OutBreak Wrestling Xperience
Because We Can! (Day Two) 01-Jan-03 from Orlando, FL
Part 2 of 3
Chris Candido & Ray Stevens (w/ Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan) defeated Jim Brunzell & Sam Houston via pinfall at 3:02. - Stevens pinned Brunzell with a BOMBS AWAY. Candido and Stevens appeared to be a much more cohesive unit than their opponents and Heenan provided some help by distracting Houston just as Brunzell was reaching for a much needed tag. -- Tokens: Brunzell 1
Masked Superstar (w/ Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan) defeated The Destroyer via knockout at 6:17. - Superstar rendered Destroyer unconscious with a COBRA HOLD. Both competitors delivered a thrilling performance in this back and forth exchange. Destroyer refused to tap out to Superstar's punishing hold, but could not reach the ropes to force a break. With Heenan shouting encouragement to his client, the referee watched Destroyer's arm drop for a third time and called for the bell.
OWX United States Open Championship Match Bobo Brazil defeated Johnny Valentine via pinfall at 10:52. - Brazil pinned Valentine with a COCO BUTT. The situation turned ugly after Valentine staggered Brazil with a cheap shot outside the ring. Losing his temper, Brazil retaliated by busting Valentine open against a corner post. Bringing the action back into the ring, Brazil moved in for the kill before Valentine could recover. -- Tokens: Brazil 2 - Valentine 4
Bobo Brazil won the OWX United States Open Championship.
Nora Greenwald & Rockin' Robin defeated Jazz & Madison Rayne via pinfall at 5:09. - Greenwald pinned Rayne with a FLIPPING SEATED SENTON. With rapid fire teamwork, Greenwald and Robin isolated Rayne from her partner. Before Jazz could intervene, the popular duo took her out with a thrilling double team combination. -- Tokens: Rayne 2

OutBreak Wrestling Xperience
Because We Can! (Day Two) 01-Jan-03 from Orlando, FL
Part 3 of 3
OWX Global Tag Team Championship Match Road Warriors: Animal & Hawk (w/ Paul Ellering) defeated Jimmy & Johnny Valiant via pinfall at 6:07.[/b][/color] - Animal pinned Jimmy V with a DOOMDAY DEVICE. The Valiant Brothers opened strong, but as soon as the Road Warriors started to gain traction, it did not take them long to prove why they are the most fearsome duo in the indusrty. -- Tokens: Animal 1, Hawk 1 - JimmyV 2 - With Ellering standing between them, the Road Warriors celebrated by raising their newly won title belts high. 'OOOOOH, WHAT A RUSH!'
Road Warriors won the OWX Global Tag Team Championship.
OutBreak Alpha Female Championship Match Trish Stratus defeated Sensational Sherri Martel via pinfall at 3:15. - Stratus pinned Martel with a STRATUSFACTION. Just as things were starting to heat up, Stratus put on the brakes following a whip into the turnbuckles and delivered a crushing move that abruptly ended the match. -- Tokens: Martel 1
Trish Stratus won the OutBreak Alpha Female Championship.
Ivan Koloff, Brad Armstrong & Magnum TA defeated Curt Hennig, Barry Windham & Tully Blanchard (w/ JJ Dillon) via pinfall at 2:02. - Armstrong pinned Blanchard with a RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP. Absolute mayhem erupted before the match when Hennig provoked Koloff by swatting his chewed gum at the Russian. Swinging his metal chain, Koloff chased Henning away from the ring. Regardless, the referee decided to start the match and stepped back to let the remaining four men fight. Armstrong charged at Windham and Magnum trapped Blanchard with a series of rapid fire jabs. Trading off opponents, Magnum took the fight to Windham out on the floor while Armstrong dropped Blanchard to the mat for a quick (snake eyes) three count. -- Blanchard 1 - Dillon instantly demanded that Koloff be suspended for endangering the welfare of his clients and threatened legal action if he was not taken seriously. Commissioner Albano stated that he would consider an appropriate response.
OutBreak Alive Heavyweight Championship Match Harley Race defeated Randy Savage (w/ Sensational Sherri Martel) via pinfall at 17:34. - Race pinned Savage with a PILEDRIVER. Savage made the mistake of trying to intimidate the referee before the match. Putting the Macho Man on notice, the referee shoved him directly into Race. Wasting no time, Race tore into Savage with ruthless aggression. A distraction by Martel allowed Savage to find his balance. When the fight spilled out to the floor, he tried to smash Race with the timekeeper's bell. Race dodged aside and speared Savage into the rails. Dumping Savage back into the ring, Race warned Martel to stay out of his way. He climbed back into the ring and finished the job in serious fashion. -- Tokens: Race 3 - Savage 5 - Having no need for pomp or circumstance, Race grabbed his newly won prize. Slinging the belt over his shoulder, he offered Savage a friendly reminder: 'You reap what you sow and I've been planting these seeds for a good, long time.'
Harley Race won the OutBreak Alive Heavyweight Championship.

Fun win by Brazil, Nice to see Molly gain a win, Trish is too much for Sensational Sherri. Heading into the next sequence of shows, I'm rolling the dice to determine if the top contenders who lost will be granted an immediate title rematch... 2-6: No title shot. 7-9: Top contender match for a title shot. 10-12: Title shot granted! In addition, Bruiser Brody will have to fight another top contender to decide who will face Superfly for the still vacant OWX Trans-Continental Championship. Always appreciate your comments, my friend... Many thanks!

Wow. That two day event was stacked. I would hate to know how much ringside seats would have cost.

There was so much to digest on both of the Because We Can shows. Let's just say I enjoyed it all, especially that Battle Royal win by Stan Hansen. I was a little bummed out by the double title losses for Randy Savage and Sherri Martel but the "Macho King" and the "Sensational Queen" will bounce back I'm sure.

I was really pulling for Savage and Martel to win their respective matches... Especially since they were both champions before I do rudely decided to reboot the fed... But, like you, I have faith the Royal Couple will return to the top of the mountain before too long... OOOH YEAH!

Bundy teaming with the Valiants...?! Great, dangerous team there. Iām already imagining Bundy up in the Domesday Device though!
Great use of the amazing colour cards we have at our disposal- the top tier talent is truly fab.
