Hi i just mad my first purchase by the internet for some card sets. I can't wait. I have a xouple questions. How quicky after i make my order does it get sent out? Is there a tracking that is sent to me to let me know when it is mailed out? Last questions is there was an option for priority ( 5.00) I live in Maine a coup,e states over. Would i automatically be in the 2-3 day range? Thanks for any answers. Sorry if i put this in the wrong section.

sonerich it depends on how you paid. If you went by Credit Card it could take around 7-10 days, because the card has to clear. Also it depends on how big your order is. You should get an email with your order that will have the info on it. Anybody else can correct me if I am wrong on this stuff.

sonerich I received your order and it will go in the mail tomorrow. With the new cart system we have in place, most credit cards clear automatically. Packages are sent out within 2 days of receiving the order.
There was the option for Priority mail and Express mail in the shopping cart, right before checkout.
There is no tracking yet. Maybe one of these days...
I would expect to get your order Tuesday (as Monday is a mail holiday).

TM answered your questions but just for some assurances. I live in Hawaii and have always got my packages quite quickly and even when there was an issue with the older online ordering I got an email right away helping me fix it. Tom even sent me a hand written thank you note when i ordered storm the ring and brawl to get back into things about two years ago. I've worked in customer service field for a long time now and that usually seems to be the one place companies seem to ignore these days but the people at Flisinger are just outright awesome in helping and dealing with customers.

I have places 3 order in the past couple of months. The 1st one was when the old site had problems with the online store. I had to call the order in. There was NO problems with that order. My last 2 order have been fine. I do pay the extra $5 because I cant wait to get my stuff.

I didn't get the 5.0 0 priority as i live not far away so figured i'd still be in the 2-3 day shipping.
