to admit, long as it didn't bother other guests or hotel staff, that would be damn funny to see. Also it seems the best WWE 24/7 content is on social media. Well at least Twitter. The stuff between Maverick and EC3 has been entertaining.

Not surprised to see Troy be the one to end the streak. Congrats to John for getting in & to my boy Brocster for taking home all the gold. Big thanks to JMello for hooking me up w the ACE 2025 set & Vegas for grabbing me an Evolve shirt from the show (after I couldn’t go) & Will (as always) for being the man once again. Jimmy Steel is still the craziest guy on the board & I enjoyed our talks about Chikara and some wrestling hotties. Nathan & Sam w some cool boots. Mike,TM, Tom & Vegas w some cool scoops & lots of secret identities revealed. Mike Fortune, Jeff, and others all really cool. Next year we get Swarm back & maybe KB to create some havoc. Great group of guys (& girls) involved. Here’s hoping for Rochester!!!

I believe these were my challenges for the weekend: Defeated MHardcore: Sunman over Blue Dazzler Defeated Gainer: Forget the competitors Defeated Sam Luptak: Thantos over Star Warrior Defeated Mike Melesky: Monolith over Kenji Defeated Vegas: Abdullah the Butcher over Shane Douglas Defeated JeffG: Sandman over Mikey Whipwreck Defeated Kevin Wible: Forget the competitors Lost to Troy: The Loyalist over Skull
I enjoyed the adaptation to have the challenger pick 2 cards and the champion chooses their guy, which MHardcore and I came up with at 2:30am Friday. I look forward to continuing it in the future. I believe Broc plans to defend the title throughout the year!

Yeah, but as I read that I pictured TM in a wig and pumps trying to sneak out the back door of the hotel to avoid competition, I couldn’t help but chuckle!
