So Ricochet and Black were just a one off? I mean the announcers acted like they were there but not shown in the graphic. Then again Viking Experience (lol) were not in graphic either. Just poor consistency by WWE.

Black and Ricochet are officially moved over. Seems like the bog standard, pull multiple top guys off Smackdown to move to Raw, move Raw leftovers to Smackdown. The War Raiders/Viking Experience proves Vince's head is still in 1995.
